**What do you like best about Nory?**

Nice UI and easy to access information

Our onboarder was helpful and really tried, but it felt like she was working with one hand tied behind her back – doing her best with a system that just doesn’t deliver. Support since then has been slow and mostly unhelpful, full of promises that “someone will get back to you” and then nothing.

**What do you dislike about Nory?**

We were sold Nory as an “all in one bakery solution,” but in reality it’s completly geared towards restaurants. From setup to reporting, nothing fits how a bakery actually works. Half the features they showed in the demo either don’t exist or only make sense if you’re running a full service kitchen.

It honestly feels like we’ve been testing a half-finished product rather than using a reliable system - after 3 months of onboarding we were still unable to use it.

Nory overpromised and underdelivered. If you’re a bakery, save yourself the time and stress – it’s not built for you.

I love Nory you can find all your rotas , payslips and holidays in one place. I like how it shows your estimated pay before payday aswell!

I wish it was easier to use on my laptop and get all the same features than on the iOS app.

**What do you like best about Nory?**

Firstly, Nory is so user friendly and makes it really easy to optimise everything they offer to benefit my day to day operations effectively and efficiently. It really was a game changer in my role of overseeing both franchise and Equity stores. The system ensures Labour and inventory are being managed in accordance with the businesses needs, which are clearly pinpointed through data driven sales forecasts and insights for all major aspects of my role. As a whole, Nory has completely streamlined my operations and gave me a great understanding of where we were overspending on stock, staffing and waste, all in all meaning I am operating under maximum profitability because of this platform.

**What do you dislike about Nory?**

It’s clear that this platform was designed with every possible operational and financial problem in mind, it really does cover all basis. Any questions I’ve ever had have been addressed quickly, often with the offer of further online training for clarification.

**What problems is Nory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nory helps me solve the issue of sales forecasting and and what this means for labour and stock levels. It gives me full confidence that the decisions being made based on date driven insights are the most beneficial for the businesses profit margins.

Nory is my go to app for all insights into the 4 restaurants in our Mad Egg group. The best feature is the live sales & labour tracking tools.

**What do you like best about Nory?**

I work in the marketing team at CUPP. I use Nory regularly to upload my schedule and request time off and it makes those everyday admin tasks so much easier. The app is super intuitive, user friendly and easy to navigate when checking schedules. Previously, when I worked as a barista, I used Nory daily to log wastage and one thing I really appreciated was how clearly it showed the value of what was being lost. For example, if we threw away five scoops of tapioca, it would automatically calculate and display the cost in pounds. That made it really easy to understand the impact and helped the team stay more mindful about stock and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Nory?**

On some occasions the app can be slow to load and take a while to refresh. I would also find it helpful to be able to sync my schedule to my google calendar.

**What problems is Nory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nory helps me track who is off and who is working to avoid miscommunication or deadlines. It is also useful to see where my colleagues are. For example if they are on a store visit/in the office etc to plan my own store visits accordingly.

Nory has been a game-changer in streamlining our day-to-day operations across multiple gelato locations. To real-time communication and sales visibility, the platform helps us stay coordinated, especially across different countries. The dashboard is intuitive, onboarding new staff is seamless, and customer support is always responsive. It genuinely feels built with hospitality in mind.

Occasionally, the mobile app can lag during peak times, especially when multiple staff are logged in simultaneously. There are also some limitations in reporting when it comes to deep-dive financial breakdowns, which we sometimes have to export manually. That said, their team is responsive and open to feedback, and we’ve seen steady improvements.

Nory has streamlined how we manage inventory across our sites, helping reduce waste and improve stock accuracy. It’s given us better visibility on margins and product movement, which is crucial for maintaining profitability. Quite simply I don’t dislike anything. The team at nory are so good and development they have solved any little bits we’ve needed straight away!

We run our own CPU and are a supplier to our stores so having this central location for us to have stores order is game changing. Our stock is live, we can see who is holding what and orders are then invoiced easily! 

Before use used so many systems to do the same thing. Nory changed that. My team all find it user friendly.

It is highly flexible, especially in regards to generating Stock reports. Adaptable depending on what information you wish to see. 
Allows you to have a good overview of your business in regards to sales and GP percentages
The support is fantastic and someone will usually respond within a few hours.

**What do you dislike about Nory?**

There is an AI function that calculates what quantities of stock should be ordered each day but it does not seem accurate to the sales that are being made. It suggests over-ordering. This is a minor issue though as having manual control of order quantities is my preference

Nory helps to illustrate areas of our stock usage that are inefficient or wasteful and allows us to come up with solutions to combat that.

What I really appreciate is how seamlessly everything integrates, saving us time and reducing errors. The insights and reporting tools are also incredibly helpful for making smarter business decisions.

