## Nooks Reviews
  ### 1. Cold Calling Enhanced with Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu S. | Senior Growth Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like that the UI UX of Nooks is very easy, making it simple to understand and navigate with just a few clicks. The coaching labs are great as they provide insights about whom I'm calling, and how I'm calling, and help me know, say, and use new things. It supports proper reporting, and I get to do role plays every day with bots, so when I go on the sales floor, I go fresh. The AI bots are really great for practice before real prospect calls, and they help me go faster.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Well, if we can get live script AI of the calls and prospect answers instead of battle cards, that would be much better.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps me dial multiple people, manage my cadences, and handle time zones for calls in different regions. It's a great tool overall.

  ### 2. Effortless Dialing with a Few Performance Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric C. | DGR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like using Nooks for dialing, especially for appointment setting since I dial a lot of contacts daily, and it makes the process super easy. I appreciate the ease of use and the options Nooks provides for dialing, like the auto-switch number, which makes it easier for me to dial without worrying about my number. The initial setup was easy too.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes it's laggy and it freezes so improvements are needed there

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for dialing, making appointment setting easy by handling many contacts daily, and it offers options like auto-switching numbers which simplifies dialing without worrying about my number.

  ### 3. Outstanding Tool for Remote Worker Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madeline M. | Sales Development Representative, ENT, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love the Nooks rooms because they let me connect with my coworkers as a remote worker, allowing for real-time feedback and learning from others. It's super easy to stay on task since all the information I need is in one place when I need it, and I really appreciate the community aspect. The call library and Nooks bots are super helpful for improving my skills, practicing objection handling, and learning what's working for others. Being able to filter the library by specific objections or team members with great talk tracks is incredibly helpful. The Nooks bots give me the chance to practice before talking to prospects, making sure my conversations are valuable. The setup was super easy, and the interface is very user-friendly. Overall, this platform is awesome!

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

One very specific thing is that it would be helpful if the title of a prospect shows up at the top of the page when I get a call back. I find myself stumbling when I have to scroll down when I answer a call back.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a remote worker, I love connecting with coworkers and getting real-time feedback. Nooks keeps all info in one place, makes staying on task easy, and the community is great. The call library and Nooks bots improve my skills, letting me practice and handle objections confidently.

  ### 4. Boosts Connects and Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zarley Z. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

My favorite part is the parallel dialer. Being able to just increase the amount of live conversations you're having leads to more meetings booked and our reps improve at a much faster rate. I also really love the virtual sales floor. Working fully remotely, it really allows us to feel more connected as a team, and I've really enjoyed that. Setting it up was super easy too.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think the UI could be a little cleaner. It's not bad, but it also doesn't look great. It's just not very pleasant to the eye. It looks kinda like Microsoft 97. It's fine. Like, it works similar to a spreadsheet, but it's just not that pretty.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks saves us time by automating dialing, increasing live conversations, and booking more meetings. The virtual sales floor enhances remote team connections and learning.

  ### 5. Strong Outbound Productivity & Visibility Platform for Modern Sales Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prakash G. | Sr Manager Revenue Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

From a Revenue Operations standpoint, the Salesforce integration and activity visibility are extremely valuable. It helps maintain cleaner reporting, improves pipeline tracking accuracy, and gives managers better insight into rep productivity and conversion performance.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

At times, the platform can feel resource-intensive during high call volumes, and some workflows require multiple clicks that could be streamlined further.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks solves key outbound sales challenges around low connect rates, inconsistent rep performance, and limited coaching visibility. The parallel dialer and AI-assisted workflows help SDR teams increase call efficiency and spend more time in live conversations instead of manual prospecting tasks.

  ### 6. Smarter Sales, Less Hassle

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sameer K. | Operations Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

What I like most about Nooks is its clean and intuitive UI/UX, which makes it easy to use from day one. The integrations fit smoothly into existing workflows, and the performance feels fast and reliable. From a pricing and ROI perspective, it seems worth the investment for the value it delivers. I also appreciate the strong support and onboarding experience, and the AI features genuinely enhance productivity rather than just being there for show.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

One thing I’d improve about Nooks is that some features can feel a bit complex at first, especially for new users. The platform could benefit from more simplified onboarding and clearer guidance in certain areas. Also, deeper customization options and more flexible integrations would make it even more adaptable to different workflows.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks is solving the problem of inefficient and disconnected sales workflows by bringing everything—calling, coaching, and analytics—into one place. It helps reduce manual effort, improves productivity, and makes it easier to have more meaningful customer conversations. For me, it means saving time, staying organized, and being able to focus more on outcomes rather than managing tools.

