Nooks has completely transformed our cold calling efforts. We're able to make way more dials in a fraction of the time, which means more conversations and, ultimately, more meetings booked. It’s made a huge difference in how we approach our outreach – I can focus on connecting with prospects instead of spending time dialing. I genuinely don't think I could go back to doing every dial individually. The tool is a must-have for anyone looking to maximize efficiency & results on cold calls.

Nooks gives you the ability to load up a list and have 8-10 conversations in an hour at the least. You can see an average of a 13-25% dial to connect rate. That's 8x the national average. The ability to sort by company, time zone, drop voice mails, and enrich the data is game changing. It was easy to implement and their customer support response time is superfast! The one constructive thing I can hope to add here is that the call library can use some update in terms of the UI and the search capabilities. But I hear this may be in the works already Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used Nooks for a few weeks now and the results are clear to see, my call activity is drastically up and the conversation is even better. I like the amount of features Nooks offers. Everything from parallel dialing, enriching numbers, and practicing cold calls with an AI bot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think what I dislike about Nooks relates somewhat to my likes. With so many features, Nooks can have a steep learning curve (learning all the features and effecient ways to use them all). But other than that I have 0 complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sales floor! Collaberation at it's best. Makes oubound calling fun. The team who implemented was so helpful and supportive. We continue to receive amazing customer support with Terrence. -Nooks makes it very easy to make high quality dials in velocity
-I love the parrell dilaer & how it lets you pick a few to a handful of people to dial

-The only complaint I have about nooks is sometimes it answers voicemails and I have to hang up and re-call or there is a slight delay occasioanlly

The AI notes are really helpful because it keeps record of calls that are clear and well summarized as opposed to having to find old recordings of calls to remember what I talked about with someone, it makes calling people more efficient so I have more time to make more dials and skip through bad numbers, and I love that you can have 10 numbers because then people are more likely to pick up when they dont know you've been calling them every day!

The mass outbounding for a fraction of the time is the reason to buy. It allows sales individuals to get ahold of people, get more shots at bat and actually book meetings. It also connects to SalesLoft which is great for looking at notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The virtual sales rooms are awesome! I work at a fully remote company and I was worried that my social life would dissappear, but not so! I'm able to make calls while also hanging out with multiple co-workers at the same time. Love using this platform! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only thing I would say is kind of rough is the delay in time after a prospect answers the phone and when I am taken from the sales room to the call. Sometimes prospects have hung up before I was put in the call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
