Northwest Registered Agent LCC offers Registered Agent & Business Filing Services. Starting a business right begins with a registered agent—so that’s where we began. We started our journey opening offices in every state, growing into a national registered agent service. This gave us the ability to better protect your privacy with use of our business address on your public documents. So we started filing these docs, expanding into business formations (LLCs, Nonprofits, Corporations, etc.) and compliance. We began developing free legal forms to provide extra support after formation. We even began buying our own buildings, allowing us to add more privacy-focused services, like mail forwarding and virtual business address services. Hire a registered agent, start your LLC, and maintain state-to-state business compliance.

Northwest Registered Agent helped me start an LLC and provided me registered agent service so that I could maintain privacy and greatly reduce the amount of junk mail and soliciations that you typically get when you start a small business and act as your own registered agent. If you want to eliminate the hassle of forming a legal business entity any any state, I'd highly recommend Northwest Registered Agent. Fast, easy and great customer service!