  ### 7. Efficient Cold Calling Integration with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I appreciate Nooks for the ability to tailor call lists, which really helps in cold calling and setting meetings. The way it sits on top of Outreach allows for easy integration, which makes our workflow smoother without impacting our current processes. The call dispositions and sequences being mirrored into Nooks make it easier to dial, which is great for maintaining volume and allocating more time for prospecting. Enriched numbers work well for getting in touch with prospects. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes the list, if not monitored, can get a bit messy and we start to lose track of prospects in sequence.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to handle volume and allocate more time for prospecting. It allows tailoring call lists and integrates with Outreach to fit our workflow, simplifying cold calling and meeting setup.

  ### 8. User-Friendly Design with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juliane (J) D. | Career Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the UX design of Nooks because it makes it easy to see which leads are coming from which sequence and account history. I also enjoy the Spotify integration, which makes using the platform fun. Additionally, I appreciate how Nooks solves the problem of not knowing where my leads are coming from when I'm making dials.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I wish that Nooks did not have call bleeding in the rooms. I also wish that Nooks had a faster dial-to-connect feature that let you know what the prospect was saying on the other end of the line if they've already picked up. The hardest part to get used to was using the multitude of filters that it offers.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks solves the problem of not knowing where my leads are coming from when I'm making dials.

  ### 9. Efficient Power Dialing with Room for Improved Contact Enrichment

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janet G. | Account Development Rep, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks to dial, listen to others' calls, and enrich contacts. I like how I can change my number, power dial, parallel dial, and do mock cold calls. I love the AI feature that's embedded in there. These features are valuable because they make an ADR's life so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I have trouble with the contact enrichment feature. I keep getting in touch with the wrong person or their family members, which makes it hard to contact my prospects and ultimately slows me down. It would help to find accurate numbers.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to dial, listen to calls, and enrich contacts. It speeds up my volume output for the day and makes an ADR's life easier with features like number changing, power and parallel dialing, mock calls, and an embedded AI.

  ### 10. Game-Changing Auto-Dialer with Powerful Analytics and CRM Sync

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fin S. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The auto-dialer and parallel dialing features have been game-changers for my cold calling workflow. I can get through my call list 3x faster than manual dialing. The real-time analytics and call disposition tracking help me optimize my approach, and the CRM integration keeps everything synced automatically.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Occasionally the call quality can drop during peak hours. The reporting dashboard could be more customizable - I'd love to create custom views for specific metrics. Also, the mobile app functionality is limited compared to the desktop version.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Nooks, manual dialing was eating up 60-70% of my calling time. Now with the power dialer, I've tripled my daily connect rate from 15 to 45+ conversations per day. The local presence feature has boosted my answer rates by about 25%, and the automatic call logging saves me 30+ minutes daily on CRM updates.

  ### 11. Efficient Multi-Dialing with Smooth Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tate W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how I can dial more than one person at once, and I appreciate being able to get their information pulled up on the next two tabs once they answer the phone. This just makes it smoother for me on the phone and helps me talk to more people every day, which ends up in more set appointments. Also, the initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I wish I would get put into the call just a little bit quicker. Sometimes the people have to wait just for a sec when I'm getting put in. Obviously, that would have an effect on the fact that I'm dialling more than one person, but if I could just get into the calls once they answer quicker so they don't have to wait so long for me to enter in the call and say hi. It'd be nice.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to call multiple people at once, increasing efficiency and allowing me to get more dials in daily.

  ### 12. Effortless Cold Calling with Instant Syncing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob B. | Founding GTM , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really enjoy the fantastic UI and how easy it is to use Nooks. The parallel dialing feature actually works and eliminates major pauses when connecting, which I had issues with in the past. The instant syncing with Outreach is another big plus, as it integrates seamlessly with my workflow. Plus, the initial setup was incredibly easy, taking only 15-20 minutes with the help of our Nooks rep. Its ability to provide a better overall experience for both myself and my team makes it feel like a tool built around SDR workflows, and it works almost effortlessly for us.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There is nothing I dislike about it!

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for dialing and cold calling. It solves the issue of bad connection rates I had with a similar tool and offers a fantastic UI, ease of use, and effective parallel dialing. Syncing with Outreach is instant, making it a seamless tool for my team.

