The constant need for internet connectivity frustrates me during travel or offline work sessions. Additionally, the free plan’s limited Notion AI queries feel restrictive, especially when brainstorming features or refining documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Notion is hands down one of the best tracker tools I’ve ever used. I've been using it for the past 3 years and what I love the most is how easy it is to use. Even though it has so many features I didn’t feel overwhelmed when I started using it. The UI is clean and everything just makes sense.
The ease of integration is also amazing. Setting it up was super simple, and I didn’t need a ton of time to figure things out, which is such a relief.
Moreover, I’ve never actually needed to contact customer support because Notion is so easy to figure out. I use Notion almost every day now. Most of my tasks on notion includes habit tracker, using the content calendar, todo lists and because I'm a freelancer, I use it to keep a track of all my client projects.. Looking at me, even my clients have started using notion.
I’d definitely recommend Notion to anyone looking for a simple yet powerful tool to stay organized and productive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wouldn't say there's anything I 'dislike.' I have more 'nice to have' preferences, such as font colors and styles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using the the notion AI writing assistant since it came out everyday for work and it helps me tremendously. It's totally worth the 10 a month for me. I love the many different options for changing tone, making things longer, etc. It gives me new ideas and words to use in my writing that I can then take and make my own. It feels like having someone to bounce ideas back and forth with rather than it doing the work for you. It's super easy to use and usually always helps me improve my writing no matter what I plug in. Sometimes the responses are not that great but other times they're perfect. I also wish it had the capability to analyze a picture and write about the picture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I value Notion as a way of storing content I want to leverage at a later date. A key feature I use regularly is the about provide both short (2-3 sentence summaries) as well as more comprehensive (a few paragraphs) of long form content. These summaries help capture the essence of the original content.
I also like the various ways content can be captured. Among my favorite options are embedded documents and videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes, when doing a search, the item I expected to be included does not show up. This might be impacted by how I frame the search terms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Notion for a lot of things. As a content marketer, I've used it to create a portfolio and plan my projects. Since I also day trade on the side, the app allows me to journal my trades, which is a big deal for me. I love the simplicity and the ease of use, and I can move things around based on their level of importance. I really loved the ability to create a portfolio with Notion. The idea that it could create a "personal website" made much sense. Though you can't compare it with other portfolio builders, it's a good option if you don't have the budget to buy hosting and domain names. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not sure if this issue is due to Notion's functionality or the way I've set up my portfolio, but I often encounter a problem when trying to scroll. Whenever I move my cursor to the scroll bar on the right, a menu icon appears, preventing me from scrolling. I have to move the cursor away and try again to scroll properly. I have been using Notion for about 6 years now and it is one of my favorite tools for everyday use. It's a platform that has it all. I use it mostly for project management, where it gives me the possibility to organize my week's activities properly. It also works quite well as a repository for all the documents we use in the organization and even gives me the option to organize myself in different activities creating timelines, tables, and frameworks that I need for my day-to-day. There's nothing I don't like. It's worked pretty well for me so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Notion is so easy to use. It can be used as mobile, desktop and web app. And the important feature for me is that it can be integrated with all your devices. The database provides multiple view options such as table, chart, calendar, list that provide necessary insights so effortlessly. Notion is my second brain that I use daily for multiple purposes. File upload is a boon to this app even in free version that allows 5 MB file size. Notion's templates are so easy to implement that I don't need to learn coding or to do hard work. I'm using is for last couple of years. This is the only tool I can relay on as my second brain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Notion literally to track everything in my personal and professional life. It’s incredibly versatile—you can create notes, manage projects, build databases, and organize tasks all in one place. I love how customizable it is, allowing me to tailor it to my exact needs, whether for goal tracking, meeting notes, or content planning. The ability to collaborate with others and sync across devices makes it even more powerful. It’s like having a personal assistant and project manager combined into one tool! Honestly, nothing! The only thing I’d point out is that there’s a bit of a learning curve at first because it’s so flexible and feature-rich. But once you get the hang of it, it’s completely worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love using Notion for its UI, data types, and user-determined hierarchy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unfortunately, Notion has missed out on implementing many of the easy to integrate features that softwares like Coda and ClickUp have which make running a business directly from Notion difficult without investing in other applications like Miro or Google Workspace or HubSpot or FigJam. Notion needs a REAL calendar integration. Notion needs a whiteboard tool. Notion needs to be able to convert text to tasks. If Notion does not move ahead with these features, they will be left in the dust by companies that take invest in complementary tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
