Novadontics has been an absolute game-changer for our office. It has streamlined our operations and elevated our patient care and waas very easy to implement from the very beginning. The software is user friendly with a very esthetic and intuitive layout. Comprehensive patient records and easy appointment scheduling, with integration of professionally composed consents and post op instructions available by text/email. Billing and viewing insurance information is at the fingertips, without the need for any other software... just select the completed procedure, add attachment if needed, press submit, and the visit is billed. But the most important part is the customer support team is exceptional! Responsive, knowledgeable, and continually improving upon the software to make it even better. I haven't entered in any multi-codes yet ... would be convenient if multi-codes were an option that came pre-set, but I can see how that would be difficult because different providers prefer different materials (porcelain-ceramic vs PFM bridge, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Best thing about Novadontics is the brain behind the software. The software is developed by a dentist for dentist instead of a engineer or software developer. You will notice the ease of integration of your office in a optimal way that is suitable for general dentistry or specialty dentistry.
Having dealt with dentrix before upgrading to Novadontics I can tell you that you no longer need to wait 30 mins for your techniual support in India to read the manual while your placed on hold to be able to help with your issue. The software is cloud based which means no worries about you loosing valuable information if you server crashes or gets hacked, you can access your office management system even when your by the beach anywhere in the world.