  ### 13. Boosts Outreach Efficiency with AI & Intuitive Dashboard

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for outreach and reports, and I really appreciate its AI feature that provides me with real-time suggestions, objection handling, and automated dialing when I'm on a call. The single user-friendly dashboard is great since it allows me to track all activities in one place. Nooks automatically dials my contacts and boosts the connect rate by providing local numbers for the areas I call. The initial setup was quite easy, nothing too hard to understand. I also love how it gives me a real-time assistant when connected to a prospect and offers a clear view of my work, showing my weak areas and helping improve calls. In addition, I value the better connection rate it offers and the self local number generating feature, which is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Everything is good but sometimes Nooks does not integrate properly with other apps, causing a lack of clear visibility. Also, sometimes it doesn't show activity, although this happens very rarely. I think the calculation of dial time is not accurate.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to automatically dial contacts, log calls with AI, increase connect rates, and get local numbers. The real-time AI suggestions and user-friendly dashboard enhance call quality and track activities effectively.

  ### 14. Essential Tool for Streamlining Sales Calls

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ami K. | Marketing Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks daily for dialing prospects, and it helps me call through and record calls so I can listen back. I really like the practice AI bots and the music section; they really help me keep a positive mindset throughout the day. I can practice different variants of my call pitch on the AI bot and see what works and what doesn't, and the music helps when I'm dialing as it pauses and plays for me. The initial setup of Nooks was also extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think creating the numbers for us after say 50 dials would really benefit me as sometimes I forget

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for dialing prospects, and it helps me call through and record calls so I can listen back. It gives me feedback on areas for improvement.

  ### 15. Parallel Dialer + Virtual Salesfloor: More Conversations, Less Ringing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cheenna S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The parallel dialer saves me so much time on outbound. Being able to run multiple lines at once means I'm actually having conversations instead of listening to rings all day. The virtual salesfloor also keeps the energy up, especially for our PH team working remote.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The reporting and analytics side feels pretty surface-level. It tracks call volume fine, but doesn't give deep insight into conversation quality or actionable trends. Would love more robust dashboards that help reps self-coach without needing a manager to pull the data separately.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks solves the biggest problem in outbound: wasted time between conversations. The parallel dialer eliminates all the dead air from no-answers and voicemails, so I can focus on actually talking to prospects. It's easily doubled my connect rate compared to single-line dialing. The virtual salesfloor also helps with the remote work isolation, keeping team energy high and making it easy to listen in on calls for coaching moments.

  ### 16. Supercharges Outbound Sales with Incredible Call Volume

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ted H. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the speed with which I can call people through Nooks. It makes us better at prospecting from within the CRM and learning how to build our own lists so we can be more effective. I appreciate being able to call 80 to 200 people a day instead of just 30, which means I can build a list and get through it all in one day. This lets me eliminate the people who are unlikely to pick up or have the wrong numbers and focus on the best data. The initial setup was super easy — just having a list in HubSpot that gets pulled through straight away. I would say Nooks is a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Making it easier to set up disposition automations with HubSpot would be useful.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were full cycle AE's without the capability to book the required meetings due to pick up rates and data quality. We spent significant time waiting for Hubspot tabs to open and calling bad numbers. Nooks identifies these numbers before or as they ring and takes you right to the next call so this is a problem of the past. We've improving from 30 - 50 calls a day if we're lucky, to 200 calls a day. It alleviates the slow, frustrating HubSpot caller, reduces wasted calls, and enhances CRM prospecting by calling the right people.

  ### 17. No.1 Dialer in the market, The best voice mail recognition, Needs better CSV integration Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajith . | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really love how Nooks focuses on the cold calling side of things and truly understands the outbound process. It's my number one outbound tool for cold calling. I appreciate the features like the pickup likelihood, which allows me to filter out numbers based on their likelihood to answer, from high to below average, which is super useful. The ability to enrich phone numbers and identify bad numbers before calling is invaluable. I also like how it can identify voicemails almost 90% of the time, distinguishing a real human from a virtual assistant. The setup was a breeze and was quick and easy due to my familiarity with the product.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think CSV upload is something which I wish had better filters. It has a lot more filters compared to just uploading a CSV. CSV is kind of a plain way of doing it. Doesn't have a lot of automations in the backend. So CSV is just like a valid file upload. I wish it had more features compared to other dialers when it comes to CSV upload.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps me maximize speaking to prospects with its waterfall enrichment, improving connect rates. It filters bad numbers and enriches phone data before calls, solving the challenge of daily prospect engagement.

