## Nooks Reviews
 ### 1. Efficient Dialing and Team Collaboration Made Easy with Nooks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Syed F. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love the sales floor feature where I can interact with my teammates, especially in a remote environment. It resembles a real-life sales floor, just like how there would be one in an office. I also appreciate that Nooks helps me dial a lot of contacts at once, so I don't have to spend too much time. The initial setup was pretty easy, and I was quick to get started.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think one thing that comes to mind would be the delay during power dialing or paralleling. It would be great if the delay could be reduced during the beginning of the call.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for cold outbound, utilizing its parallel and power dialer features to contact numerous prospects efficiently.

 ### 2. Exceptional Cold Calling Tool with Minor Annoyances

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle W. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the user experience and the user interface of Nooks. It's cleaner and quicker, especially when toggling between different modules. I also appreciate the strong connection rates, which are the most important thing, and Nooks definitely has that. Additionally, the initial setup of Nooks was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think sometimes you have to refresh lists to get them in the right order, which is a little bit annoying. And the double dial toggle is constantly switched off, and you have to turn it on every single time you open any new list. It's annoying.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks simplifies organization by eliminating the need to manually press buttons to call people. It also dials with local presence, improving pickup rates.

 ### 3. Parallel Dialer and Virtual Salesfloor Are Game-Changers for High-Energy Calling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Syed F. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I feel the Parallel Dialer and Virtual Salesfloor are game-changers. I can hit 5 lines at once to eliminate dead air, and the live coaching features make remote cold calling feel like a high-energy team sport.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There is a slight connection lag when a prospect picks up, which can lead to hang-ups. Also, the CRM sync occasionally hits delays, requiring a page refresh to see updated call tasks in my records.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m having 3x more conversations daily without working extra hours. It also makes remote the cold calling less lonely, the Virtual Salesfloor lets me dial with my team so we can hear each other’s wins and learn in real-time.

 ### 4. Nooks Saves Time with Parallel Dialing and Easy Number Switching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor W. | SDR Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Being able to save time on calling within cadences is a big plus. Our CRM is great, but dialing one by one can take minutes, especially when you’re waiting through the ringtone and other dead time. Nooks lets you call several of these at once and removes a lot of that waiting. On top of that, it also makes it easy to switch numbers constantly as needed.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

One thing that you have to get used to is the second wait after someone answers. Just a matter of getting used to it.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time. Especially being based in the UK - calling into the states is saving us a load of time.

 ### 5. Easy & Fun to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Easy to use, and customer support is fast and responsive. The reporting is solid, and Salesfloors makes cold calling fun -- I honestly couldn’t imagine cold calling all day without it. I also like the prospect personas and the customizable view when dialing prospects. There are a lot of other great tools as well, including smart presence when dialing, VM drop, phone number enrichment, AI roleplay, the call library, and the coaching lab. Integrates w/ the CRM we use easily, and performs pretty consistently

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Nothing that I can think of at the moment.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me hit my dials each day & making cold calling fun. The salesfloors make it feel like you're on a group facetime with your coworkers all day so I actually look forward to it.

 ### 6. Nooks Supercharges Outbound Calling with Tracking, Auto-Dialer, and Lead Intelligence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James C. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Outbound Call Tracking - allows my leadership to view and review my dials and the associate numbers I'm seeing success with
Auto-Dialer - lets me dial multiple prospects at once and connects me to the first available saving dozens and dozens of minutes manually dialing
Lead Intelligence - lets me know who I'm calling and why so I'm prepped for the next connected call
Virtual Workspaces - let me collaborate and and grow with my teammates and encourages a an in-office feel remotely

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The only I downside I have with Nooks is the speed at which you have to prepare once you hit a connected call. It's more of a skill based issue rather than a functionality issue from the product.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks is helping to increase our call-connected ratio, connect with more prospects and have better and more conversations daily.

 ### 7. A Time-Saver with Great Call Recap Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mira B. | Sales Development Representative - Mid Market, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks primarily for cold calling and linking my calls to Salesforce, which I find pretty helpful. What I like most is how it saves me a lot of time. The abbreviated call recap transcripts are my favorite feature because they usually tell me exactly what I missed on previous calls with prospects. This feature allows me to skip listening to past calls, saving me about five minutes per account that I'm prepping for, by providing all the key info in about thirty seconds. Additionally, I've had no trouble using Nooks, it's been seamless, and it's become my go-to tool for dialing specifically.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think, occasionally, it doesn't connect to Salesforce properly, which is a little bit frustrating. And when you're searching for a prospect or, like, someone's name, you don't type it exactly right, it won't come up, which is a little bit frustrating. Or if there's a space at the end, it doesn't come up. So I think if it was, like, a little bit less sensitive or it had just kind of a guessing tool where you have one typo in the name if it guesses or whatever.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks saves me time by avoiding switching between tools like my CRM and summarizing previous calls into brief recaps, making my call prep efficient, usually in about thirty seconds.

