"One API for all your notification channels, and it just works"
What do you like best about Pingram (previously NotificationAPI)?

Getting started was incredibly fast. We had notifications up and running in under an hour. The API is clean and well-documented, which made integration into our existing stack painless. Having email, SMS, and in-app notifications all managed through a single platform saves us from juggling multiple providers. The dashboard makes it easy to monitor delivery rates and troubleshoot issues without digging through logs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pingram (previously NotificationAPI)?

Pingram is great at solving the communications layer as is but I would like more configurations on the SMS side.Honestly not much to complain about. It would be nice to have more granular configuration options on the SMS side, and a few more pre-built templates for common notification flows would save some time. But these are minor asks and the team seems to ship updates pretty regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Integration, Generous Free Tier"
What do you like best about Pingram (previously NotificationAPI)?

I love Pingram for its powerful notification API and seamless integration, which makes it exactly what developers need. The product's ease of use is a standout, with setup as simple as just signing up without needing to add payment details. The extensive and well-instructed documentation adds to its value. Pingram made my product OpenChat better with notifications and is the ultimate solution for emails, even the free plan provides more than enough for startups. The founder, Sahand, personally goes above and beyond in providing exceptional support, showing genuine care for user success. Moving to Pingram from Twilio was a good decision, and it earns a perfect 10/10 recommendation from me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ideal for startups."
What do you like best about Pingram (previously NotificationAPI)?

I like the good price and the very extensive free tier, which makes it accessible. The excellent library setup and ease of use are also appealing. The email message configurator is also super convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pingram (previously NotificationAPI)?

It might be a more understandable localization, because right now we have to do the localization entirely on our side. Maybe it's possible to add such an option to the NotificationAPI side. But it's not critical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solved a problem that bothered us for years"
What do you like best about Pingram (previously NotificationAPI)?

For years our company had batched notifications and granular settings on our roadmap. We expiremented with several competitors and started homebrewing our own based on kafka queues. As part of my quarterly ritual of googleing to see if anyone else solved it by now I came across NotificationAPI.

After an introduction to the service by Sahand and his team we quickly started implementing their software, which was a breeze, and became one of he first to use their batching feature. Any feedback was addressed fast and accuratly and customer support was stellar.

As a small to mid-sized business I'd recommend their service to anyone looking for a well-rounded notification saas with great features and awesome support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally something that works"
What do you like best about Pingram (previously NotificationAPI)?

You can tell that this was made by engineers, because it just works. I love that everything is defined in one place. All my transactional and system notifications behind one door. I love the headless library that I get to use in the FE. So many products force you into their "perfect and easy UI 😭 (until you want to do anything custom). NotificationAPI allows me to take advantage of all of their systems that I don't want to build, and let's me build the only things that I need to/want to for my app to work like our Product team wants it to. They are super quick to respond for support questions as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pingram (previously NotificationAPI)?

Honestly, not much. They nailed it. Everytime I use it I smile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pingram (previously NotificationAPI)?

NotificationAPI has already built-in templates that have saved my team time and cost incurred in building SMTP and SMS gateway from scratch. It has automated link generation system that enhances easy recovery of forgotten passwords. It can be easily customized to suit different application models in DevOps. What do you dislike about Pingram (previously NotificationAPI)?
