Notion is the easiest way I have found to stay organized after trying countless tools over my six years of enrollment in higher education. I love being able to create individual pages but also sync certain aspects through the database tool. The only dislike I can think of is that there is a certain learning curve to some of the available tools. For example, it took me forever to realize that you can directly link a database to Notion Calendar. However, there are many helpful tips on the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

all my notes can be sorted into multiple subfolders, i can have notes inside of notes inside of notes and that's great for my way of thinking. And now with the AI it's Awesome to help me write! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The mobile app is kinda slow and sometimes refresh while i'm typing.

I wish there was GPT4 in the AI

The Ai feature got better in the last update and it's super useful. I also like how the pages are easily found through searching.

Its really a powerful house tool for entrepreneurs to be a one man band. The pages options is what use frequently on history of customer service but also the AI feature to clean up my customer service language and creating templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Notion calendar is feature super undercooked. If they put some time into it and updated with Ai features similar to motion. They can really upgrade their system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Notion has been able to organise all of my commitments and provides an excellent venue to input important projects from calendar etc. Now I don't need to have more than one app for university and work related items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Notion as an phone app is not as advanced as it is on the laptop. Would really like to see improved features on the app like user accessibilty and showing the pdf files on the phone rather than redownloading them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are definitely a lot of upsides to using notion but I will list my top 3

1. Notion AI - I use to rewrite and summarize the articles or in fact any material I read with ease.Also whenever I need some answers I prefer notion AI qand A cause it would provide answers from my notes and I can rely on it.

2. Second brain - Notion is a perfect app for a second brain . You can pretty much bring everything in your life into one space and keep track of things.
