What is most helpful about Noota is the feature-rich options that are present within this software compared to other less efficient products. I love the ability to highlight key points from my transcription, the ability to record meetings/webinars that I attend and keep recorded annotations of files. There are two things that need improvement in the Noota Platform. One is the Timestamp that shows for each video on the main page is not shown within the personalized Project folders. When you are needing to know how long the duration of the video is during the editing process, you have to go back to the Home screen to find out the timestamp. The second area for improvement is that on the Home Screen, all your files are shown. There is no privacy feature to place the file directly into the designated folder. When you are sharing the workspace, it would be good to keep your files private and secure. A secondary security feature would be helpful like a one-time password when you log in to get into your personal workspace and folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great tool, very versatile, for transcription, resume and manage video to text activities. Great interface and easy to use, powerful especially the youtube connection. I have been using Noota going on 2 years now, and it just keeps getting better. I love how easy it is to get summaries of informational videos I find and watch.

I really like that you can choose different accents - so you indicate upfront that the speak has a South African accent or an American accent. You also have to tell it how many speakers there are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no API and that is unfortunate. You have to do it everything manually or use an RPA tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Noota is that it is incredibly accurate at transcribing live speaking and pre-recorded files. You can even just put in a Youtube link and it will put it to words....and it is SOOO accurate. I have used other transcription tools and the tech is coming along really well but Noots seems way ahead of the curve right now. Usually, I have to go in and read the whole thing looking for edits. With Noota I only go to the sentences where I sneezed, coughed, etc while still talking to make sure it got it right. otherwise I just use the transcription as is. Not much. Early on I ran into a few technical issues. About 10 minutes on their Youtube channel later and I am basically a Noota master lol. Not much to master really. And if you need help the customer service is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
