"Streamlines Dialing with Smart Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like the parallel dial feature in Nooks, which allows me to use multiple different numbers in parallel. The auto-rotate feature is great, and I can add my personal cell phone number, which is really useful. I also appreciate the filter that helps specify the numbers most likely to reach out to, with the pickup likelihood feature. Another positive point is that the overall transition to Nooks was quite easy and seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

One thing that I do not like much about Nooks is the fact that the dashboards that I get, the dashboard that I get when I pick up a call, it's not really something that I can adjust as per my convenience. Also, if I am in the dialer, it becomes difficult to use the rest of the application. If it was convenient to switch tabs while being within the dialer, it would help me understand multiple things better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Team Morale with Community Dialing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I think the thing I like most about Nooks is the ability to have community within your sales floor. So, you're not dialing alone; you can dial with your teammates and coworkers, building community at the same time. This helps keep up morale by jamming out to music with fellow coworkers. It just makes dialing easier, especially because it's a task that can feel very mundane and difficult. Facing a lot of rejection becomes easier to handle when you're doing it with your peers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I think sometimes there's a bit of recycling of tasks, and it becomes a bit inaccurate. I dial, complete the tasks, and then refresh the page, and notice that they're still there. So sometimes it gets a little bit glitchy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple to Use and Game-Changing for Boosting Connect and Meeting Rates"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I love how simple this product is to use, and I genuinely think the technology that increases our connect rate is game-changing. Since our team started using Nooks, I’ve seen our meeting rate improve significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I wish the business hours filter would utilize the prospect's Linkedin profile location vs going off of the prospect's area code from their phone number. A lot of times prospects will live in a completely different part of the world despite their area code of their phone number. It has caused me to forget to reach out to prospects since they are filtered out with the Nooks default business hours setting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Prospect Dialing Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like that Nooks allows me to make a good volume of calls in less time than I would on other platforms. The layout of Nooks is something I really enjoy; it's easygoing, user-friendly, and very well organized, giving me visibility over the tasks I need to do without making it too complicated. The initial setup was really great, and I was quite surprised by how smooth it was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Well, I feel sometimes just the integration with Outreach can be a little bit better. So this way, I can always have visibility on the things that I need to do. Just being able to whenever I put a call disposition, looks for that to translate in Outreach a little bit better and smoother because sometimes I will make a call in one, put its position, and by the end of it, I won't like it won't convert into an outreach. "The Best Dialer on the Market with Quality Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I love Nooks' interface because it's easy to navigate. The parallel dialer feature is fantastic as it allows me to call multiple numbers at the same time. I also appreciate the smart list feature that I can call on, and the cold call reporting is very useful for seeing where I can improve. It was very easy to connect Nooks to our platforms to be able to get data. It's truly the best dialer on the market for being able to dial more people and get more volume out there efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I have noticed that after I call someone, they will reappear in my Nooks dialer to call them. I have had instances where people have told me I called them twice a day when I was only supposed to do it once a day. I would also like to see masking numbers when doing parallel dialing to get a higher pick-up rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Sales with User-Friendly UI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I use Nooks for my sales activities, and it helps me increase our hit rate. I love how it streamlines the call list and excellently organizes notes on prospects. The UI is really user-friendly, and I like how it keeps all data open when a prospect picks up the phone. Plus, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Nooks can get a bit clunky when it comes to resetting call tasks and integrating with Groove. I have to change my number to call back prospects, and the Groove integration isn't great because I have to manually skip through tasks on Groove as they don't automatically complete when I make a call. "A Game-Changer for Business Development Representatives"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like how Nooks makes my work as a business development representative at HubSpot easier by making cold calls extremely easy and boosting my connect rate. I love being able to collaborate with my work friends and manager, even in a virtual environment, as we can listen into calls live and provide feedback. It feels great knowing we can lean on each other. Nooks also made logging in as a BDR and the onboarding process with HubSpot very easy, thanks to how seamlessly it integrates with Okta. Additionally, the platform's ability to help train me on the enablement side before my first month on the floor at HubSpot was invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Sometimes Nooks runs faster than other times and could be a little bit slower, especially when doing the parallel dial feature. But that's expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nooks Increases Dialing Speed and Pipeline Generation"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks makes it so much easier, and faster, to get through my dials for the day. In 30 minutes, I can make the number of dials that used to take over an hour. It integrates directly with Salesforce so I can easily pull up a report and dial the people I want to at the click of a button. And it's great to be able to spend time with the team while we dial. It makes remote work feel much less isolating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

There are occassional bugs that can be a bit annoying, but the support team is fantastic and always quick to fix any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Multi-Tasking and Seamless Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I use Nooks to call all of my prospects, and it makes it a lot easier to make many calls at the same time and filter those calls. It's like having an AI assistant that helps me change phone numbers without me doing it at the scrum, which is very useful. I get to see the profiles easily, and it's easy to integrate with other tools. What I like most about Nooks is the fact that I can do the job of three people at the same time. I can make up to five calls simultaneously and go through a massive spreadsheet of phone numbers a lot faster, making around three to four hundred calls within an hour. It quickly classifies calls, letting me know if a phone number is not working or if there's an AI assistant so I can prioritize accordingly. It's really, really good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

It could be useful to add foreign phone numbers, like having a French phone number if I'm calling France or a Spanish phone number if I'm calling Spain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowered Sales with Great Insights, Tricky UI"
4/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I really like using Nooks to drive our outbound motion with our sales and business development teams, as it has led to a huge increase in activity and allows us to penetrate our target addressable market much more efficiently. I've been very impressed with the coaching lab feature of Nooks. It's awesome, enabling me to get extremely granular with my team about where they are having troubles and how I can better support them, which is crucial for a smaller team with limited enablement resources. The coaching lab's ability to gamify data and integrate it with our environment's cloud and tooling really sets it apart, providing granular data about reps' performance, which I find critical. Moreover, the initial setup of Nooks was effortless and super easy, allowing me to get it into my reps' hands within the day without going through my CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Really, the only thing that comes to mind when thinking about areas of improvement would be the UI of the Nooks dialer specifically. It's a little bit overwhelming, especially for someone new to using a power dialer. And, it can at times not be super clear what to look at, what to pay attention to, or where my workflow is. Additionally, and this is not an issue with Nooks, more just something to be aware of, is this does require a workflow change for folks who are not necessarily used to a power dialer structure. So I think having some more onboarding, workflow adjustment materials would be really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
