What do you like best about NorthPage Inc.?

It helps in breaking down user journey and analyzing touchpoints in silos for meaningful action plan. I used this post digital transformation of a client's hiring process, and used the insights for helping determine critical path, roadblocks, and optimal routes. What do you dislike about NorthPage Inc.?
