Billing and viewing insurance information is at the fingertips, without the need for any other software... just select the completed procedure, add attachment if needed, press submit, and the visit is billed. Having dealt with dentrix before upgrading to Novadontics I can tell you that you no longer need to wait 30 mins for your techniual support in India to read the manual while your placed on hold to be able to help with your issue. The software is cloud based which means no worries about you loosing valuable information if you server crashes or gets hacked, you can access your office management system even when your by the beach anywhere in the world.
