What I like best about Aigram is how much it has improved. It started as just a transcript then it started using AI to analyze action items and summarize the transcript for me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about Airgram is how free accounts have been limited. Airgram used to allow 7 free recordings per month which was really appreciated. I love that Airgram not only transcribes my calls, but also the fact that it records the video of the call. This was missing from the other provider that I was using. Also, I love the fact that it works in multiple languages and I can choose that. One last thing is the fact that it works on all the online meeting apps that I need. It would be great if it had a translation service from other languages that are not english. Also, it would be great if it supported more online meeting platforms like Bluejeans. Transcript is only about 50-60% accurate for Spanish version but I imagine this will improve as the technology develops.
