Not the best, not the worst. **What do you dislike about NordPass Business?** 1. Our corporate card expired just before the renewal date, and the service was immediately interrupted on day one without any tolerance. Since all my passwords and payment information were stored in the app, I had to spend hours restoring access to my email and business profile and fetching credentials before I could make the payment. It's hard to trust this app any further. 2. The system actually requires me to memorize two passwords—one for the business admin account and another for the vault. The admin account is needed to install the vault but is used very rarely. I have a good memory, but I'm not able to remember a strong unique password that I don't use regularly. I.e. the system forces me to reuse the password or store it in an unsecured location. 3. Discussing the above-mentioned issues with support was a waste of time. They shot at me canned responses that made zero sense. 4. It is unable to store IDs and various documents. **What problems is NordPass Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's Password Manager. NordPass offers a single sign-on (SSO) authentication option that can be set up via the NordPass Admin Panel. This allows users to log in to the NordPass app using their Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace, or Okta credentials. Additionally, on macOS, Windows, Android, or iOS devices, you can replace the Master Password with your fingerprint for easier access to your vault. Storing IDs and documents: We understand that the ability to store documents, such as IDs, is important. This can be frustrating if you are mid-process in a form, but generally is annoying - both Lastpass and Dashlane don't have this issue. If we don't set the "Keep Extension Unlocked" feature within the business team Admin panel settings, every time a user closes a web browser where the plugin is deployed or the machine locks, the user has to ReAuth their Master Password to NordPass. This is an all-or-nothing sort of setting that is not functional for the users when it's set to be most secure but to make the system functional for users (similar to the way Dashlane, for instance, works) we have to set the 'Keep Extension unlocked' setting and a timing for when we want it to require ReAuth can be set to the lowest by the users. There is no Admin setting that manages the Master Pass ReAuth for the Windows Nordpass client, so if you want to use it, every time your workstation locks, upon login, you have to Reauthorize the local client with the Master Pass. These both need immediate redesign to be changed to a more workable functionality that will allow the Nordpass business team Admin the ability to set a reasonable functional but still secure Master Pass ReAuth cycle so that the program's physical security is kept in mind while balancing the user functionality. If this isn't fixed and made more functional/secure it will be the reason we leave and pay more for Dashlane. **What problems is NordPass Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** Individual users and Management team password handling and sharing. ### 25.
