"Outstanding Tool for Remote Worker Engagement"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I love the Nooks rooms because they let me connect with my coworkers as a remote worker, allowing for real-time feedback and learning from others. It's super easy to stay on task since all the information I need is in one place when I need it, and I really appreciate the community aspect. The call library and Nooks bots are super helpful for improving my skills, practicing objection handling, and learning what's working for others. Being able to filter the library by specific objections or team members with great talk tracks is incredibly helpful. The Nooks bots give me the chance to practice before talking to prospects, making sure my conversations are valuable. The setup was super easy, and the interface is very user-friendly. Overall, this platform is awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

One very specific thing is that it would be helpful if the title of a prospect shows up at the top of the page when I get a call back. I find myself stumbling when I have to scroll down when I answer a call back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Parallel & Power Dialing That Keeps Me on Pace"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

Parallel and power dialing. When I need connects or am in a funk where people are not picking up the phone, I can double dial and rip a strong list I've built around a single talk track and get myself back on pace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

The Nooks extension does not act as a simple one off dialer. I use outreach a lot because it is an easy one off dial where you can rip and drag and drop numbers. Nooks extension doesnt let you paste numbers and dial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Business Development with Nooks"
4/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I love the LinkedIn feature in Nooks, which really helps keep my outreach efforts organized. It creates organized account lists, and every prospect is separated by account or company. This allows me to have a general idea of who I'm going after at a company and keeps my thoughts organized. I also love being able to speak to the right prospect with a tailored approach, which is really convenient. Plus, the initial setup of Nooks was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I have some issues with the dialer in Nooks. I prefer using a single dialer, but the power dialer isn't as effective for me because I just like to dial one prospect at a time. The pricing is also a bit of a concern for me. While I appreciate having multiple people calling at the same time, it would be more convenient if their LinkedIn profiles were automatically matched or visible on the side of the screen, so I know who I'm talking to if they pick up. That feature would be really helpful for the power dialer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nooks Makes Call Tracking Easy and Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks is very user-friendly and easy to use. The dialer itself makes it much easier for us to track our calls, which helps keep everything organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

It sometimes has downtime. For example, if I’ve had it open for a couple of hours, I need to refresh it to get it back to its normal activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful CRM Cards and Amazing Parallel Dialing"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I love the different cards you can integrate directly into the CRM like battlecards, the info you can pull from sources that would normally take hours to research too. The parallel dialing is amazing...honestly so many things have made this my favorite dialer to use so far Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Haven't found anything yet, if there's an issue it's usually fixed pretty quick because of the great communication Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Connects and Team Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

My favorite part is the parallel dialer. Being able to just increase the amount of live conversations you're having leads to more meetings booked and our reps improve at a much faster rate. I also really love the virtual sales floor. Working fully remotely, it really allows us to feel more connected as a team, and I've really enjoyed that. Setting it up was super easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I think the UI could be a little cleaner. It's not bad, but it also doesn't look great. It's just not very pleasant to the eye. It looks kinda like Microsoft 97. It's fine. Like, it works similar to a spreadsheet, but it's just not that pretty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From a Revenue Operations standpoint, the Salesforce integration and activity visibility are extremely valuable. It helps maintain cleaner reporting, improves pipeline tracking accuracy, and gives managers better insight into rep productivity and conversion performance. What do you dislike about Nooks?

At times, the platform can feel resource-intensive during high call volumes, and some workflows require multiple clicks that could be streamlined further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Platform for Outbound Efficiency & Team Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

What I like best about Nooks is how it streamlines outbound calling and team collaboration in one place. The live coaching, parallel dialing, and visibility into rep activity make it much easier to stay efficient and keep momentum throughout the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

The biggest downside is that call quality and platform lag can occasionally be inconsistent, especially during high-volume dialing sessions. There’s also a bit of a learning curve when first getting set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smarter Sales, Less Hassle"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

What I like most about Nooks is its clean and intuitive UI/UX, which makes it easy to use from day one. The integrations fit smoothly into existing workflows, and the performance feels fast and reliable. From a pricing and ROI perspective, it seems worth the investment for the value it delivers. I also appreciate the strong support and onboarding experience, and the AI features genuinely enhance productivity rather than just being there for show. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

One thing I’d improve about Nooks is that some features can feel a bit complex at first, especially for new users. The platform could benefit from more simplified onboarding and clearer guidance in certain areas. Also, deeper customization options and more flexible integrations would make it even more adaptable to different workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Cold Calling Integration with Easy Setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nooks?

I appreciate Nooks for the ability to tailor call lists, which really helps in cold calling and setting meetings. The way it sits on top of Outreach allows for easy integration, which makes our workflow smoother without impacting our current processes. The call dispositions and sequences being mirrored into Nooks make it easier to dial, which is great for maintaining volume and allocating more time for prospecting. Enriched numbers work well for getting in touch with prospects. Plus, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Sometimes the list, if not monitored, can get a bit messy and we start to lose track of prospects in sequence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
