What do you like best about Nooks?

I think its super easy to use, the layout is very straightforward making daily tasks a breeze. I love the AI features though, I haven't had time to use the agent yet but the AI assistant has been great for hyper personalisation. It integrates well with our CRM showing a consistent source of truth and I've found that it performs really well across all of our cadences. What do you dislike about Nooks?

Haven't found anything yet - working directly in the platform is how I prefer to use it though as the extension isn't as user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Dialing and Note-Saving Empowers Prospecting"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like that Nooks dials fast and it saves my notes. This means I'm not having to look up the numbers in Google because I already have them downloaded in a list. I can write my notes and attach them to the prospect. Also, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Sometimes the column is choppy, and it's more during the evening than in the morning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Dialing with a Social Touch"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I love using Nooks because of its speed and the social aspect it brings to my day. The power dialing feature is really quick, which saves me a lot of time. It also helps me hang out with my sales rep friends, making work less boring and more entertaining. This way, I can solve the problem of feeling lonely as an independent contributor by spending time with my work friends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I don't like that I can't have a call queue from HubSpot in my Nooks. Like, I have to do it by the task name, not the call queue. I had to completely change my creation flow. It was definitely confusing. There's a lot of information in Nooks. It wasn't super intuitive, especially with power dials versus parallel dials, power one, power two, power three. It was a really steep learning curve. I wish that it was a little bit more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Outreach with Seamless Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I use Nooks primarily to dial more prospects and reach a wider ICP, which helps me get more connections. It has a parallel dialer that cuts down the time when reaching out to multiple prospects at once and connects me directly to the prospect who picks up the call, so I don't end up wasting time. I really like using the paddle dialer and find the account filter great. The initial setup wasn't challenging at all because the customer success team was great and set up everything for us. The integration to HubSpot was smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I think there is a bit of lag when Nooks connects with the prospects while Parallel dialing. The buffer is about a couple of seconds. I would like that to be a little less, but I can live with that for now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Reliable Power Dialer That Boosts Outbound Calling Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

What I like best about Nooks is how much it improves the efficiency of outbound calling without making the workflow more complicated. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, so new team members can get up to speed quickly, and the power dialer with AI-assisted features helps me spend more time talking to prospects instead of dealing with manual tasks. It integrates smoothly with our CRM, making it simple to track calls and update records without switching between multiple tools. The platform has been reliable with minimal lag, and the analytics provide valuable insights that help refine our outreach strategy. Overall, the time savings and increase in productive conversations have delivered a strong return on investment, and whenever we've needed assistance, the support team has been responsive and helpful. "Intuitive UI and Best-in-Class Parallel Dialer That Saves Us Tons of Time"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

The UI is super easy to use, with the left side bar showcasing analytics, call logs, call library, rooms to enter with coworkers and then the main dialing page. Then, on the dialer, there are so many filters, so you can get the best experience as a sales rep. This is because you can filter your call list by industry, sequence (integrated from Hubspot), time zones and more, redefining the logical flow when cold calling. Also, the parallel dialer is by far the best thing about Nooks, being the reason we brought it on as an investment in our company. The amount of time saved parallel dialing is unmatched compared to the system we had before Nooks. It is so quick and enables us sales reps to efficiently then dedicate time to other tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

There are some lags with Nooks. Despite Nooks having set up a support integration within Slack for us to reach out to support and ask our questions, responses lag and it seems as though often, the support doesn't actually assist us, just merely try to find a possible answer and then drop it off there. For example, we send examples and write in much detail the problems we face, whether technical, data issues or tweaks/faults, and more than half the times, this has not been solved. However, the constant updating Nooks has on its platform ensures these faults are at a minimum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Call Process with Minor Stability Hurdles"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I use Nooks for calling, reporting, and review meetings. I really appreciate how Nooks simplifies the entire calling process and reduces manual effort. It helps reduce manual dialing and repetitive tasks, keeps everything organized in one place, and makes outreach much more efficient. The efficiency of tracking performance and improving connect rates is a big plus. The initial setup was smooth and easy to navigate, with a straightforward interface that made the onboarding process uncomplicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