 ### 8. Efficient Calling, Time-Saving Gem

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maeve C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for my role as a BDR to cold call prospects and it helps me call multiple people at once, making me way more efficient and giving me time back for other tasks. I like how I can organize with the filters, allowing me to remove someone from my view if I don't want to call them again on the same day or the day before. It's very easy to organize the way I'm looking for. It helps me feel more prepared for my calls and ensures I'm not bothering someone by calling too many times or at inconvenient hours, thanks to the time zone filter. The initial setup of Nooks was so easy and the staff was very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I wish there was a way to add notes to CRM directly after a call on the Nooks page.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for efficient cold calling, letting me contact multiple people at once, saving time for other tasks. The filters help organize and avoid repeated or ill-timed calls, ensuring preparedness and minimizing disturbances.

 ### 9. Nooks: Comprehensive Dialer, Intuitive and Well-Supported

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jai D. | Business Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I find that anything I need in a dialer is there in Nooks. From one line to being able to power dial, from single dial to having smart lists for people that haven't answered in the past ninety days, it's all very organized. As someone who needs a BDR setup, it's really all there for me to utilize. It's a great experience overall, especially in a cold calling environment. It allows me to focus only on the call. They have all the battle cards; I mean, it's just everything you could need in a dialer. The initial setup was super easy and intuitive, and their support is great. If I have any questions, they jump on it immediately. The onboarding was great as well.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I don't like how when someone picks up and immediately hangs up, it takes them out of my sequences or out of the dialing. Sometimes it just disconnects, and that's something I don't like as much because sometimes I want to keep calling them.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks organizes everything I need in a dialer, from single and power dialing to smart lists. It's great for focusing on calls and has all the battle cards ready. It's everything you'd need in a cold calling environment.

 ### 10. Super Easy Calling Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex B. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Nooks is amazing because it transforms cold calling into an event that is much more fun. I have built confidence up knowing my colleagues could be listening and rooting me on in the sales-floor.

On another note, calling more than 50 people per day is way easier with the auto dial and parallel dialer functions. It allows me to have more prospects in flow and make sure I am calling the right people every day.

I also like the Ai agents you can customize which were helpful first starting out in my new role.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Some errors on post-call dispositions and some people staying in flow after putting not interested. Some difficulty seeing crucial account or prospect notes when calling people.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the pain of dialing one by one, helping me not feel the boredom of calling by myself when working from home, and tracking my call notes better than I ever could with the AI note function.

 ### 11. Efficient Call Management with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how you can just call one after another with Nooks. I also like the parallel dialing feature, which means I don’t have to manually type in numbers since the phone calls are initiated automatically. It’s a major time saver because I can call all my prospects in one go without entering numbers manually using multiple services. I also really like how it pulls up when connected to Outreach and LinkedIn, giving me information on the prospects while they are being called. The setup was very easy, and the interface isn't challenging to work with. I was fully comfortable with the product after a few hours of using it.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I don't like how slow Outreach sometimes takes to load. That could be a flaw if a prospect picks up the phone quickly and notes that are in Outreach aren't loaded up yet in a separate tab.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to easily initiate calls daily, saving time with its quick, efficient features like parallel dialing and auto-initiated calls. It integrates with Outreach and LinkedIn, providing prospect information while calling.

 ### 12. All-in-One Outbound Platform That Helps Teams Make Smarter Calls

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yenny A. | Business Development Rep, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

What I like most about Nooks is how it brings everything an outbound team needs into one cohesive, easy-to-use platform. By combining auto-dialing, outbound call tracking, and lead intelligence, it removes a lot of the day-to-day friction for reps and helps them stay focused on what matters most: having better conversations.

The virtual workspaces are a standout. They capture the energy of an in-office sales floor for remote and hybrid teams, so collaboration, live coaching, and peer learning feel natural and fluid rather than forced.

Overall, Nooks doesn’t just help teams make more calls—it helps them make smarter calls, stay aligned, and perform better together.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

While Nooks is a powerful platform, there are a few areas where it could be improved. The feature set is robust, which can feel a bit overwhelming for new users at first, and onboarding may take some time before teams feel fully comfortable using everything efficiently.

