What I would like to highlight is the customer service that comes with using Notified Investor Relations Websites. I have worked quite closely with Sviatlana Aleinikava, specifically, during the past six months, and as Investor Relations is not normally within my field of expertise, the flexibility and expertise from Sviatlana has been much appreciated. I do not have much experience with IR sites, and therefore do not have much to compare with. However, my experience has been mainly positive, and the only downside has been the inability for me to edit the sites myself. With the many rounds of updates when either building out a website, or updating one, there is at times issues with quality of the updates and ensuring that what was requested is pulled through to the final product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about Notified is the customer support. Sean O’Callaghan is extremely responsive and always has an immediate turn around time. Regardless of the size of a project, his prompt response assures me that this will not get lost in the mix. His assistance is always appreciated but particularly during implementation, as he made the integration with our existing website an incredibly smooth process. Pam, who is the IR technical specialist we work with, is so responsive and sharp. She understands our needs, she responds quickly to feedback, she asks great clarifying questions and clearly cares about our work. Best thing about the website is the customer support. When there is something that needs to be fixed on the website, our main contact Sviatlana is fast and helpful. Most definitely the team. On many occassions they've picked up errors in information I've sent them for uploading and they are incredibly responsive and have never let us down. The Notified platform has a great deal of flexiblity in terms of content. And, the areas that automatically update always seem to work seamlessly.
