## Nooks Reviews
  ### 1. Efficient Call Management, Needs Better Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergio C.

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love that Nooks allows us to call five times the amount of people at once. I also love the reporting feature. It's great for senior leadership because it does a great job of showing me how every rep is doing and what they can develop. That was really nice to see not only at an individual level but also as a team. The whole reason we went with Nooks was for the ability to parallel dial.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think customer support could be improved. We often have to wait weeks, if not weeks to get a response. Also, working with Gong has been tough due to API issues. Improving that integration would be great.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Nooks enhances call review speed, letting me quickly switch between reps to pinpoint improvement areas. It boosts productivity with its parallel dialing and supports reporting for leadership. This helps track individual and team development effectively.

  ### 2. Streamlines B2B Prospecting with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jethro C.

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like that I can make a ton of dials very quickly with Nooks, and I don't have to dial one by one, which is very convenient. The interface is really nice, and the ability to do AI role plays is super helpful, especially for someone who's new to sales development roles. I appreciate being able to see call transcripts for review and having all stats in one place, like connect rate and best time to call. It's all super helpful for optimizing.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think sometimes the ability of the automation or AI to detect if a number is wrong could be better. There have been times where it continues to dial a wrong number or an out-of-service number without flagging it as such.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for B2B prospecting, saving time as an autodialer and increasing connect rates. It reduces manual dialing errors, integrates with SalesLoft, and keeps team communication smooth.

  ### 3. Effortless Dialing, Stellar AI Summaries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin J.

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like the note-taking feature and the overall AI summary that Nooks provides. It significantly improves my connection with people compared to Connect and Sell, as I find myself able to talk to more people and make connections more frequently. I also appreciate how I can dial a lot more people a lot faster.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I wouldn't say there was anything that really didn't work well for me. For what I did, it was integrated pretty well in our system for the two weeks, so nothing I can say that would improve on. Maybe just less in the disposition areas, maybe less of those just because for me, I only use two of them. But, of course, this platform is for the majority of people, and that could be customized when it's for us only.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks reduces the time it takes us to dial, minimizing time in queues and maximizing our talking time with people.

  ### 4. Super Easy to Use with Great Music, Filters, and Coworker Rooms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

It's super easy to use and I like the music feature that it has and the different filters you can use and also that I can join a room with coworkers where we can talk while we wait to hop on a call. The log book also is so great because I can specifically review other BDRs' calls which is nice practice.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think the AI feature still could be better and it takes awhile to load which is fair because it's a newer integration, but when I ask to see specific objections or calls, it doesn't give me the log book for it but just written examples so it would be nice to be able to go back and listen to that recording. If this is already a feature and I just may not have noticed, than other than that, it is a great platform.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Enrichment feature is nice because even if we are not able to find numbers ourselves, Nooks is able to do it for us. Also, the fact that it can call as many as 5 people at a time is super great because it goes through numbers really quickly. I also really like the callback feature because if we do have any missed calls we can still go back and use that. Also, if I want my manager to review any of my calls, it is nice for that as well.

  ### 5. Remarkable Call Efficiency and Team Connectivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg M. | Sales Development Representative

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love how I can track outbound call volumes and quality with Nooks. The auto-dialer speeds things up greatly, allowing me to focus more on actual conversations rather than manually navigating gatekeepers. I appreciate the lead intelligence feature, which improves my data and helps me achieve better connect rates and more conversations. The virtual workspace is fantastic for hanging out with my team, boosting morale, and keeping the energy high. With Nooks, I've increased my daily calls from 50 to between 150-200, which is significant for my workflow. The setup was easy, and their representative was a huge help.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I don't like the GIF limit in breakout room.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for cold calling, and it improves my call volume and connect rates. The auto-dialer saves time, letting me focus on conversations, while lead intelligence enhances data quality. The virtual workspace energizes team interactions.

  ### 6. Highly Recommended Tool - SDR Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna G. | Sales Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I can learn more by being able to knowledge share with my peers, it helps create culture in a remote environment, and the phone number waterfall feature is amazing. Customer support is quick and reliable, the platform is super user friendly and easy to learn, and I wouldn't want to do my job without it!

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

If there's every been an issue or something the team doesn't like about platform, the Nooks team works overtime to do what they can to solve our issue or take our suggestions into account.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to make more phone calls with ease and be able to learn from and connect with my peers.

