Enormous data base of icons, always (almost) have been able to find what I was looking for. I also know that every artist gets paid when I use their work, so that is another plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Actaully there is no thing I dislike... the cost is fair even cheap, resourcex and ease of use are great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The extensiveness of the icon library is amazing. It has an icon for pretty much any prompt. I rarely have a search term that doesn't pull up anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that more of the icon sets were exported with their paths intact, rather than expanding the paths into strokes. It would make it a lot easier to edit the icon shape and stroke width. There are also not a lot of styles, it's mostly all a very specific style of modern line art icons, there is almost nothing with an organic or hand drawn feel. I love the consistent aesthetic of The Noun Project. There are also tons of options available for every project. I'm always astounded by how easy it is to implement, especially with website design projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like any library, there are limitations when it comes to finding the exact icon you're looking for. However, I'd say that The Noun Project covers 95% of our projects and I'm extremely grateful to the designers and teams that make it possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Noun Project makes it very easy to find icons quickly for mockups, websites, or assignments for class. The interface is simple and organized, making it easier to find an icon quickly and also assess whether it suits my purpose because of the color scheme. The Noun Project's variety of photos is equally as great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were a way to hover over an icon and save it to favorites or to highlight icons on a page so I can make a selection from the highlighted ones. Essentially just to make choosing an icon really quick from a collection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A huge trend right now in data visualization is the use of icons --> simplifying text within a powerpoint slide or a one-pager can be done with the use of icons. However, many times subscriptions to services that provide icons can be expensive. Enter Noun Project. Many of the icons can be downloaded for free, pending some rules regarding attribution to the author; customizing an icon requires a fee. And what's honestly the best part is that a lot of these icons are actually beautiful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In order to customize an icon, you have to pay a fee ($2.99). Customizing can include changing the color, changing the background, and rotating. When you pay the fee, you no longer are required to attribute the author. If you're using a lot of icons in a presentation, this can add off and kind of takes away from the "free" premise. Helpful to see others interpretation of different nouns. Helps in the brainstorming process for design elements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall the site is very user friendly. It would be nice to have a quick download button instead of being directed to a different page. It would cut down on time and save myself from losing my place. I would like to see what items I have downloaded in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the customisation options available on Noun Project. With just a few clicks you can find the icon you want, choose the colour and download it in a variety of formats. It’s also free from the outset, with only the premium features needing the additional fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the lack of presets available when you need to download multiple icons for the same project. It would be great if I could mass apply a colour change to icons, this is not currently available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how large the selection of icons is and how they allow you to change the color of the icon before downloading it to save time and an extra step fo work in a more complex design program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like how you can only change the icon to one color. I wish I was able to change the colors of different elements or areas of an icon to have a multi colored icon, or even gradient would be nice! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