Additionally, because Nooks is so focused on outbound calling, teams with more complex or non-standard workflows may need some customization or adjustments to better align the platform with their existing processes.

That said, these are relatively minor tradeoffs. Once teams are up and running, the value Nooks delivers far outweighs the initial learning curve.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks addresses some of the biggest challenges outbound teams face: low connect rates, inefficient dialing, limited visibility into performance, and the isolation that can come with remote selling.

By pairing an auto-dialer with robust outbound call tracking, Nooks helps reps spend more time speaking with the right prospects and less time on manual work. The built-in lead intelligence also helps ensure each call is informed and relevant, leading to stronger conversations and higher conversion rates.

 ### 13. A Game Changer for Reaching More Decision-Makers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew G. | Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Being able to call more people and connect with more decision-makers has been a real game changer for me.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The auto-dispositions are incorrect at times. Also, I don’t like how it automatically disconnects when using AI voice assistants.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes the manual work out of dialing customers one by one. I also don’t have to notate each call separately, and it can generate local numbers to increase the likelihood that a customer will answer. On top of that, I can leave detailed notes to refer back to later.

 ### 14. Revolutionized Our Calling Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kendrick G. | Senior Sales Development Representative , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I think that Nooks has been incredible, especially for their power dialer and parallel dialer. It's made things much more efficient and effective. I'm excited about how it'll continue to help, as our connection rates are much higher now. We're able to make a lot more calls, both in higher volume and quality. It's been a fantastic tool so far. I like that we're able to be much more effective and efficient in a shorter amount of time, allowing me to get much more work done.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The only thing that could be even better is adding new numbers consistently and getting the right numbers. Sometimes there are still numbers that are not very solid.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Nooks eliminates manual work with its power and parallel dialers, improving our connection rates and efficiency. It lets us make more calls in less time, turning hours of work into just thirty minutes.

 ### 15. Easy to Use Auto-Dialer with Great LinkedIn & SFDC Context

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian D. | Sr. BDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Nooks is very easy to use, and the auto dialer works really well. I like that it integrates with LinkedIn and includes marketing history from SFDC, which gives helpful context before and during calls. Customer Support has been great as well.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I’m not a big fan of the training bots. They’re fine for a quick warm-up before call tasks, but I don’t use them much beyond that. Also, when calling through lists, the tracking can sometimes be a little inconsistent.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks solves the problem of inefficiency in outbound calling by reducing manual work and keeping everything in one place. The auto dialer saves a lot of time, and having LinkedIn activity and marketing history visible helps me prioritize conversations and tailor outreach. Overall, it allows me to spend more time actually talking to prospects instead of managing tools or doing prep work.

 ### 16. Efficient calls, user-friendly operation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I find the Powerdialer from Nooks really good because calling works automatically and numbers that don't work are skipped. I also like the library where I can listen to calls from others. I can look at my KPIs and I also like that I can use the integrated note system to view notes about Salesforce. Setting up Nooks was very easy, and the operation is also very user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

For me, it is quite clear that what could be improved is the tracking of KPIs, such as how many conversations I have had. It is often seen that the data is not correct.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks improves my workflow and significantly reduces the effort. I can call many more prospects in an hour than without Nooks.

 ### 17. Efficient Prospecting and Seamless Salesforce Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amica H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like the Salesforce integration that lets me edit reports and immediately call through them in Nooks. I also like that I know my number is not spam. The ability to quickly move through prospects is important to me because outbound sales is high-volume, and I can pivot quickly but still have all the information available to me as I dial. This lets me accurately understand when good calling blocks are, which is crucial to my success.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There needs to be a better way to filter for 'last connect'. A lot of times a prospect opts out but then that preference doesn't carry over or show up during filtering. The same goes for any other type of negative disposition.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like Nooks for its Salesforce integration, allowing me to edit reports and call efficiently. My number isn't seen as spam, and I can move quickly through high-volume prospects. It helps me pinpoint good calling times and have all needed info as I dial.

