When we needed a new system, we interviewed other companies but returned to Northwoods due to their customer service. Even once we implemented Traverse, they listened to our needs and supported us. We love their web-based product that takes the extra stress off of our own IT folks. I also love their online reports and online support. They understand the roles and hoops that social workers encounter daily, and they seriously consider that as they design and continue to improve their projects. **What do you like best about Northwoods Consulting Partners?** The things I like best about Northwoods are their web-based Traverse system and their customer service. They are there to listen and provide support. I also appreciate their knowledge of implementation science. **What do you dislike about Northwoods Consulting Partners?** We've experienced some difficulty with our audio/video on our program, but Northwoods is actively resolving this issue. **What problems is Northwoods Consulting Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are getting rid of our old paper files and are becoming more efficient, which is especially helpful in this current remote environment. ### 2. Our agency continues to use Compas Pilot for our Economic Services Programs. **What do you like best about Northwoods Consulting Partners?** Traverse is easy to use for new and existing staff. The ability to organize cases and search for information has been very beneficial. The upgrades made by Northwoods since we started using Traverse have been very helpful. **What do you dislike about Northwoods Consulting Partners?** I have not had any issues or negative experiences in working with Northwoods. **What problems is Northwoods Consulting Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?** Because Traverse is very easy to use and information is easy to find and search for, it has reduced training time and allowed our agency to organize cases better and locate important information. We have also been able to create reports using data stored in Traverse, which saves time and will eventually assist all program areas. ### 3.