  ### 7. Boosts Sales Efficiency with Unique Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter P.

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the accessibility and productivity that comes with Nooks. I find the recently implemented flight check helpful as it sends us prospect leads, and I appreciate not having to prospect manually. Although some leads are questionable, there are definitely some good ones. I also really like having Spotify integrated, so I can listen to music while dialing. Even though the Spotify feature occasionally has a lag or delays because it's in the beta stage, I still love it as there's no other platform like Nooks with this option.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I would say the customization and flight check, and also the delayed response when someone answers the phone. It seems like they answered it, and then we're not able to hear them or talk to them for, like, maybe two to three seconds, which ends up sometimes in them hanging up the phone.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for prospecting and outbound calling. It saves time and boosts productivity by allowing me to stay on one platform instead of switching between applications.

  ### 8. Virtual Workspaces, High-Connect Enrichment, and Smart Customization for Better Dialing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love the virtual workspaces to connect with my coworkers when making dials. The waterfall enrichment of numbers has a very high connect rate on the phone, which has been making calling more enjoyable. The customization and lead intelligence have been very helpful for keeping me on track and having all information ready for when I use the auto-dialer.

The onboarding for customer support was second to none, we had so much time with someone to be able to help us get it setup, which makes sense because I use this program every day for hours.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

It did take a moment to get used to coming from a more simple setup, but once I had it customized to my liking, it made the dialing so much better.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks is a great auto-dialer, number finder, cold-call coach and most importantly a way for all of us BDRs to spend more time together while making calls!

It has greatly improved our moral and connect rates and has become a very important tool!

  ### 9. Efficient Cold Calling with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom F. | Athlete, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like Nooks because it increases my connect rate, which means I spend less time cold calling but still speak to the same amount of people. It's super helpful for my workflow, making me more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

It's a bit temperamental. Sometimes it's not syncing properly, and I can't see my sequences. It's also a little bit laggy at times. My headset might be connected and working fine, but it doesn't feed audio through to Nooks, so when someone answers, they can't hear me and hang up.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was spending a lot of time dialing with low answer rates, but with Nooks, I spend less time cold calling while maintaining the same connect rate.

  ### 10. Nooks Makes High-Volume Outbound Calling and Reporting Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex E. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

We are a high volume outbound sales team in a competitive space, so Nooks has been great for finding reliable information and simply managing a high volume of outbound calling everyday, including reports of what's working, etc.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

sometimes it will organize your calls in a manner that seems less logical, for example if you have multiple people from the same office in your list, it sometimes breaks them out into different days rather than giving you them all at the same time to call. That may be intentional that they're doing that (to break it up); but I like knowing who all I'm calling in the same office, so for me it might be nicer to have them all given to me at the same day and time

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us make a higher volume of outbound calls each day compared to other systems we've used, which in turn results in more meetings scheduled and more new customers.

  ### 11. Effortless Cold Calling & Exceptional Layout Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nishka C. | Partnerships Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like Nooks' layout, especially the battle cards. It's really helpful as an entry-level sales rep to be able to see how to handle objections and get ideas while looking at a prospect's LinkedIn. It allows me to really quickly scan information while on a call with a prospect who's probably trying to get me off the phone. I also find Nooks very easy to use, which makes it nice to collaborate with other folks that I'm calling with. Setting up Nooks was really easy and seamless.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I don't have a ton of things that Nooks could improve. I think one thing that could be helpful is maybe getting a better understanding of how to use some of the more nitty gritty features like enriching numbers or figuring out how to make sure we're dialing prospects at the perfect time. Maybe just getting a better feel for how to use the features that I might not be using every day. The only thing that we had issues with was connecting to Salesforce. That could have been a bit more seamless.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks is easy to use, allowing me to quickly connect with individuals during cold calls and enrich numbers. The layout, especially battle cards, helps me handle objections and gather information while on calls.