At the moment, I don’t have any dislikes about Nory. The platform has been reliable and effective for our needs, and it’s made daily operations much smoother.

I have been using Nory for the past year every day. It's easy to understand and makes placing supplier orders very simple, which is amazing because you don’t have to send an email every time you need to order. I will definitely implement it in other aspects of my production routine.
Also, I know from my colleagues that the Nory team has always been amazing at implementing improvements to the platform.

I don’t have any at the moment, but once I implement more on the production side, if I find anything, I’m sure the Nory team will do their best to accommodate and make the necessary changes.

The opportunity of taking everything under control: stock, waste, costs and sales; to predict and smoothly operate the business, avoiding extra costing, minimizing the waste and stocking up based on profits

The limit of not integrating with all the POS ids platforms, but I know it’s a work in progress situation.

Nory is giving us a clear picture of what we have in stock in each shop and so what we need to order based on the sales.
It's giving us a clear understanding of our waste and so on how to reduce extra costing.
It's giving us the opportunity of producing the right amount of our main product, gelato, based on the specific sales.

**What do you like best about Nory?**

What I like best about Nory is that it brings both labour and COGS together in one platform, and they actually listen to feedback. they’re always working on improving the app based on what their clients need.

**What do you dislike about Nory?**

One thing I’d like to see improved is the department view, it’d be really helpful if staff could be split by kitchen or floor to make it easier to manage once approving their shifts. Also, in inventory, it’d be great to see a live stock estimate for each item based on what’s been received and sold, right when we click on it.

Nory is helping us simplify and centralise our operations, having labour and COGS in one place means we can make quicker, smarter decisions. It’s cutting down on manual work to check labour, analyse daily to be able to cut/increase number of staff, helping us reduce waste, and giving us better visibility into the business, which is a big win as we scale.

Nory’s clean, responsive interface & consistent updates ensure the user experience is always smooth & stress-free! It helps facilitate clear communication between our store & central kitchen teams regarding stock (love the transfer system!) and helps us keep tighter margins using the stock count system. Nory’s customer service has always been top-notch too!

The button to confirm whether or not you’d like to cancel making an order or save as a draft is rather unclear & has lost us an order midway through a good few times.

I love Nory, it is so easy to use for booking off holiday and keeping track of shifts.

You can see who you’re working with which is great, it also shows an estimated earnings for each week! 

The management side of Nory is fab too, you can order, process invoices & transfer stock, a real jack of all trades

Honestly I have found no fault with it at all, for what I use it for, it’s perfect

What I find most helpful about Nory is that ut is Accurate and has a easy layout to navigate through.

What I find least helpful about Nory is that on tablet devices the display is not great, the screen shows as a mobile interface rather than filling the whole screen.

Nory Helps me stay on top of things, helps me with stock management and waste management. Operating and running my store has been easier with Nory and its ease of use and simplicity helps me teach new staff about it rather quickly.

Nory as far as I know has everything up to date with it’s frequent updates and does not have anything to dislike about

1. Inventory management in hand
2. Know your stocks with date filters
3. Directly order for all the items through the orders page

The best thing about Nory is that it translate all your business needs into one platform. As an HR Manager, before Nory i used to spend hours on things Nory makes it Automatic, it is also very responsive, quick, and Live.

Sometimes there are glitches, but it is usually solved in hours.

If I ever need anything new integrated it’s usually up and online quickly which is amazing.

I think that Nory is a fantastic utility and has helped vastly in managing my staff rotas in a practical and efficient way.

The mobile app interface doesn’t have the same feel/capabilities as the website but that is to be expected.

I loved how the "clock-in" method worked and how you could clock-in based on your location to work. I also liked how I could see other people's schedules and who I was working with on that day.

There was one issue where I could not login to Nory whilst I was on my work's Wifi. But this might not have been a Nory issue but a general issue.

**What do you like best about Nory?**

I’ve been working with Nory for a year and a half, and it has been essential in improving my kitchen management in Masa Restaurant in Dublin . It allows me to organize recipes, costs, schedules, and have real-time information on everything happening in the kitchen.

The platform is easy to use and very practical, helping me make faster and more accurate decisions. I’m very satisfied with everything we’ve achieved thanks to Nory. I highly recommend it!

Honestly, I haven’t had any problems. Sometimes it updates and changes, but I can ask the Nory team in real time, and they always respond and help me.

I love how easy and intuitive it is to use, the output of live data and the ease to see where you are at with COGS and COL. The customer service is like no other. They helped us get everything set up and always answer our questions in a timely manner.

Not much! When we have new recipes it is easy to put them in but hard for me to remember to do so.

We needed a way of creating and managing rotas effectively, to get to the team in a way that wasn't manual and to ensure we put the right people in the right place at the right time, using data, which Nory generates for you! We also needed an inventory tracking system which it works for. I also love the real time sales data and forecasting.
