Instead of communicating just via email during the deal process, I can all documents, references, videos, stories organised in one relevant place for my customer champion/buyer. What problems is Noux Digital Sales Room solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a lot of potential content asides proposal we want to share with our customer champions. Having digital vault where the key information is neatly organised and hand curated just for my buyers helps to create a professional feel and save my champion time to look for this information from email attachments, websites etc. It also helps to keep track on who is engaging with our content as we can see the engagement, which is difficult if you send emails and attachments - they might just get forwarded people you don't know. On this platform other buying committee members can also join and you can follow their activity and discuss with them using the discussion functionality that is built in to the digital room.
