The customizability it offers is unique and innovative, allowing us to tailor our language to how our company operates, add questions to each metric asking for additional information, and add entire metrics. We also received very positive internal feedback about the user-friendliness of the platform from a SME perspective. Onboarding and implementation was smooth and as we are a detail-oriented team, they took the time to be extra thorough in setting things up exactly how we wanted. We have five years of historical data in the platform, which our SMEs love because they can view past information and documents to help refresh their memories on what was provided in the past and to view an example of what we are looking for. Our internal audit team praised the Audit Trail tab that documents every action within each metric. Personally, I use the Guidance tab most often, which has requirements pulled directly from ESG frameworks. My favorite feature is that Novisto's team maps metrics across ESG frameworks, so SMEs aren't asked the same question multiple times with slightly different framing. This saves SMEs a massive amount of time and effort during data collection, and it's something I used to do manually that took over 100 hours every year. On top of having a fabulous product, the team at Novisto truly goes above and beyond with their customer service and relationship-building. Our Customer Success Manager (CSM) Kruti acts as an extension of our sustainability team, helping us prepare for data collection and submit annual questionnaires like S&P. She has wonderful attention to detail, professionalism in following up quickly and thoroughly, and an incredible ability to understand our vision. She is so great to work with and we have built mutual trust that consistently benefits our program. Their product team is also very receptive to customer feedback and provides regular updates on their roadmap, constantly improving their platform. We are very satisfied with Novisto in every way. **What do you dislike about Novisto?** Novisto can be a little clunky, occasionally having to use workarounds to make it do what you want it to do. Anytime this happens, I give feedback to my customer success manager and they are able to fix it and elevate the feedback to their product team for the future. **What problems is Novisto solving and how is that benefiting you?** Novisto improves our data integrity greatly. Our data used to be spread out across platforms, spreadsheets, and notes, and now it all lives in Novisto. There is an audit trail and historical data that tracks everything in the platform, so it is easy to reference prior data and how it came to be. Report out the info as various metrics for different public disclosures/ratings. Analyse gaps in data collected to come up with a plan to improve the data quality timely. ### 18. If we use our annual ESG report as an input, Novisto provides us with the ability to leverage our existing data as an output to answer ESG rating agencies and develop additional disclosures. The platform is collaborative in the sense that we can work with internal partners to gather data from several business units, and we also actively work with the Novisto team to request support and suggest platform enhancements. Further, we see the Novisto ESG Insights email as an integral part of our ongoing learning about the ever-changing ESG space. **What do you dislike about Novisto?** While we are very happy with the platform, we recognize that it is in its early stages of development and doesn't have all of the functionality that we know it will have in the future. We are so grateful to the team who works with us to make platform improvements as fast as possible to accommodate our needs. **What problems is Novisto solving and how is that benefiting you?** Novisto helps us gather all of our ESG data in one place, and provides additional support by way of transferring knowledge to our team that has constrained capacity.
