Notion makes it easy to bridge the gap between departments, streamlining collaboration and keeping everything in one place. The ability to deploy new workflows quickly is a huge advantage, and the built-in charting provides instant insights without needing extra tools. Lately, I’ve been diving into the API and webhook functionality to maximize automation and integrations, which has opened up even more use cases. The wide range of available integrations also makes it easy to connect with other tools and keep everything running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Notion has been a game changer for, it's genuinely changed the way I organize my work and personal life. I love how flexible it is, whether that's just making a simple to-do list or working on a complex work task it adapts seamlessly.
I've never used anything more versatile, and the templates and customization options mean I can set up pages exactly how I like without ever feeling too overwhelmed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can sometimes feel a bit slow, especially when I'm working with large databases. Sadly the mobile app isn’t as smooth as the desktop version, which can be frustrating when trying to make quick updates on the go, but it's still functional and does the job. It writes well and cleverly making good searches so that it is documented and it makes excellent suggestions. Being in the start up world, your initiative gives me wings and I have many ideas that could interest your company. Ir's not very clear how I can use it to write en entire novel from A to Z or doing developmental edit on my book.
Making it clear how to link pages so that when improving text or continuing writing, it takes into account all the pages not only the current one.
Also, despite what it says, it seems unable to process 100,000 words text which I would require for finishing my book Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I often recommend notion and its ecosystem (Notion Calendar and Notion AI) to my close friend, even during playing a game (because some of my party member need to arrange and list the item wiht note taking apps, so i recommend notion). Brainstorming with AI (actively using it on my another notion account) that can read pages too are very gamechanger, imagine that i can get an answer that the AI itself learn from multi pages at 1 prompt. Many of my things like idea bank, galleries, and milestone are all connected on notion, im not using notion as "Capture" because the widget on mobile still need to be polished, but the main function as Note Taking app are the best choices and didnt change in my last 5 years. I hope the team and VC would push Notion into having more features (especially on AI), and frequently updating on Quality of Life (for example: while using AI, the page are scrolled into the bottom). im not oftenly talk to Customer Support because i dont really had major problem. Im not disliking, but i had some suggestion: please make the AI can read the database page with only tagging it, imagine what can i do more with that while brainstorming, that would be really helpful. I also concern about the privacy, is Notion didnt peek at my pages? i hope not, because many of people said that Notion not giving a privacy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like how you can organise yourself well on notion. Having distinct places for each thing you do. E.g. personal, finance, and study.
Additionally, I love using databases, they are the backbone of my notion pages and how i navigate them.
I use it pretty much every day.
Customer support has always been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While i love using databases, it is hard to go back a page when going into a page in a database using the "path/trail" feature found in the taskbar at the top. E.g. (homepage -> finance -> February). This is not present when using databases.
Additionally, I HATE the learning curve associated with starting notion, and when you guys bring out new features. While there is a high reward in learning these new features, a large amount of time is needed to learn the features, which I do not have until a holiday or break.
I would also like compatibility with Goodnotes. I like to annotate lecture slides now and I have found that the "embed pdf" feature is not adequate for me. It would be useful to have a PDF viewer inside notion itself (instead of either embedding, or having to download the file again), so the pdf file is like another page view, however just is a pdf viewer.
I know there is some functionality with PowerPoint/word documents in beta where you import it into notion. I don't think that is ready yet as picture/image sizes get messed up in this. I would really just prefer a pdf viewer inside notion to customise pdfs and annotate.
Alternatively, allowing this to happen while embedding a Goodnotes page natively would be nice too if that is too much work.
Additionally, while notion is great, sometimes it can be a little enfuriating at while it is so versatile, it can be so rigid too. Making simple tasks or functions i want to carry out, a long and strenuous task, requiring multiple complex steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Notion AI has been extremely useful in my day-to-day. I use Notion AI to help with so many tasks like writing emails, organizing my notes, and making lists. All of this has made me much more efficient. I love that I can organize my work notes/lists/etc and home notes/lists/calendars all in one place. The Notion AI tool has been an absolute life saver - allowing me to get immediate answers to my questions in-line with my notes within Notion. Having Notion on my phone and my computer makes the app so useful when on the go. Notion is entirely customizable - motivating me to organize and freshen up my to-do lists and course notes. I use Notion daily and it was so easy to implement in my day-to-day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love it if Notion was more compatible with other programs (i.e. Google Suite, Microsoft) - I often find myself switching between programs which becomes tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I must be honest that at first, it has been hard to get used to Notion, a lot of features, very dynamic. But after 2 years, I am happy to see how it impacts company articles and organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would mention the fact that when I go to someone's article, if I am authorized to process any changes, when hovering the mouse it seems like I want to edit or add something, when sometimes I am just reading with my mouse. So I do not like this at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Notion is extremely helpful in organizing my business, notes, projects and has even been so helpful with managing social media. I tried other programs, but this one is so much easier to use and has so many amazing capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It did take a little to figure out how everything works and it was overwhelming to start but once I figured it out, everything is so easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Notion is its modern interface that feels intuitive and easy to use. The customization options are great, especially the ability to personalize pages with emojis, making workspaces both functional and fun. It’s a flexible tool that adapts perfectly to different workflows and styles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I really don't like is the idea that the document or a page is very editable, for instance, I don't like to go to a Notion document to get some information and when I hover the mouse, it seems like I am trying to edit something, sometimes we just want to be the reader and get info not add it.