 ### 18. Efficient Dialing and Seamless Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moises B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks to call my customers, and my experience has been really good. Nooks is much faster than the previous tool I used, Gong. What I like the most is the parallel dial feature, which is amazing. It helps me reach out to more people faster and ensures I complete all my KPIs for the day. It's great for connecting with more people. I also appreciate that you can use Nooks to collaborate with coworkers. You can share screens and talk to your coworkers without needing to go anywhere else. It keeps everything in one place and makes the experience really nice. Setting up Nooks was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

To be honest, like, at the beginning, I didn't like the, like, five calls at the same time. Like, five dials, the parallel dials, but, like, five. I thought that was too much, but you guys do have, like, the options to do one, two, three, or four, five. So I would say, like, five, I think, is too much, but I don't think there's anything you can change from that.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for calling customers in Latin America and the US, and it’s much faster than before. The parallel dialing helps me reach more people quickly and complete my KPIs efficiently. It also allows easy collaboration and screen sharing with coworkers.

 ### 19. Super Accurate Dialer that Saves Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew W. | Enterprise Sales, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really love using Nooks for making a large amount of calls at a single time. It's incredibly useful to see who is more likely to pick up the phone versus not, and it's very accurate. This feature has saved me a lot of time. I also enjoy the one-off calling and appreciate how it shows a LinkedIn profile that I can click into immediately, making calls more personalized. I find it fantastic how the dialer works when I'm in call blocks, allowing me to go from call to call efficiently. I also appreciate how organized my tasks are, which is great for staying on top of things. The setup was really easy despite a small learning curve. Overall, as a dialer, Nooks is super accurate and keeps everything in line, which I find phenomenal.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I've found some numbers on ZoomInfo that are different from my contacts in Nooks, and I would love to be able to quickly add a new number in Nooks, which I've not been able to do.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to make a lot of calls efficiently. It accurately predicts who will answer, saving me time. The dialer is fantastic for call blocks, and the LinkedIn quick access and organized tasks add value.

 ### 20. Boosts Sales Efficiency with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like Nooks for being quick and easy to use. Everything I need is there, making it just straightforward to log in and start calling. The reporting is good, and it's nice to have a tool that supports improving and maintaining performance standards easily. The initial setup was easy too, as they basically did it for me.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

It's sort of reporting and getting information out of Nooks is unideal. It's hard to export some information that might be helpful to reference outside of the platform. It kind of forces you to use Nooks to look at some of the data.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for speed and efficiency with outreach, quickly calling through leads and efficiently managing our sales team's pipeline.

 ### 21. Powerful Dialing Tool with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hugh H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like Nooks' power dialing feature because it lets me cover a lot of ground in a little time. It allows me to reach out to more people efficiently and progress through cadences with its integrations, like with SalesLoft, which is super helpful since it removes a lot of clicking for me. The initial setup was really easy, and the customer success team did a really good job. They provided an efficient lesson on how to use it, which I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a power dialing tool.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think just, like, data enrichment stuff typically, like, better sentiments because all of them are kinda, like, generic stuff. Like, if someone answers but, like, hangs up, you can't put rejected for the sentiment. You can only put rejected if you call them. So if rejected was, like, a sentiment, that would be good. And just all other smaller granular things. Yeah.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to be more efficient in reaching out to people and speaking to them effectively with battle cards and email cadence. It helps cover a lot of ground quickly with its power dialing feature and integrates well with SalesLoft, removing unnecessary clicking.

 ### 22. Effortless Dialing for High Outreach Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louis S. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for power dialing and call velocity outreach, and it really boosts our connection rate, increasing from 0.4% to 20% within the first week. I really like how Nooks can enrich phone numbers and find the contacts we're looking for, which speeds up research time significantly for me. The auto dial feature and its ability to find numbers for you is a great addition. The initial setup was very easy, and our rep was really great at showing us how to navigate it, allowing us to be ready by day two of the workshop.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I feel like when there's a disruption in the flow or the cadence, for example, if we're referred to someone else or they want us to reach out at a specific time, Nooks only wants that individual out of the flow. There isn't a smooth way to log the interaction and then adjust the contact. It's either you keep going on the cadence or you take them out of the cadence. Also, it seems that Nooks, maybe just my settings, defaults to taking any kind of interaction that's not a voicemail or an immediate booking out of the flow.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to improve our connection rate dramatically and speed up our research time by enriching phone numbers and finding contacts efficiently.

 ### 23. Call Listening and Team Chat Make Cold Calling Feel Collaborative and Fun

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason A. | Account Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The ability to listen to other members' calls is my favorite feature. Celebrate together or laugh together about how terrible a call went. Plus cold calling can get lonely, so being able to chat is great. I learn so many new things not related to sales in addition to sales tips from my teammates.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The time zones are based on phone number area code / country prefix, not what city they're actually in.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dialing through my daily calls to see who picks up, and dialing through Salesforce lists to see what else I can call to hit my daily call KPI

 ### 24. Efficient Calling and User-Friendly Design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria F. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how easy Nooks is to use. It is very user-friendly, and I wasn't given any training or notes. I was just given access to it, and I was able to understand how to use it very easily. The parallel dialing feature is incredibly helpful for me because, instead of dialing people one at a time, it has automation that can dial five people at once. The moment one person picks up, the other calls drop directly.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes the integration of Nooks with other tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong is a little slow. And sometimes they have downtime.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks has an automation feature for parallel dialing, allowing me to call up to five people at once, saving time on large call lists.

