"Transformative PR Reporting with AI Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Notified GlobeNewswire?

I like the reporting aspect from the press releases as it allows me to show my clients how many AI citations their release appeared in. I also appreciate the online tool that gives very guided feedback on structuring content for GEO, which is really helpful in advising clients in the modern PR era. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notified GlobeNewswire?

I would like Notified GlobeNewswire to get more granular in terms of the press release reporting. It would be helpful to see which specific prompts the press release appeared in for the AI citations. Right now, I don't know which prompts people were using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhances PR Efficiency with Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Notified GlobeNewswire?

I like the option to have editorial call to confirm the release. I find everyone super helpful and very prompt. I also find it really easy to upload a release, approve, and schedule it. I like that the platform sends me emails, keeping me in the loop, especially if someone else on my team submitted a release on behalf of a client. It's helpful to know what's happening with my clients, and I appreciate that everyone on the team is looped in with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notified GlobeNewswire?

I wouldn't say it doesn't work for me, but I do feel like maybe the interface is a little bit outdated. And it could just be because there's, like, so many options when you're going to upload a release. But I personally had to be trained on how to use Globe Newswire, so I do think it could just overall be made a little bit user friendly. Maybe not have so many things on one page. "Efficient Content Creation, analytics with Room for UX Improvement and recommendation"
5/5
What do you like best about Notified GlobeNewswire?

I really like the Notified PR Platform's content creation and analytics features. The content creation helps me draft content that is journalist-ready, which saves me a lot of time and effort. I also love that it makes the process headache-free by being chosen-friendly. The analytics feature is great because of its AI citation and AI indexing capabilities. It's really useful as we transition from SEO to AEO, offering much-needed transparency and visibility into our PR's performance and engagement rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notified GlobeNewswire?

From a user UX/UI perspective, I feel like I have to do two separate steps: create content and then full service distribute. It would be nice to have a full service release that lets me decide whether to create or upload content. The content layout and design could be improved with a quick review feature on the right side to adjust content layout quickly. Some features like link and multimedia, I'm not sure if they're covered in my package or require extra payment, so clearer indication would help me know what's included. Lastly, I wish for recommendations on how to improve AI citation and AI indexing, with feedback on content or things that should be pushed more, which would be very beneficial. "Robust Database, Seamless Press Releases"
4/5
What do you like best about Notified GlobeNewswire?

I like the self-service options and the robust database of Notified PR Platform. It allows my team to schedule and handle everything needed for any press release efficiently. Even though we don't send a lot of press releases throughout the year, the platform is easily accessible and streamlines our thorough review process. Once we have the final edits, it's simple to submit the press release, and everything is seamless with no long wait. It's convenient to schedule things even on the day of. These aspects make the platform valuable to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notified GlobeNewswire?

I don't like the pricing structure of Notified PR Platform because it doesn't roll over the amount of credits for press releases. You pay for a package intended to send per year, and it's more of a 'use it or lose it' pricing structure. Also, we had some difficulty with customer service, particularly due to complications with our PO structure as a larger enterprise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Partnership and Support with Notified"
5/5
What do you like best about Notified GlobeNewswire?

I love using Notified PR Platform for our company's marcomms needs and for distributing content on behalf of our clients. Offering media snippets as a feature is particularly effective for sharing video content with a wider audience. The team's support has been phenomenal, especially when dealing with CTR drops due to Google AI changes, and in merging accounts after an acquisition. Their quick and informed responses, involvement in research, and the support they provide during transitions like hiring new copywriters or uploaders truly make me feel like I have a partnership with them. I find the reliable distribution of content, transparent reporting, and the innovative AI-related features to be tremendously valuable. The user experience is solid, making tasks like reviewing proofs and submitting changes very easy, and they offer plenty of documentation and quick help for any learning curves. The insights provided by the Notified team around AI are also extremely valuable to me, leading me to a strong connection with their platform and team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notified GlobeNewswire?

