I ended up with multiple workspaces that had the same name, and I assumed they were just different spaces under the same account. I regularly use Notion AI to turn rough notes into structured documents, summarise lengthy meeting records, identify actions and blockers, improve written communication and create strong first drafts. Instead of spending time manually reorganising information after every meeting, I can quickly produce a clear summary with owners, priorities and next steps. It has saved me hours of administrative work and allows me to spend more time on decisions and delivery. I also find the ability to ask questions about information already held within the workspace particularly useful. Rather than searching through multiple pages and databases, I can locate key details and bring related information together much more quickly. The platform performs reliably, integrates well into our wider workflow and offers strong value when you consider the number of separate tools it can replace. There is a learning curve when first building more advanced databases, but the templates, documentation and intuitive drag-and-drop experience make onboarding straightforward. Overall, Notion combines documentation, project management, knowledge sharing and AI assistance exceptionally well. Some functionality is not immediately obvious, so there can be a learning curve when working out how to complete certain tasks. I adore the flexibility of the platform and the pricing of the paid packages. It's fast easy to reach both from browser, desktop app and also from mobile apps. There are moments when the desktop app fails to load the database and I need to refresh it a few times before I can continue my work. Automations need some more improvement as well, especially when it comes to integrating formulas and connecting databases to each other. More often than not you find teams using separate applications for notes, documents, wikis, task management, and databases. Notion aims to bring all of that together so you have one workspace and don't silo information. The actionable advantage there is less context switching and one source of truth. You're not digging through Slack, Google Docs, Jira, and Confluence separately. It all lives in Notion, and everything can be interconnected. For personal use that means your notes, todos, and reference docs are linked. For teams that means less "what wiki page did we write that documentation on?" frustration. Their flexibility plays into this a lot as well the same tool can be your personal diary, project management tool, company wiki, or product roadmap so you don't have to adjust to an unnatural workflow. I love using Notion for preparing documents and managing my requirements. Its functionality makes it easy to communicate what needs to be done with my project manager, developers, front-end and back-end teams, and stakeholders. Everything is managed in one single place, which is incredibly helpful. The calendar feature is great for automatically updating my calendar and sending notifications before meetings, which definitely helps me stay organized. This email integration means I don’t have to open a browser, and the badging system filters emails in a nice way. I enjoy Notion’s ecosystem, which I find comparable to Apple’s, with its good features and tools. The setup was super easy, just like signing up, creating an account, and logging in.