  ### 12. Efficient Power Dialing with Stellar White-Glove Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the ability to power dial and the overall efficiency of the tool. I’ve also had a great experience with the white glove service from the support team. Being able to filter my dials by prospect name, time zone, company, title, and more makes it much easier to stay organized and focused. I also appreciate the option to enrich numbers when they aren’t available. The roleplay feature and the live battle cards are helpful, and the LinkedIn syncing is a nice addition as well.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Calls only appear in Outreach once they’re marked as “overdue,” which is frustrating when I want to call someone before the task reaches that point. On top of that, if I don’t click “log call” before refreshing the page, the call sometimes disappears and I lose the record. Finally, if you one off dial someone it doesn't mark the task as completed in outreach, which doesn't make sense to me.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps solve outbound efficiency and call quality challenges by making it easier to connect live conversations at scale while improving coaching and performance visibility.

For us, the biggest benefits are higher connect rates, more consistent daily call volume, and better rep focus during power dialing blocks. The live coaching, call controls, and analytics help reps improve faster, while managers get clearer insight into activity and effectiveness without adding manual overhead.

  ### 13. Exceptional Autodialer with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shauna O.

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like Nooks' power dialer because it allows me to get large numbers of calls done in a short time, which is essential since I'm working in full cycle sales. This tool makes me incredibly more efficient given the demands of demos, follow-ups, and prospecting. The autodialer and parallel dialing features have significantly helped with our call volumes and growing our presence in the market. I'm also impressed by the event call tracking, which helps us understand call metrics and book meetings more effectively. Additionally, the lead intelligence and enrichment features are amazing, providing us with crucial lead information and enhancing the number of connections I make. My experience working remotely is improved by the virtual workspace, which creates a collaborative sales floor for cold calling. Integration with SalesLoft and the AI notetaker that automates call information feeding into our system are also features that have been working really well.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Honestly nothing I've been finding it amazing

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks' autodialer increases our call volumes, with its event call tracking providing crucial call data. The lead intel and number enrichment features enhance our connection rates and meeting bookings. It's great for remote collaboration, using virtual workspaces for effective teamwork during cold calls.

  ### 14. Improving Connect Rates to Increase Meetings Booked

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neeraj S. | SDR Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

What stands out with Nooks is the improvement in connectivity, reps are getting into more real conversations instead of wasting time dialing into silence. That increase in live connects has made coaching far more effective, because feedback is based on actual calls and patterns, not assumptions. With better coaching and higher connect rates, meetings booked per rep have gone up, and reps are spending more time talking to prospects rather than managing manual calling tasks. Overall, it’s had a clear impact on both productivity and meeting volume.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

What I dislike about Nooks is the lack of an SMS/texting capability. Not having a built-in way to send or manage texts limits follow-ups with prospects, especially since SMS is often faster and more effective than calls or emails for confirming interest or scheduling meetings.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks is solving the problem of low connect rates and inefficient outbound calling by helping reps get into more live conversations faster. That improved connectivity makes coaching more actionable, since it’s based on real calls, and it directly translates into more meetings booked per rep. For us, this means higher productivity, better-quality conversations, and a clearer path from activity to pipeline.

  ### 15. Effortless Cold Calling with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isabella H. | Sales Development Representative

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how Nooks makes it easy to call people and hit my goals in terms of dials and numbers. The system is really easy to use, not as manual as what I used before, and it's so seamless. I also like the interface, which presents really well and is super easy to use. The ability to use tags is great, and it syncs with Outreach and other platforms, which makes tracking my progress a breeze. It's amazing how compatible it is with everything I use for work. Additionally, I didn't have to set anything up when I joined my company; it was ready to go and super seamless. The aito-dialer is amazing really helps me to hit my targets

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think it could be improved by making sure that when we call, and it says spam, we get notified on that right away. Sometimes it takes a minute and my calls come through as spam. Also its been improved upon with dialer trees but when it comes to the AI call robot that says who you are before answering sometimes its lagging a bit and slows own the calls - maybe these numbers could be separated

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to make cold calling easy, helping me hit my dial goals. It's less manual, easy to use, and syncs with platforms like Outreach, making organization and target tracking seamless. It also has a great AI traking system so I know exactly what was said on the last call. Also the virtual workspace is great!