 ### 25. Empowers Remote Team Collaboration with Minor Improvements Needed

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cibele K.

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I find Nooks really useful for organizing my outreach efforts. I appreciate how it enables me to call multiple people at once and receive callbacks. I really like how it supports teamwork, especially the Nooks floor feature, which allows us to listen to each other's calls while also letting us focus on our own calls. This is particularly convenient since my team works remotely and in different territories. It keeps our team connected and working effectively together.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Nooks could have a function where it's easier to write follow up emails or copy the transcript of the calls. Also, sometimes, the summary of the calls is not very accurate, especially if the call is not conducted in English.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for organizing my outreach, calling multiple people, receiving callbacks, and teamwork. It's very useful for working in a remote team across different countries.

 ### 26. Effortless Outbound Sales Management with Nooks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oliver F. | Sales Development Representative – North America, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks to manage and optimize my outbound sales activity. What I like most about Nooks is how easy it makes high-volume outbound tasks. The dialing is seamless, and it significantly improves efficiency. The ease of use and speed of the platform stand out. It's very intuitive, and I can get up and running quickly without a steep learning curve. The initial setup was very easy, with no issues, and the trial was good.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Overall it works well, but there is room to improve in terms of deeper CRM integration and reducing the occasional drop off of calls. Sometimes prospects can't hear me and they hang up.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to manage and optimize outbound sales, solving inefficiencies in prospecting like manual dialing and low connection rates. It also improves call performance visibility, making high-volume outbound operations seamless and efficient.

 ### 27. Intuitive UI/UX and Power Dialing That Delivers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Power Dialing and UI /UX is very intuitive

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The direction integration with HubSpot would be great.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in SDR productivity after using Nooks. The platform solves a major outbound challenge by reducing the manual work reps usually spend on dialing, logging calls, and managing follow-ups.

The parallel dialing and AI-assisted workflows helped our team increase live conversations while spending more time actually selling instead of doing admin tasks. The virtual sales floor and coaching capabilities are also valuable for manager visibility and rep ramp-up.

What stands out most is how Nooks helps streamline outbound execution without making the workflow feel overly complicated. It’s been especially helpful for improving efficiency and keeping the team aligned in a remote setup.

 ### 28. Cold Numbers and Parallel Dialer Deliver Clear Visibility and Big Time Savings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Salvi G. | Community Outreach , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

1. The cold number feature : the number gets cold after a time and this gives the clear visibility.
2. The Parallel dialer: this saves a lot of time, and all number gets dialed.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes the AI notes feature does not work properly, it does not give the accurate notes.
The Dispositions are not correct sometimes.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me it's like the Parallel dial feature, which helps a lot.

- it saves a lot of time
- all numbers gets dialed at once

we struggle with orum, with this feature.

Also the automatic dispostion is really good feature. (but sometimes the dispositions are the acccurate)

 ### 29. Enhances Cold Calling Collaboration, Needs UI Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hana G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like being able to cold call with my teammates, which makes it more collaborative and engaging. I also appreciate how the system automatically mutes everyone and puts the user in a 'call booth' once there's a pickup, which really streamlines the calling process and minimizes distractions. It's also very easy for me to log in and understand how to use it, which makes the setup straightforward and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The UI in terms of finding specific prospects to call instead of using the auto-dialer is not the most intuitive

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for cold calling, and it speeds up time between calls. I like how it mutes everyone and puts the user in a 'call booth' when there's a pickup, making team calls smoother.

 ### 30. Instant Battle Card Pop-Ups Make Calls Smoother and More Confident

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashwin K. | Senior Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The battle card is easily the best feature; it pops up instantly during calls and makes life much easier for everyone involved. Having the right information available at the right moment helps callers respond with more confidence, stay on track, and handle conversations far more effectively.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

It does experience occasional connectivity and latency issues, which can affect the overall experience

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem it solves is enabling us to connect with prospects across different regions and engage with individuals who are typically less active on calls.

As a result, we’re able to have more focused and effective conversations, which improves our chances of securing more meetings.

