"Turns Cold Calling From a Grind Into Real Pipeline"
4/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

What I like best about Nooks is how it turns cold calling from a grind into something that feels strategic and efficient. The UI is clean and sales focused, with one call card front and center so I can stay in selling mode instead of tabbing around. It integrates smoothly with our CRM and SEP, so tasks and notes sync automatically without extra work. Performance is solid, with fast parallel dialing and very few dropped calls. The AI research, script suggestions, and auto‑summarized notes save me hours each week and improve my talk tracks over time. Support and onboarding were straightforward, with clear docs and quick help when needed. For the ROI, the lift in live connects and cleaner data easily justifies the pricing for a high‑volume outbound team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

The pricing is on the higher side compared with simpler dialers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Dialing with Seamless Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I use Nooks for outbound dialing prospects integrated with HubSpot. I love the ease of dialing, as it allows us to power dial by choosing levels from 1 to 5. What I like about Nooks is that my team and I can communicate under one bubble or room, and I can lock myself in a bubble when I need to focus on delivering output. Integrating HubSpot and Google Calendar is also easy, with everything just one click away. The initial setup of Nooks was super easy, and I would recommend it to a friend or colleague with a solid 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Just timely update on software upgrade. Sometimes, Nooks surprise us. For any updates or upgrade. Nooks can simply send us a blast email, to anticipate downtime and eliminate unpleasant surprises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhances Connect Rates with Effortless AI Assistance"
4/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I really like that Nooks helps me get higher connect rates without having to check for spam numbers, which makes dialing more effective. It's made it so I don't have to go through 400 calls to get a certain amount of connects, and I can get connected much faster more often. I also appreciate the AI benefits, which allow me to track and have better outreach. The AI automatically summarizes calls, which helps me keep notes, reminds me to give callbacks, and even creates a Google Calendar link automatically. This is really nice. "Powerful Call Management, But Setup Is Challenging"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like the filters on notes that help me understand who I'm gonna call today, especially for people who haven't picked up the phone in seven or thirty days. This feature is my favorite because it instantly populates my list with more calls and helps me boost my outcomes. I also love the Salesforce integration, which allows me to pull lists off Salesforce into Nooks, giving me a ton of people to call and action. That's really good. Another feature I appreciate is the parallel dialing feature, which has significantly saved me time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I think the way Nooks handles my calls is not really working for me. I use Gong as my outreach tool and syncing data between Gong and Nooks can be frustrating. Nooks filters out and shows only the warmer calls, while cold ones go in a separate list, which makes it difficult to track how many calls I initially had from Gong compared to what I have left in Nooks. Manually reconciling this data is tedious and time-consuming. The initial setup was also hard due to transitioning from making calls one by one on Zoom Phone to the fast pace of parallel dialing on Nooks, which felt overwhelming at first. "Smooth Dialer for Productive Sales Teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

What I like best about Nooks is how easy it makes it for reps to connect, collaborate, and stay productive throughout the calling workflow. The platform is intuitive, the dialer experience is smooth, and the live coaching/collaboration features help the team work together more effectively. It saves time, improves visibility into activity, and makes outbound calling feel much more organized and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

There isn’t much I strongly dislike about Nooks, but one area that could be improved is occasional performance or loading speed when switching between calls, tabs, or workflows. Some parts of the interface can also feel a little busy at first, especially for new users. Overall it works well, but continued improvements to speed, reliability, and simplifying the UI would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Daily Dials with Sleek UI, Minor Connectivity Issues"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like the UI, and also I like the ability to power dial multiple people at once. I just know where to look, and being able to find things quickly saves me time. I can finish up my daily activity in not a couple of minutes, but, like, an hour or so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

There was this one time where I was in the middle of a call with the VP, and I was power dialing multiple people at once. The second person had a call screening, and because of it, the call connected with him after he picked up at the last second, which disconnected the call I had with the VP. When I tried to call the VP back, he didn't pick up again. That was the only bad part I had with Nooks, and it was pretty annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nooks Makes Reaching More Prospects Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks makes it very easy to reach, or at least attempt to reach, significantly more people throughout the day. They also have a great way to clean up bad data when that’s an issue I’m running into. I especially like being able to quickly have my call-from number adapt and match the prospect’s number, which results in more pick-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

If I am dialing a one off number thats not in my CRM, have a good convo, I can't log it and the conversation gets lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient for Sales Calls, Needs Stability Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like the organization of Nooks and the note-taking features. I also appreciate the filtering options and the customizability of the UI. These features help me not feel so overwhelmed by the number of prospects I have to call and ensure that when I call, it's the right time, making the process more effective. Additionally, once I learned about the power dialing, Nooks became a lot easier to use. It was pretty straightforward to set up, and getting the integration going was quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I feel like a lot of the prospects that I have on SalesLoft that I transfer over to Nooks don't appear in Nooks all the time. Also, when Nooks is laggy, due to Wi-Fi or low connection, the service gets really bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Efficiency with Auto and Parallel Dialing"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I use Nooks for calling, and I’m genuinely impressed by features like auto dialing and parallel dialing, which help me connect with prospects quickly. The AI summary feature is also very helpful for keeping track of conversations. I also find that auto disposition saves me time on manual updates, which improves my overall efficiency. On top of that, the initial setup was straightforward and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

The dial time shown in the reporting doesn’t seem to be calibrated properly. I’m spending more time on calls, but the reports consistently show less time than I actually spent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, Intuitive Dialer with Deep Integrations and Responsive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks has been an extremely powerful tool for our SDR team. The UI is very intuitive for setting up your call lists. There are deep integrations with our CRM and SEP. The performance and uptime is much better compared to other dialing tools that we've used in the past. Pricing compared to the market seems more than reasonable. The Nooks support team has been extremely responsive when there are questions posed by our team. And The AI tooling enhancements have made it a lot more efficient to surface specific calls/objections that should be reviewed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?