  ### 16. Time-Saving Cold Calling Game-Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luka A.

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks to make cold calls, and I really like the ability to parallel dial, which lets me call 5 people at once and make hundreds of cold calls every day. It's super easy to use, and the customer support is great. Using Nooks saves me a ton of time in my daily work and gives me more opportunities to connect with prospects. The initial setup was extremely easy for us.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I guess the issue with time zones, where sometimes Nooks won't recognize the correct time zone for a prospect when I use time zone as a filter to call people, for example if I want to call only ET, it can miss someone. The enriching can sometimes be tricky, the process of enriching through Nooks could be revised, or simplified in a way. Right now it's hard to track prospects that I tried enriching with Nooks. The only issue there is, there's no direct integration between Unify and Nooks, which did make things a bit challenging for us when it comes to reporting. It has caused several issues especially if a cold call was negative, previously if you marked it as negative, the prospect would automatically be taken out of the sequence, now you have to go to Unify and take them out manually.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks allows me to parallel dial, solving the problem of manual dialing. I can call 5 people at once, increasing my calls and connections, and booking more meetings. It's essential for my daily work, saving time and connecting me with more prospects.

  ### 17. AI-Powered Sales Call Enhancer with Room for Email Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael G.

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like the AI summaries on Nooks. They help me glance quickly and remember exactly what I talked about with the client. The detailed transcripts are way more comprehensive than other systems I've used before, which I find beneficial. I also appreciate how it pulls out key details that I need for recall, especially when I'm juggling multiple conversations with prospects. What's impressive is its ability to pick up on foreign accents or when someone doesn't speak English, still managing to bring through the valid pieces of content from what they're trying to say.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

What would be nice is if they had an inbuilt email system. Because a lot of the times, what I use once the transcripts go through and I get the summary, I then take that to Google Gemini, which helps me develop emails and feedback that I can send to the client following up the call. That would be my only thing, but I do know they specialize in calls and not emails. But yeah, having some sort of email functionality would be really good for Nooks.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for sales calls, and it solves follow-up tracking, helps with call analysis, and enriches contact numbers. It also provides detailed AI summaries for conversation recall, even with foreign accents.

  ### 18. Simple to Use and Integrates Smoothly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamra H. | BDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

It’s simple to use, and it connects smoothly with the other software we use.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I wish that the activity information was more complete so I didn't have to open more screens while I am calling

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to connect with more people, more efficiently, getting our company name out to more people than I could without Nooks!

  ### 19. Efficient ROI Tracking, Smooth Integrations, and tons of calls

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mason C. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how efficient it makes everything. From roi to integrations to sending emails its great.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes there is some crossover between reps in regards to accounts we are calling but that might be a saleforce issue.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting more people on the phone which can lead to more bookings. More bookings means more sales which benefits me.

  ### 20. Boosts BDR Efficiency, Seamless Integration with Hubspot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will R.

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how Nooks increases the efficiency of my BDR team for outbound calling and enables collaboration in the sales floor functions. The hot number feature is really useful. It allows my senior BDRs to mentor newer team members for call coaching, and as a manager, I can listen in on calls without being a distraction. The power dialing function is great as it lets the team make more dials per week and book more meetings. Additionally, it connects to HubSpot, which is convenient. The initial setup was very easy, and I'm highly likely to recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Nothing yet

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks increases my team's efficiency in outbound calling and enables collaboration on sales functions. The hot number and power dialing features are valuable, allowing more calls and booked meetings. It also aids in mentoring new team members and lets me listen to calls without being a distraction.

  ### 21. A Solid Hub for Remote Meetings and Meaningful Conversations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colin M. | BDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Gives us a place to meet and have good conversations while working remotely

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Not much, overall is a very solid product that has a lot of usefull tools built in

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When you work remote, there a lot of times you miss out on the group setting of being in person. Nooks gives a place to have that and get to know the team while working

  ### 22. Essential Call Review and Note Integration Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really appreciate how Nooks allows me to listen back on all of my calls with potential prospects and clients. It helps me evaluate how well the conversation went and pick up on any information that I might have missed.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes the summary of notes from the meeting doesn't come up.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks allows me to listen back on all my calls, evaluate the conversation, and pick up on missed information.

