I've used a lot of different AI Tools and this one is easily the best in terms of summaries. For me the Hubspot Integration is a massive bonus along with being able to change the name of the bot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the accuracy of the text to speech is probably the best out of all the tools we evaluated. Also its non-invasiveness of requireing plugins makes it easy to adopt Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the user interface is still a bit non-intuitive... we have had to search for things through the ui and found it in weird places.
the security seems to also have a functional gap where an admin can't take over a recording of an employee. we had someone who was out on vacation and one of their customers asked for a recording; we as admins couldn't go in and modify the sharing of the video because there's doesn't seem to be a way for admin override Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Takes notes and does the recording with video while tracking to the timing of the call. It captures speaker and allows a good amount of editing options to ensure the transcript is accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not like that the notes are not automatically shared with the workspace/team; has created issues in the past. There are challenges with recognizing the speaker in each case - but I get that is tough to account for all factors to ensure 'perfect' identification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best part is that it's AI-generated meeting summary is highly accurate and gets generated automatically along with action items. It works well with Google Meet and Zoom, and has an option for recording in-person meetings as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