I hate when I have to bug the editorial team to update things I filled out in the initial set-up like tags, industry coding, etc., but I imagine it has to be done that way for the tech to work correctly. I would love to be able to edit the metadata post-sending it to Notified, but I understand if that can't be done. The media snippet process is a little bit clunky, and I think I can maybe handle multimedia assets differently, but I haven't sought out answers to those questions. The button to make the snippet live is pretty hidden, and, for me, the text blends into the background and is hard to read on that specific step. I'm not clear if I should be using the multimedia fields when uploading documents, and I don't really understand what the best practice is for inserting photos/videos so they get to where I want them to be. I rely heavily on editorial to compile the draft and assets together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Service, but Billing and Support Are Too Complicated for Agencies"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Notified GlobeNewswire?

What stands out most about the Notified PR platform is how it simplifies the entire press release lifecycle. We primarily use it for our distribution needs, and the user interface is incredibly intuitive—it removes the friction typically associated with formatting and scheduling news.

Beyond the ease of use, the distribution reach via GlobeNewswire is excellent. It consistently gets our news in front of the right journalists, trade publications, and even AI search engines, which has become a crucial part of our strategy.

Finally, the reporting and analytics are a major highlight. Instead of just seeing 'potential reach' numbers, we get a clear, 360-degree view of how our releases are performing, including unique views, social engagement, and geographic data. It makes it very easy to prove the ROI of our communications to our stakeholders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notified GlobeNewswire?

The customer support and back end billing. It's been an ongoing painpoint and overly complicated for a PR agency with multiple clients. To get an invoice from a release took nearly 5 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One PR Platform That Streamlines Distribution, Outreach, and Monitoring"
4/5
What do you like best about Notified GlobeNewswire?

The best aspect of the Notified PR Platform is its ability to combine press release distribution, media database access, and monitoring in a single platform, making it efficient to manage end-to-end PR activities. The centralized dashboard helps streamline campaign execution, while its media outreach and tracking features provide useful visibility into coverage and performance, saving time and improving overall workflow efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notified GlobeNewswire?

The main drawbacks of the Notified PR Platform are its complex and less intuitive interface, which can make navigation time-consuming, along with occasional performance issues such as slow loading. The media database could be more accurate and better updated, and the filtering options are somewhat limited. Additionally, the analytics and reporting features lack depth and customization, and there is limited automation and integration capability compared to more advanced platforms. "Efficient Platform with Customization Challenges"
4/5
What do you like best about Notified GlobeNewswire?

I use Notified PR Platform to support press release distribution and performance tracking for my healthcare client, and it helps me streamline the wire process and monitor pickups. It helps solve inefficiencies in press release distribution and tracking by centralizing my wire process, making it easy to make changes if needed. I really like the ability to customize SEO terms, links, and the quote that appears in the release, which is great because clients are increasingly focused on SEO. The initial setup was very easy and quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notified GlobeNewswire?

It takes a long time to upload because of all of the customization. Also the 'hold' feature is hard to navigate when you need to make changes. It's clunky - I want to be able to change and adjust more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Reach and Speed with Notified PR Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Notified GlobeNewswire?

I love how the Notified PR Platform is super fast, allowing us to go from idea to distribution in no time, which means we can capitalize on timing without any friction. The amazing syndication and coverage are valuable because our content doesn't just sit in one place; it gets picked up across multiple outlets, giving us super reach. We also love the SEO weight that the platform offers. Switching from EIN was a clear choice because Notified's syndication and distribution reach are ten times better. The initial setup was super easy, and we received great guidance, making the transition smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notified GlobeNewswire?

Lots of calls from edition while we do not want them, and support tickets. We could say it's preventing errors, but sometimes it is taking a toll on us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Media Pitching Platform That Truly Delivers"
5/5
What do you like best about Notified GlobeNewswire?

I love that it integrates your entire media pitching process in one platform. From press release distribution to media list building, media pitching and even monitoring. It's very user-friendly and the distribution works wonders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notified GlobeNewswire?

I don't like that pitching to individual connections is not as user friendly. In terms of not knowing what all the features are inside and getting clarity from team members on how to personalize and customize emails per journalist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