 ### 31. Seamless Prospecting with Stellar Enrichment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric C. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I appreciate how Nooks helps me find better numbers and categorize which people to call, prioritizing high-quality numbers for outreach. The enrichment tool is consistently high quality, and I find the UI seamless and pleasing to look at. Also, I like the ability to zone numbers based on their likelihood of pickup rate, which helps me avoid contacting bad numbers and increases my likelihood of connecting with the prospects I want to speak with. The initial setup was very easy, and the onboarding team has been responsive.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I'd like the ability to link Apple Music to your call rooms like how you can with Spotify

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps me find better numbers, categorize calls, and prioritize high-quality numbers. It avoids contacting bad numbers, boosting my connection rates with prospects.

 ### 32. Effortless CRM with Excellent UI and Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick S. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I find the Nooks system very useful and incredibly easy to use, which makes it a great addition for my team. It effectively solves many of our outreach issues, especially where other CRMs struggle with reaching out to mass prospects. I really like the clean and easy-to-use user interface. It helps me manage my tasks and prospects effortlessly, with everything clearly outlined and categorized. The implementation process was very smooth, making the initial setup very easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The bridge to connect time could improve.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to solve outreach issues, making mass prospect reach outs easier, which was a problem in other CRMs. The clean and easy user interface allows me to manage tasks and prospects effortlessly.

 ### 33. Boosts Sales Efficiency but Needs Some Polishing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like that we could be there as a team in the lobby, and it feels like you're on a real sales floor. I enjoy being able to learn from other teammates when they're in their calls. Using Nooks, I can have a list of prospects and notes and conduct parallel dialing, which helps us get through as many calls as possible in a day while being efficient about it. I also use Nooks to view Salesforce information. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Definitely, the glitchiness, and it kicking us out randomly and the lag time.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for managing prospects and notes, enabling efficient parallel dialing, maximizing daily calls, and accessing Salesforce info.

 ### 34. Intuitive UI, Easy to Use, and Exceptionally Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alessandro N. | BDR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Ease of use, great user interface and easy to understand. Support is also extremely responsive, any problem and they are there to fix it!

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Honestly nothing so far, there are just so many different tools/integrations/features that everyday I am learning more and more

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks is helping me get in contact with possible prospects that help build pipeline for our sales team

 ### 35. Empowers Remote Teams with Virtual Workspaces

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego G. | GTM Strategy & Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the Virtual Workspaces in Nooks, which are a great teaching and morale boost for SDRs, especially those who are remote or distributed but need to learn as a group. The ability for SDRs to chat with each other while making dials helps them support and coach each other with tips. I also appreciate the ease of building reports, as they provide great visibility and are easy to use. Additionally, the integration with our email sequencer connects well. Nooks is also an organized Auto-Dialer with better coaching, which makes it valuable.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Not much. A future thing I'd love for them to build is a full email sequencer. This could help us manage outbound through a single pane of glass, rather than switching between our dialer and email sequencer.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for virtual workspaces, which bring SDRs together and enhance team culture. It offers detailed outbound call tracking for effective coaching and uses an Auto-Dialer for scalable calling.

 ### 36. Built-In AI Research That Speeds Up Lead Enrichment

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark G. | Sales Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

AI research built in, reduces research and enrichment time for every time a lead is next up to call. The AI agent I built shows up right on the screen where I want it.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Really just that I am having to get used to it as we switch from our previous platform. But that would be a problem with any change so it's not the fault of Nooks.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me run through my leads at a much faster rate, helps me filter through and filter out bad phone numbers.

 ### 37. Empowers Efficient Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like that Nooks has a spam filter that lets you know if a phone number has already been marked as spam, which is pretty cool. I also appreciate the ability to group calls, making dials while on the sales floor with others, which is really neat. The screen sharing feature is also beneficial because it lets us help each other with work, like fixing issues or updating something, and that's really useful. Additionally, for my role, doing the basic connections was really easy, and the settings were pretty straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I can't see any at the moment. I'm actually really content with everything that it does. Maybe direct DM to other folks. I don't know if that's something that has available or maybe it's not even on for us. I don't know the capabilities of Nooks altogether. Maybe I would say if you ever made a mistake and forgot to attach a lead to one of the calls, that it automatically saves it even if no lead attached, instead of losing it. (but could also be i have not seen the it in the right spot of settings)

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks makes remote work easier by enabling group dials and screen sharing, which is engaging and helpful for troubleshooting. The spam filter helps avoid landing in spam during outreach by identifying numbers already marked as spam.

