NordPass has been a vital part of our business since we came on board. The ease of use, ease of implementation, ease of integration, and the efficiency in which it provides has been vital to our operation. We use NordPass on a daily and consistent basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would say the only thing I would say I dislike is at times the placement of where it asks to save the passwords and where it places itself to autofill. At times it does not allow us to fill the fields as it is being covered by the NordPass window. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

2FA is unuseable. A web of requirements (must access on the mobile device it was set up on, must use either faceid or fingerprint, no support for passcode, etc..) that seemingly contradict and, ultimately, lead to people copy and pasting 2FA codes to each other over other tools.
Inconvenience that results in bad security and frustrated users.
Support essentially can only say "yeah, that sucks - but that's the way it's set up."

Within our business we use NordPass to manage all of our passwords across multiple departments. We love that it is a central location and very easy to share with our teams.

Its simplicity. It gives you confidence that you are more secure online. I have recieved fantastic customer service, particuarly from Arnas Žilinskas. It integrates very well. It is the sort of software you want to be good to go 100% of the time. It may just be my set up (I haven't heard anyone else in the workforce compalin of problems) but on occassions after my laptop has been hibernating or similar, the software struggles to be ready in a timely manner.