  ### 18. Efficient Dialing with Excellent Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dale M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really find Nooks valuable for moving my day along and progressing through my tasks. The parallel dialing feature helps me connect to warm to hot contacts quicker, allowing me to get to actual conversations with human beings fast. Also, the automated answering systems are great for prioritizing and moving through contacts with ease. It also allows me to move through a large amount of data effortlessly. The onboarding experience was helpful too, with the team walking us through the setup, offering one-on-one and group trainings, making it quite easy to get everything set up within the first week.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The AI notes transcriber has some issues. Especially when I'm speaking to an admin or an assistant and the contact is someone else, the AI assumes that whoever picks up the phone is the contact listed, which is not always the case. This leads to some mixed reviews regarding the notes.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps me move efficiently through contacts with parallel dialing, prioritizing human conversations. It saves time I would've wasted, connecting me quicker to contacts and simplifying data navigation.

  ### 19. Streamlined Calling with Intuitive Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gunpreet K. | Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for calling, reporting, and team meetings reviews, and it has really helped streamline our workflows by significantly reducing manual dialing and overall manual effort. Having everything organized on a single, easy-to-use dashboard makes managing tasks much more efficient. The automated dialing feature saves time and allows me to focus more on conversations. The reporting is very intuitive and easy to pull, saving a lot of time. It has helped improve my contact rates, making my outreach much more effective. I also appreciate how easy it was to set up because Nooks is very user-friendly, allowing us to get started quickly without major challenges.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Overall, it's excellent but one thing that should be improved is firstly, at times it hangs in parallel dials and another one is if I'm dialing like for 4 hours straight, it only shows 3 hours or 2.5 hours so this needs to be improved.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks streamlines workflows, minimizes manual dialing, and organizes calls and tasks in one dashboard. It boosts connect rates, simplifies reporting, and saves time, enhancing productivity. The automated dialing lets me focus more on conversations, making outreach much more effective.

  ### 20. Time-Saving and Efficient, But Needs Improved Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maddy D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks as a BDR and what I really like about it is how it saves me time, especially with the parallel dialing feature that lets me reach out to five prospects at once. It significantly cuts my calling time in half and makes me more efficient on the phones. I also appreciate that it shares my first touch email with a prospect so I know exactly what to refer to.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The live battle cards don't work most of the time. In about 3/4 of my calls, they don't show up. I feel like they could be improved by having live battle cards for objections more on the spot.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to save time and find new numbers for prospects easily. The parallel dialing cuts calling time in half, making me more efficient on the phones. It also shares your first touch email with a prospect so you know exactly what to refer to.

  ### 21. Parallel Dialer and Virtual Salesfloor Are Game-Changers for High-Energy Calling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Syed F. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I feel the Parallel Dialer and Virtual Salesfloor are game-changers. I can hit 5 lines at once to eliminate dead air, and the live coaching features make remote cold calling feel like a high-energy team sport.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There is a slight connection lag when a prospect picks up, which can lead to hang-ups. Also, the CRM sync occasionally hits delays, requiring a page refresh to see updated call tasks in my records.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m having 3x more conversations daily without working extra hours. It also makes remote the cold calling less lonely, the Virtual Salesfloor lets me dial with my team so we can hear each other’s wins and learn in real-time.

  ### 22. Nooks Saves Time with Parallel Dialing and Easy Number Switching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor W. | SDR Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Being able to save time on calling within cadences is a big plus. Our CRM is great, but dialing one by one can take minutes, especially when you’re waiting through the ringtone and other dead time. Nooks lets you call several of these at once and removes a lot of that waiting. On top of that, it also makes it easy to switch numbers constantly as needed.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

One thing that you have to get used to is the second wait after someone answers. Just a matter of getting used to it.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time. Especially being based in the UK - calling into the states is saving us a load of time.

  ### 23. Easy & Fun to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Easy to use, and customer support is fast and responsive. The reporting is solid, and Salesfloors makes cold calling fun -- I honestly couldn’t imagine cold calling all day without it. I also like the prospect personas and the customizable view when dialing prospects. There are a lot of other great tools as well, including smart presence when dialing, VM drop, phone number enrichment, AI roleplay, the call library, and the coaching lab. Integrates w/ the CRM we use easily, and performs pretty consistently

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Nothing that I can think of at the moment.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me hit my dials each day & making cold calling fun. The salesfloors make it feel like you're on a group facetime with your coworkers all day so I actually look forward to it.