  ### 23. Boosts Workflow but Challenging Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ella F.

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the way Nooks speeds up my workflow, allowing me to cover more ground throughout the day. I also enjoy being in rooms with my other SDRs, which makes socializing in a remote environment possible and significantly lessens the daunting nature of cold calling. It's great to speak to people I enjoy being around daily while benefiting from hearing how other SDRs handle calls and gaining insights from them. Plus, being able to play music and socialize while working adds a positive vibe.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

My numbers pull from my Gong flows, and it backs up with numbers that are maybe invalid and not needed during the transfer from Gong to Nooks. There needs to be some way to bridge this gap back to Gong or Nooks, like deleting the numbers from Gong so I don't have an absorbent amount of steps overdue. It backs up my pipeline instead of just deleting it. Also, the initial setup of Nooks was horrible. Honestly, it was the worst demonstration I've ever been given on a product. My entire team was stunned at how bad the demonstration was.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to speed up my daily workflow exponentially, letting me cover more ground. It helps me socialize with other SDRs, making cold calling less daunting and offering insights from peers.

  ### 24. Revamped Cold Calling with Stellar Team Dynamics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan G.

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I am a business development representative and enjoy using Nooks for cold calling. It allows me to do large volume-based prospecting, which would be impossible without a parallel dialer. My favorite part is the Nooks rooms, where my team members join in and make calls together. This aspect of Nooks makes cold calling a lot easier, increases team camaraderie, and makes it genuinely enjoyable. Additionally, setting up my profile was flawless. I just created an account, added my personal cell and a few other numbers to dial from, loaded a contact list from Outreach, and I was good to go. I've worked in business development for a number of years, and Nooks is easily the best dialing tool I've ever used. It makes cold calling genuinely fun.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes the dialer gets stuck on a specific dial, and I have to manually end the call. If there are a lot of people in a Nooks room I'm trying to join, it can crash my browser. Also, the music I select will randomly stop playing. There should be a way to delete or merge duplicate contacts, because having duplicates in Nooks makes it hard to keep them straight and can lead to accidentally calling someone we're already in contact with.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for high-volume prospecting, which is impossible without a parallel dialer. Nooks rooms make cold calling easier, boosting team camaraderie and making the process enjoyable.

  ### 25. Flexible Outreach in One Platform—Auto-Dialer Makes Outbound Smooth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aidan B. | Senior Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The best part about Nooks is how flexible it is for reaching out to many different types of lists, all from one platform. The auto-dialer is a Godsend and makes outbound outreach feel much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

For me personally, the least helpful part is the virtual workspace. I think the product is great overall, but it just isn’t necessary for my small, in-office team.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks makes cold calling much easier. The auto-dialer and Salesloft integrations help me cut through leads like a hot knife through butter. I’m always prepared because, when Nooks patches me through, all of the prospect’s data and the applicable battle cards show up right away.

  ### 26. Great Call Structuring and AI Transcripts with a Strong Dial-to-Connect Rate

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

List Call Structuring. AI transcript and suggestions. High dial to connect rate.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Not being able to cancel one parallel call and not the other. Ringer tone is too loud and also annoying. breakout rooms are also not as good as in orum for many small factors that add up.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem: needing to book meetings. Solution: Nooks connects me with decision makers while providing good info to have for when they pick up.

  ### 27. Streamlines Sales Calls with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Breiner C.

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love how Nooks allows me to manage my long list of prospects by letting me call up to five people at a time, which is truly amazing and makes my work easier. I really appreciate the dashboard, especially when it's connected to HubSpot, because it shows all the relevant information like event names, notes in the CRM, and details from previous conversations. As a sales development representative, having access to information about previous interactions, email replies, and LinkedIn or Apollo notes right in the dashboard is incredibly helpful. The integration with other tools like LinkedIn and HubSpot, and having a button for quick actions, is something I enjoy a lot. The dashboard layout, even if it's basic, still hits the mark by showing all the right information.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I would love a more visually appealing dashboard. The current one is functional, but it could be more organized with some shapes and different types of letters. Initially, the setup was a bit complicated because the dashboard is kind of colorless, and I had to go through a lot of information to understand it. Over time, I got used to it, but it would be great if it was more visually appealing with more colors and shapes.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that Nooks cuts down my call time by letting me call up to five prospects at once, and the dashboard shows all necessary info from HubSpot, like past interactions and notes.