 ### 38. Boosts Cold Outreach Efficiency, But Has Some Lag Issues

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake C. | Corporate Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I definitely like the power dialing feature of Nooks. It helps us reach more prospects within an hour, probably giving us a 30 to 40% increase in the number of dials we make, which means more conversations. One of their beta features, the Spotify integration, is also great. It allows me to listen to music, and it auto-pauses when making calls, which makes cold calling a bit more bearable and enjoyable. Additionally, the initial setup was very intuitive and easy for the sales team, with the ability to import outreach sequences with just one click.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes there's a lag between when a customer picks up and when we're on the phone. So sometimes the customer's already said hello and answered the phone, and we don't actually hear that until sometimes there's, like, a two second lag, which can be a bit jarring for customers. So it'd be nice if that lag was smaller.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks allows us to reach more prospects faster with its auto and power dialing functions, probably doubling our cold outbound efforts.

 ### 39. Off-the-Charts Connect Rates That Help Expand Reach.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arvind Nath T. | Senior Financial Technology Advisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The connect percentage is off the charts. It's really helping us to expand our reach and get some meaningful traction.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Due to its ringing length, calling about 200 prospects becomes a little timer taking

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, we used to make dials on outreach, and that was really annoying as we weren't able to reach as many prospects and meet our targets. But now, after Nooks, the connect ratio has moved up tremendously, and we can make enough dials and have meaningful conversations.

 ### 40. Revolutionized My Dialing and Pipeline Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamaine W. | Medical Sales Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for dialing and ensuring that my pipeline is always hot, making at least 200 phone calls a day. The biggest thing I like is that Nooks keeps me in order while other dialers just dial away without helping you to really truly scale your dials. I never had crashes with it, and the initial setup was super dummy easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Bad feedback, and Nooks is always working for me. I've never had a crash or anything.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to make at least 200 phone calls a day and ensure my pipeline is always hot, keeping me organized.

 ### 41. Reliable Calling with Stellar Support but Needs UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mukund C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I find Nooks very reliable, as I have not faced any issues that cause work delays. Their customer support is impressive; the AE and the Nooks team respond within minutes, even for trivial issues. They solve problems with minimal friction. I also really appreciate the quality of the phone numbers, as I've not experienced any drop in connect rates. The product setup was very smooth and easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I'm not the biggest fan of the UI. It took me a bit to understand why a few numbers are in DNC. Also, we can only see a few contacts from the calling list by default. I want to be able to see all the dial-able numbers in one tab. Honestly, I prefer Koncert's UI to this.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for parallel dialing while maintaining phone number quality, which keeps my connect rates stable.

 ### 42. High Connect Rates, Needs UX Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Duaa D.

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the automated parallel calling and the fact that the numbers can be enriched, which makes the connect rate really high. It's quite time-efficient and helps me focus on my primary goals. Compared to other platforms like Outreach, Nooks offers a superior connect rate.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes it's not as easy to use. So the UX can be really improved or just generally how it's designed. It gets a little complicated for a new person to use. And, when I put in tasks, it doesn't upload all the tasks as quickly. I think something that can improve that would be great.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks solves the problem of low connect rates with its high connect rate. The automated parallel calling feature is time efficient and helps me focus on my priorities.

 ### 43. Revolutionized Cold Calling with Seamless Salesforce Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaden S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like Nooks for its ability to import Salesforce lists, which helps me expand whatever territory I am calling. I also appreciate the AI tools for summarizing calls and increasing connectivity rates. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the representatives working with us each step of the way and the free trial that allowed us to play around with it.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Importing tasks from Salesforce is a hassle. In Salesforce, if you set a 'task' as an event with a date and time, it pops up where you can use the Five9 extension to call directly from the system. With Nooks, you have to constantly check Salesforce to see if any tasks popped up and then manually input the number into Nooks to call. If there's no contact created for the account, it causes more issues.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks solves issues with calls being labeled as spam, limited call territories, and provides insights into dialing, boosting connectivity rates and increasing demos for me.

 ### 44. Nooks Supercharges Lead Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love using Nooks for managing my work as a market development representative. It really helps with calling a lot of leads quickly, especially when I have a list of over 400 people. Nooks makes it possible to call everyone in just a couple of hours. I also love the smart dial feature and how it enriches the numbers that are uncallable, making it easy to reach prospects. The setup was easy peasy, and everything is user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

nothing really

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to call over 400 leads quickly, saving time. The smart dial and number enrichment features let me reach all prospects by making previously uncallable numbers accessible.