It works well but improving stability during high volume dialing and making reporting more accurate would make the experience even better. During high volume or parallel dialing, the platform can occasionally lag or hang, which interrupts the flow and wastes time. On the reporting side, I've noticed a mismatch in actual dialing time versus what gets recorded so making the tracking more accurate would really help. Also, when I'm already talking to one prospect and at the same time another prospect calls, it should not ring the bell then I'm not able to hear anything the prospect is saying and it is also distracting. "Efficient Dialing and Seamless Data Access"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like Nooks for its easy access to information and fast dialing, which saves me a lot of time. The callbacks setup is really good because it reminds us of things we might forget, which is an amazing feature. I find Nooks faster than Orum in dialing, which is an improvement for us, and the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Maybe the reporting part. It should give us a clear picture on how many dials are made, how many no answers, how many callbacks, how many not interested, etc., in a very simple format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nooks Supercharged Our Dialing with AI, Seamless Integrations, and Clear ROI"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

⚙️ Performance & Parallel Dialing

The multi-line parallel dialer fires up to 5 lines simultaneously, using AI to filter out busy signals, bad numbers, and voicemails. This compresses the usual dead time between calls to zero. A cold-calling block of 50 dials that used to drag across an entire morning now takes roughly 15 minutes, keeping our reps in a perfect flow state.

🤖 AI / Intelligence

The AI Assistant does the heavy lifting for pre-call research. Instead of a rep spending 10 minutes digging through Google, Nooks surfaces buying signals and persona context directly in the dialer view. During live calls, AI Coaching provides real-time objection-handling prompts, while post-call AI transcriptions save managers hours of manual pipeline auditing.

🔌 Integrations

The integration with Salesforce and our Sales Engagement Platforms (Outreach/Salesloft) is incredibly reliable. Reps pull active sequences directly into Nooks with zero extra data prep. Call tasks, dispositions, and notes sync back automatically, completely eliminating manual data logging and keeping our CRM hygiene pristine.

💰 Pricing / ROI

While Nooks is a premium investment with a custom quote model, it pays for itself rapidly. Within our first 45 days, our connect rates jumped from 8% to 14%, and meetings booked more than doubled. It delivers clear ROI by consolidating separate subscriptions for dialing, call recording, and virtual office spaces into a single platform.

🤝 Support & Onboarding

The Nooks implementation team provided high-touch support, helping with custom field mapping and staying live on our virtual floor during our initial team dialing blitzes. This hands-on onboarding cut our new rep ramp time in half. Because the UI guides them through target messaging and automated research, new hires are holding quality conversations within two weeks instead of two months.

💡 Unexpected Benefit: The biggest surprise was how effectively Nooks combats remote sales burnout. The gamified leaderboards and instant audio rooms give our distributed team a genuine sense of community, which has noticeably boosted morale and dropped our rep turnover rates. What do you dislike about Nooks?

At this point there is nothing that we dislike about Nooks, great platform! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Cold Calling Efficiency with Intuitive Tools"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I really like Nooks for cold calling campaigns and generating reports. Its auto and parallel dialing feature reduces the manual task and increases my connect rate. The single user-friendly dashboard where I can get all the information together is very helpful. The auto dialing process is efficient, and I love that we can generate new numbers on the spot. I also appreciate using the reporting and dialer parts, especially for team reports and bar graphs. The suggestive part for objections on calls and better connection rates were a major factor in switching from our previous product. Setting up Nooks was quite easy, with no significant challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

One thing that can be improved is sometimes for incoming calls we don't get real-time visibility of the call details, which causes some trouble. The information of the caller is not visible to me; it takes 2-3 minutes sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