  ### 28. Boosts Connection Efficiency, Needs AI Recap Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brendon H.

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really appreciate how Nooks improves my connection rate, helping me to see an uptick in connected conversations with the right individuals. I find the features like number enrichment, outbound number cycling, and power dialing incredibly useful for driving efficiency in outbound prospecting. Number cycling is particularly helpful in avoiding spam filters, and enriching contacts ensures that I have the most up-to-date and accurate numbers. I also like having the ability to include the data I need on my prospecting page, with options to filter in and out data, ensuring that when I'm connected, it leads to a leveraged conversation. The initial setup of Nooks was fairly simple and guided, which made getting started a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The AI recap is often inaccurate. It tends to assume it's the intended prospect if a name isn't mentioned specifically. It also often assumes a connected call, but it's usually just a gatekeeper.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks improves my connection rate and supports efficiency in outbound prospecting with features like number enrichment, outbound number cycling, and power dialing. I can avoid spam, enrich contact numbers, and filter data to have leveraged conversations.

  ### 29. Revolutionized Our Cold Calling with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sayan B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the Smart Presence feature in Nooks because it masks phone number codes with the area of the prospect, which helps with a better connect rate. I also appreciate the LinkedIn pop-ups that show up while dialing, providing real-time information that can be used as a reference for my pitch. The auto dialer in Nooks makes dialing faster, and the lead intelligence feature helps filter out the best leads for prospecting. Additionally, using virtual workspaces and outbound call tracking enhances my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Nothing

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for better connect rates with the smart presence feature masking phone numbers to match prospect areas. LinkedIn pops up in real-time during dialing as a reference. It enhances cold calling with outbound call tracking, an auto-dialer, lead intelligence for prospecting, and virtual workspaces.

  ### 30. Nooks new additions are AMAZING!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica S. | Enterprise Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The new AI Assistant is amazing. It is making my job so much easier and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

the dialer screen is alittle too busy, but there is also helpful info there.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks is reducing the amount of time I spend prospecting and adding pros[pects to sequences significantly.

  ### 31. Auto Dialer + Smart Presence Make Reaching Customers Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob G. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Nooks allow me to reach way more potential customers because of the auto dialer feature, and I am more likely to talk to someone do to the smart presence. Smart presence shows a local number when you call someone. The virtual workspace is also very convenient, it allows me and my coworkers to talk and connect all day while dialing. Nooks also records your calls, has a transcript of the conversation, and does an AI summary of the conversation.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I have not had any downsides and I think it makes my workday much better.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem in my sales role is reaching out to as many people as possible in the most efficient way possible, nooks saves time by dialing for me and only connecting me to people who answer. Instead of calling one person at a time and leaving voicemails, Nooks is calling up to 4 people at a time and leaves a pre-recorded voicemail for me. This is beneficial to me because much more of time is spent talking to customers instead of dialing.

  ### 32. Working Smarter with Nooks: Amazing Auto-Dialer, Lead Intelligence & Virtual Workspaces

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca G. | BDR, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

There is SOOO much I love about Nooks that it’s hard to list just one thing. I’m working smarter, not harder, at work now, and I’ve been able to get in touch with so many more customers using Nooks. The Outbound Call Tracking, Auto-Dialer, Lead Intelligence, and Virtual Workspaces are also SOOO amazing! I also think it’s sooo cool that I can listen to music between calls. The customer support is so great too! Also very very easy to navigate and get the team to adopt.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I don’t have anything I dislike about it. I seriously love Nooks!

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m reaching more customers while spending far less time manually dialing. It’s truly a life changer. With Nooks, I’ve hit goals in a single day that I haven’t been able to reach in a very long time. For the first time in a while, I’m genuinely excited to dial and connect with customers using this tool.

  ### 33. Effortless Call Management with Stellar Transcription

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey D. | Sales Development Representative UKI, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love the transcription feature of Nooks the most. It allows me to focus on live engagement with prospects without worrying about taking notes. The setup was seamless and Nooks is an intuitive tool that integrates all the information about the prospect and account in one place, enhancing my focus on better conversations.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I am unable to record/transcribe calls in a few countries, some alternatives would be great. The phone number enrichment can be better.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to connect with prospects globally, record and transcribe conversations. It provides all prospect and account info in one place, enabling better conversations. The transcription feature is great, letting me focus on engagement and understanding pain points without note-taking.

**Reviewed by:** Luke K. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like the parallel dialing and the cowork feature. It feels much smoother to use than a tool like Salesloft.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

One off call workflow is a little clunky

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me manage and move my current deals forward in an organized and efficient way.

