What do you like best about NovaTalks?

NovaTalks has proven to be quite helpful to manage our customer support services. With all the messaging channels being managed on a single platform, the ability to respond has drastically increased the efficiency of our teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NovaTalks?

I personally do not think that reporting features depend so much on customization, they are somewhat limited in my opinion. Lastly, the lack of detailed analytical tools for own fortunes and misfortunes, customer sentiment, an agent’s performance, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NovaTalks solving and how is that benefiting you?

NovaTalks does away with having to shuttling between different messaging platforms for customer support. Laying down a top-down approach smooths out interactions and we are able to provide answers to concerns addressed to our team without much fuss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NovaTalks’ omnichannel has been helpful in helping us deal with your Customer Relations over the various messaging platforms. Locking the messenger list also provides the flexibility in choosing the degree and direction of reaching the audience by focusing on the desired channels or keywords. What do you dislike about NovaTalks?

Creating reports with extended statistics regarding customer service, for instance, the number of resolved cases, or the time it took to do so, involves manual data scraping or further app integrations. This failure to provide further detail in reporting means that it is difficult to monitor KPIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NovaTalks solving and how is that benefiting you?
