"Greatest SDR Cheat Code of All-Time - Nooks!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

What I like most about Nooks is how much faster and more focused it makes outbound calling. The parallel dialer, call tasks, CRM syncing, and clean UI help me stay in a steady rhythm, instead of bouncing between tools or manually tracking every step.

It also makes high-volume prospecting feel less draining, which helps me stay consistent and productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Overall, there isn’t much I dislike, but a few workflow details could be smoother. I’d really appreciate better control over time zones, clearer and more consistent handling of invalid numbers, and more flexibility when it comes to follow-ups, callbacks, and re-queuing specific prospects. "Helpful Call Reporting and Insights That Make Weekly Outreach Planning Easier"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like the call reporting features on Nooks. The user-level information, persona-level information, and insights are helpful, and they help me plan my weeks and outreach ahead of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I don’t like that Nooks doesn’t load all contacts from a company during a one-off call. It only pulls in a few, which limits my options when I’m searching for and calling prospects in Nooks using the One-off feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nooks Makes Auto-Dialing Easy — Boosted Call Efficiency & Connections"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

Auto dialers can be overwhelming, but Nooks makes it easy. I'm able to complete calls efficiently and increase my connection rates. I can see which numbers are working, review past conversations with prospects when they pick up, and overall improve both call quality and quantity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I've had calls cancel unexpectedly. The system also doesn't automatically exclude companies outside their business hours when dialing, so I've accidentally called contacts in Europe at midnight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Prospecting with Seamless CRM Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like how Nooks integrates into our CRM, which makes my work as a salesperson much easier. It allows me to start every day with a ready-to-call list so I can power dial through prospects efficiently. The connection with LinkedIn is really helpful too, giving me a good understanding of who I'm calling and why. This integration and functionality simplify my day-to-day tasks significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I'm a bit frustrated with the power dialing feature in Nooks. When I'm dialing prospects from different regions or countries, I want the power dialer to automatically switch phone numbers according to the region. Sometimes it doesn't do this automatically, which can be an inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Outbound Calls with Stellar Parallel Dialing"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I really love the parallel dialing feature in Nooks, which lets me dial five numbers at the same time. This makes me more efficient by allowing me to make use of all the leads I have loaded in a day. It's just a really good feature to have. Setting up Nooks was very easy for us, thanks to our use of Okta, which allows single sign-on to all of our applications. I just click on Nooks from our Okta, and it works instantly. I also appreciate how Nooks integrates with Salesforce, giving us easy access to client details during our outbound calls. I believe that Nooks is one of the most powerful outbound call tools I've used in nearly a decade of doing outbound calling, and it's one of the best tools I've used so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I think the dispositions that our company have added on Nooks is pretty much not enough to cover some of the issues we handled during our call. It's really more from our side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Dialing and Smart Call Categorization Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

The speed for dialing and the features to categorize the calls Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Feedback on Nooks

Information Overload: There is often too much information and too many visual elements displayed at once. The UI can feel cluttered, making it overwhelming and difficult to focus on the task at hand.

Persistent Dialing Issues: The automated calling logic can be frustrating. For instance, even after leaving a voicemail or finishing a conversation, the system sometimes continues to dial the contact's secondary numbers automatically.

Call Log Management: The way calls are logged or synced can feel messy, especially when trying to track which specific interaction took place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly nothing really, would be great for them to get the call recorder tech live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Prospecting with Intuitive AI Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like how intuitive Nooks is. The AI-generated summary on why a contact or account is a good fit for our product is probably the best feature. I also just like how Nooks automatically records the calls and provides a summary as soon as the call is over. Another feature I like is that Nooks picks up on the response during a call—if they're not interested, it'll take them out of the sequence, or if there’s a wrong contact. I also enjoy the power dialer, which allows me to dial three to five numbers at the same time and get through a long list of contacts quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I would say that the thing that can be improved is what pops up on the screen during the call and how readily available it is. You kinda have to scroll through and look through different things to find the relevant information. And if certain information was just, you know, things such as, like, battle cards or responses that are generated based on the context of the call in, I guess, real time transcript. "AI Coaching Assistant Helps SDRs Improve and Excel"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I personally love the AI coaching assistant the best. This has enabled my SDRs to really dig into what they're doing well, but more importantly what they need to improve on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

There's nothing I dislike, but I with there was a management AI tool that I could use to help coach my SDRs more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern UI with Salesfloor Chat, Strong Enrichment, and Helpful AI Roleplay Bots"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

My favorite feature is the salesfloor, where you can chat with coworkers while making calls. I also like the nooks numbers and enrichment; it has helped me find more numbers in cases where ZoomInfo alone wouldn’t. The UI feels very modern, and I like the AI roleplay bots—they make warming up for the day much easier without burning calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Sometimes the enrichment provides bad numbers however its understandable that its just going to be a gamble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