  ### 35. Streamlined Cold Calling with Nooks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayush A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love that with Nooks, I can call about 100 prospects in just 20-30 minutes. I like the parallel dialing and local presence features, as they make the calling process much smoother and quicker. The auto disposition and call notes also help by automating all the admin tasks. The initial setup was super easy since all I had to do was integrate it with Apollo, and all the tasks were fetched.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Whenever the call goes to a virtual assistant, it takes a lot of time for the call to end, unless you manually skip it.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks lets me call about 100 prospects in 20-30 minutes, smooths the cold calling process, and automates admin tasks, saving time.

  ### 36. All-in-One Solution for Prospecting and Dialing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario C. | SDR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like having prospecting and dialing tools all in one with Nooks. I love having everything integrated in one single place, and I think it's not that laggy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

It might be a bit laggy sometimes, that woud be the only one

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like having prospecting and dialing tools all integrated in one place with Nooks.

  ### 37. Efficient Dialing with Minor Integration Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nate H. | Growth Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the community aspect of being able to dial with my team. I like the speed that it gets things through. I like the suggestions that they give in terms of the heat of a call or the likelihood of someone picking up. I just like the fact that it gets my tasks done quickly without sacrificing quality in terms of the calls and the frequency of pickups.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think the lag between when a call is initiated and when someone actually picks up, and when I start talking is really frustrating. I've tried upgrading my Internet and other things, but it still hasn't always been resolved. Another thing that maybe isn't my favorite is the fact that numbers from Nooks do not translate into other sales engagement platforms like Outreach. So when a number is enriched in Nooks, it doesn't pass back through to other systems.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for outbound call tracking and auto dialing, saving me time from manual calls. It enhances the speed and quality of task completion, and offers call pick-up insights, all while allowing team collaboration through virtual workspaces.

  ### 38. Effortlessly Organized Outreach with Minor Glitches

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I think Nooks is a great platform to help us share and talk about our product and reach as many people as possible. I really like the ease of use of Nooks. It's really easy to use, and it doesn't take that long to understand how it works. Anyone can start dialing within two days of getting access. The setup was super easy; it took me, like, a day to understand how it works. Nooks is very intuitive on how to use, especially for calling, seeing people, adding notes, and making modifications. I appreciate how everything is structured and how you can organize and use the modules to be organized and prepared for each call.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think what can be improved with Nooks is the delay time and latency between when you log a call and when you're able to look it up. Sometimes it takes a minute, sometimes three minutes to see a call being recorded. The summary isn't always the most accurate, and the transcript feature sometimes writes the wrong things.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks solves my outreach problem by efficiently organizing my prospect calls, saving me time by avoiding manual dialing and tracking.

  ### 39. Revolutionized Cold Calling with Gamification and Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really enjoy using Nooks for cold calling prospects I get from Outreach. It makes calling much more fun and efficient because you can be on the same sales floor with all your colleagues. The power dialer is great, as I end up talking to way more people than before. I love the gamification aspect. I also think the enrichment feature is really nice, and I appreciate the dialer where you can call several people at the same time. Additionally, the initial setup of Nooks was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes when you're on the same sales role, other people, when they pick up a phone, you can still hear them. Sometimes you just hear them on the calls then, which is not good. And it would also be nice if you could call people in different countries, and Nooks would automatically choose a phone number from that country to call them.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks makes calling more fun and efficient with colleagues on the same sales floor and a power dialer, allowing me to talk to more people.

  ### 40. Streamlined Prospect Dialing with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like Nooks because it eliminates the tedium from the day-to-day process of dialing leads. The autodial and parallel dial capabilities are really great, letting me efficiently reach prospects without having to dial each one individually through a CRM.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

With more and more virtual assistants, especially for iPhone users, the parallel dialer does not really give a good way to actually go through those. I would like there to be some way to record a response to the virtual assistants that then automatically plays, for those virtual assistants to allow you to possibly get through them.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to avoid the tedium of dialing individual prospects through a CRM. It has great autodial capabilities and allows me to parallel dial prospects who are unlikely to answer.

  ### 41. Effective Prospecting with Nooks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kris R. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

I use Nooks for prospecting, and it makes the process effective and efficient. I like that it allows me to target my outreach with localized numbers, which improves my meeting booked rate. The parallel dialer is a game changer and has resulted in a 30% pick up rate and a 15% meeting booked rate. Additionally, the initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

better integrations to pull notes from Salesforce on each account/person. The notes from previous calls/meetings.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to make prospecting effective and efficient, increasing my meeting booked rate with targeted outreach and localized numbers. The parallel dialer is a game changer, boosting my pick up rate to 30% and meeting booked rate to 15%.