 ### 45. Efficient Cold Calling with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I used Nooks’s power dialing feature for my cold calling job and found it really beneficial. I liked how the LinkedIn info is visible so that I don't have to manually click on their LinkedIn link. Also, I appreciated that I was able to filter leads by timezone, which allows me to do more calls per day. The customer support was really helpful, and the initial setup was easy, with the team showing us the interface over a Discord call, making everything else pretty intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I thought that the addition of hotkeys would make everything run so much more smoothly.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for its power dialing, letting me efficiently manage leads with instant LinkedIn info and timezone filtering, boosting my call productivity.

 ### 46. Effortlessly Streamlines Communication with Clean CRM Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hank S. | BDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how efficient Nooks is with auto dialing everybody and the automatic voice mail feature. I also appreciate the overall streamlined experience and how easy it is to find all the information on people. It's a really easy program to use, with a very straightforward setup.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think the best thing that could be improved is when you accidentally dial somebody or don't wanna dial them. If you accidentally call someone or decide not to dial them in the first three seconds, I wish it wouldn't count as a call. It would help to keep track of who I've hung up on more easily, especially for accidental calls.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks makes it easier to maintain CRM relationships, keeping them organized and saving time with a clean dialer flow. It's efficient with auto-dialing and provides a streamlined experience with features like automatic voicemail, making it easy to find information.

 ### 47. Boosts Outbound Efficiency and Real-Time Coaching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how Nooks creates a live collaboration and coaching environment for outbound teams. Managers can listen to calls in real time and jump in with guidance without disrupting the reps, which is a big plus. Reps can learn faster by hearing how teammates handle objections and conversations. The dialing workflow keeps the team focused and productive during call blocks, making outbound calling feel less isolated and more like a team activity. Nooks allows our reps to make high volumes of calls efficiently, and managers can support and coach in real time. It also helps newer reps ramp up faster because they can hear what good calls sound like and practice with AI cold calling bots.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

One area that could be improved is the ability to customize scorecards for QA and coaching. As a manager, QA and structured coaching are a big part of how I develop reps, and it'd be helpful to have more flexibility to build fully customized scorecards inside the platform so teams can track the specific behaviors and KPIs that matter to their organization.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to efficiently make high volumes of calls and allow managers to coach in real time. It boosts call volume, supports reps through live coaching, fosters a collaborative environment, and helps new reps learn faster with AI-assisted practice.

 ### 48. Efficient Research & Seamless Calling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin E. | Senior Strategic Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the detail in the account notes and the prospecting features in Nooks. It really allows me to have good information to take to a call, so I'm better prepared. I appreciate that it helps me get on the phones quicker and provides tangible notes that give me specific topics to discuss on a call. I also value the ease of use, which has made it simpler to transition, and the ability to have accurate notes. Additionally, I really like the product and would rate it a ten out of ten.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I don't necessarily have too many critiques. I sometimes wish I could group everybody together rather than having virtual assistant numbers separate and uncallable prospects separate. I'd prefer to just have everybody together at times because some of them I know the numbers are correct, even though Nooks might flag it as incorrect. I also don't always want the AI numbers that are found to enrich to override the numbers that I already have.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to streamline outbound calling by reducing time spent on account research, giving me detailed information for effective calls, and allowing me to focus on specific company details without doing all the research myself.

 ### 49. Seamless Salesforce Integration and Effective Communication Boost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I appreciate how Nooks links with Salesforce pretty seamlessly, which significantly helps with my workflow when reaching out to potential prospects. I like that it uses a local phone number, increasing my connect rate with potential prospects by making calls appear local. The AI email generator is also something I like a lot, as it pulls account information from Salesforce and within Nooks to provide me with a personalized outreach email that I can review before sending, which is really helpful. The initial setup of Nooks was pretty seamless and easy, and once I got hands-on and found my workflow, the setup was not too bad at all.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

One thing I'm not super keen on is the dialer. I just feel like it's a little too quick for me. But that's just me. I've heard a lot of feedback from people that like it.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, improving my workflow for reaching out to prospects. The AI email feature helps generate personalized outreach emails. Using local phone numbers boosts my connect rate with potential prospects.

 ### 50. Desert Island Tool - You can only choose one, I’m taking Nooks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael T. | Cofounder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

No texting from the numbers provided (yet). Would be an awesome add

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There’s no world where I could single line dial the volume I need to each week without nooks. I appreciate the simplicity. Run my lists. Load in. Rock and roll. No fuss
