I use Notion as a tool for work and studies. I can create folders and pages through its simple and beautiful interface and customize them as I find necessary, inserting texts, images, tables, lists, and various other elements. For me, this ability to "assemble" documents as I wish and in a simplified manner is what attracts me most to the application.

Notion has several alternatives to speed up workflow, such as the option to use the keyboard shortcut "/" to find the simplified block options system. These and other features attract me a lot, as I don't need to waste time looking for where the functions I want to insert into my page are at that specific moment.

I started using Notion seriously during my final course project in Journalism school. For this task, it functioned as a centralizer of documents and references, where my colleague and I could share articles, minutes, agendas, references, and other documents for the execution of the work. Additionally, we also created a "to-do" list to track the development of each task that comprised the work. With this, besides improving the visualization of the entire process, Notion helped us determine a priority order that made sense for better progress of the work. The implementation and integration were simple and straightforward.

That's soo easy to use, Notion tasks managment helped me soo much, and it was easy to integrate on our Contact form, where we get new leads, each lead, new page, and with that it helped our daily work to manage tasks and clients.

Like many young people in their early twenties, I try to embrace the world in just 24 hours: gym, college, work, friends, and family are just a few of the many topics I have to think about daily. I wish Notion were integrated with other apps and could communicate with other people's calendars to find common available times. AI Writing Assistant - I like that I have freedom to create just about anything that would be relevant for my organization and team structure. It helps me generate a text easily now that there is AI integrated too.

It makes it easy to document my research work while it makes it appealing as well. I use it every day for my work and outside of it as well. I wish it could integrate better with research focused applications such as Dovetail. In a way so I don't have to copy paste my Dovetail findings back to Notion. When it comes to Notion AI being currently integrated with Dovetail, it doesn’t pull insights from it (one of the most important tools for us, user researchers), meaning we have to manually copy and paste user insights into Notion (which isn’t a big concern, but it would lead to manual, tedious tasks for UXR team). What I liked the most is that in the current company where I work all the instructions are uploaded to this site, which has made it easier to have a database where all the instructions are. I have used Notion in my day-to-day programming.

It is more convenient than chatGPT because it transcribes everything into a document and you can have it saved for review whenever you want.

The Notion provides a good interface to add all my activities and project management. Also It acts as my second brain in most of the cases. The Notion adds a lot of features to be used even for a free user, in our organization we are best organized by using NOTION, The Notion makes a lot of progress in timely basis to their customers that makes their customers satisfied.We use it everyday and I personally use it for all the works which I perform during office hours. They have a good customer satisfaction analyze teams which always gives many good implements in practical.