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Multicall and list view that you can class with tagz

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Maybe better view of the list (not only by alphabet)

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multicall help me save a lot of time and the possibility to generate swiss number is great

  ### 43. Comprehensive, Feature-Rich Software That Covers All Our Needs

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

Sometime the dialing is slow and it doesn't have the feature to change the dialing sound/tone

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of the sorting of the prospect list

  ### 44. Efficient CRM Integration for Tech Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie S. | First Year Integrated Core Client Challenge, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

I love that Nooks has the new account research feature that connects to the CRM, which is really handy. When I'm on a call with a prospect, I can quickly do research and it provides me with an AI summary of the notes in the CRM. It helps me dial to more prospects and save time during my workday. The setup was great as it allowed me to do power dialing and also parallel dialing.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Nothing

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps me dial to more prospects and saves time during my workday.

  ### 45. Saves Time with Smart Dial Sequencing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how easy it is for me to dial once I put contacts in sequence, as it allows me to save time and work smarter. The AI prospector helps me draft emails based on past account contact and also find new contacts that I would not have before. The initial setup of Nooks was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes not all phone numbers populate in the dialer. If a prospect has a work phone, personal phone, and HQ number, only one populates instead of all three in the dialer.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to sequence dials for efficiency. It enriches phone numbers and helps prospect using AI tools, saving me time and letting me work smarter. I also benefit from its AI prospector for drafting emails and finding new contacts.

  ### 46. Streamlined outbound calls with Exceptional Auto-Dialing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naveen Prasath C. | Enterprise Financial Advisor

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for outbound calling and call tracking, and I've noticed that the connect rate has been better with Nooks. The auto dialer is awesome and has helped in increasing the volume of calls per day. I really like the customizable UI, which includes features like auto dialing, call tracking, and a virtual workspace. The automatic call transcript with AI is particularly helpful for creating battlecards while speaking to prospects. The call tracking feature also assists with reporting purposes, and the initial setup was super easy, taking only 2 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Nothing as of now. Its a great tool

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks improves our connect rate, and the auto dialer boosts call volume. The UI aids with automatic call transcripts for battlecards, while the call tracking feature aids in reporting.

  ### 47. Revolutionized Our Dialing Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jarrett R.

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like using Nooks because I've never had the ability to call five people at once before, and it makes my dialing process so much more efficient. It also double dials, which I find incredibly convenient. The whole setup process was incredibly easy, thanks to their guidance, and it wasn't difficult at all—I could have done it on my own if I needed to.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There's no option to remove people from sequences. I still have to go into Outreach and manually do that, which I find mildly inconvenient. And it also includes people that answer the phone and are silent. Which is kind of a waste of time because it continues to try to dial them and it keeps them on step one.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to dial more people at once with Nooks, and it filters out bad numbers, making my workflow a lot more efficient.

  ### 48. Streamlined Dialing with User-Friendly Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melinda M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love how user-friendly Nooks is, especially the autodial feature and how it syncs reminders to my calendar. Probably one of my favorite features is how it streamlines things so I don't have to manually remember to set a reminder or take all the time to dial one by one. Also, the initial setup was super easy, and I use it alongside Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I would say the biggest issue I have is redialing people and not really knowing what we talked about prior. Maybe if it let me know before I called them, like, you know, this is how the last conversation went.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps me dial more numbers quickly without having to do it one by one manually. It also syncs reminders to my calendar, which streamlines calls and ensures I don't forget to set reminders.

  ### 49. Effortless Power Dialing with Flawless Performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdelrahman N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like that Nooks never lags, and the reports are perfect, unlike most other programs I've used. It's very easy to use, and the interface is great—it's just perfect and so relaxing to the eye. Parallel dialing is great too, helping me whenever I need to dial a large number of prospects without missing any. Switching from Kixie to Nooks was a very big difference; Nooks is way better, not even a comparison. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Nothing

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for power dialing; it never lags, the reports are perfect, and the interface is relaxing to the eye. It's easy to use and helps dial a large number of prospects efficiently.

It’s helping me connect with more people and start more conversations, which has led to more booked meetings.