  ### 24. Nooks Supercharges Outbound Calling with Tracking, Auto-Dialer, and Lead Intelligence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James C. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Outbound Call Tracking - allows my leadership to view and review my dials and the associate numbers I'm seeing success with
Auto-Dialer - lets me dial multiple prospects at once and connects me to the first available saving dozens and dozens of minutes manually dialing
Lead Intelligence - lets me know who I'm calling and why so I'm prepped for the next connected call
Virtual Workspaces - let me collaborate and and grow with my teammates and encourages a an in-office feel remotely

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The only I downside I have with Nooks is the speed at which you have to prepare once you hit a connected call. It's more of a skill based issue rather than a functionality issue from the product.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks is helping to increase our call-connected ratio, connect with more prospects and have better and more conversations daily.

  ### 25. A Time-Saver with Great Call Recap Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mira B. | Sales Development Representative - Mid Market, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks primarily for cold calling and linking my calls to Salesforce, which I find pretty helpful. What I like most is how it saves me a lot of time. The abbreviated call recap transcripts are my favorite feature because they usually tell me exactly what I missed on previous calls with prospects. This feature allows me to skip listening to past calls, saving me about five minutes per account that I'm prepping for, by providing all the key info in about thirty seconds. Additionally, I've had no trouble using Nooks, it's been seamless, and it's become my go-to tool for dialing specifically.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think, occasionally, it doesn't connect to Salesforce properly, which is a little bit frustrating. And when you're searching for a prospect or, like, someone's name, you don't type it exactly right, it won't come up, which is a little bit frustrating. Or if there's a space at the end, it doesn't come up. So I think if it was, like, a little bit less sensitive or it had just kind of a guessing tool where you have one typo in the name if it guesses or whatever.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks saves me time by avoiding switching between tools like my CRM and summarizing previous calls into brief recaps, making my call prep efficient, usually in about thirty seconds.

  ### 26. Efficient Calling, Time-Saving Gem

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maeve C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for my role as a BDR to cold call prospects and it helps me call multiple people at once, making me way more efficient and giving me time back for other tasks. I like how I can organize with the filters, allowing me to remove someone from my view if I don't want to call them again on the same day or the day before. It's very easy to organize the way I'm looking for. It helps me feel more prepared for my calls and ensures I'm not bothering someone by calling too many times or at inconvenient hours, thanks to the time zone filter. The initial setup of Nooks was so easy and the staff was very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I wish there was a way to add notes to CRM directly after a call on the Nooks page.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for efficient cold calling, letting me contact multiple people at once, saving time for other tasks. The filters help organize and avoid repeated or ill-timed calls, ensuring preparedness and minimizing disturbances.

  ### 27. Nooks: Comprehensive Dialer, Intuitive and Well-Supported

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jai D. | Business Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I find that anything I need in a dialer is there in Nooks. From one line to being able to power dial, from single dial to having smart lists for people that haven't answered in the past ninety days, it's all very organized. As someone who needs a BDR setup, it's really all there for me to utilize. It's a great experience overall, especially in a cold calling environment. It allows me to focus only on the call. They have all the battle cards; I mean, it's just everything you could need in a dialer. The initial setup was super easy and intuitive, and their support is great. If I have any questions, they jump on it immediately. The onboarding was great as well.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I don't like how when someone picks up and immediately hangs up, it takes them out of my sequences or out of the dialing. Sometimes it just disconnects, and that's something I don't like as much because sometimes I want to keep calling them.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks organizes everything I need in a dialer, from single and power dialing to smart lists. It's great for focusing on calls and has all the battle cards ready. It's everything you'd need in a cold calling environment.

  ### 28. Super Easy Calling Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex B. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Nooks is amazing because it transforms cold calling into an event that is much more fun. I have built confidence up knowing my colleagues could be listening and rooting me on in the sales-floor.

On another note, calling more than 50 people per day is way easier with the auto dial and parallel dialer functions. It allows me to have more prospects in flow and make sure I am calling the right people every day.

I also like the Ai agents you can customize which were helpful first starting out in my new role.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Some errors on post-call dispositions and some people staying in flow after putting not interested. Some difficulty seeing crucial account or prospect notes when calling people.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the pain of dialing one by one, helping me not feel the boredom of calling by myself when working from home, and tracking my call notes better than I ever could with the AI note function.

  ### 29. All-in-One Outbound Platform That Helps Teams Make Smarter Calls

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yenny A. | Business Development Rep, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

What I like most about Nooks is how it brings everything an outbound team needs into one cohesive, easy-to-use platform. By combining auto-dialing, outbound call tracking, and lead intelligence, it removes a lot of the day-to-day friction for reps and helps them stay focused on what matters most: having better conversations.

The virtual workspaces are a standout. They capture the energy of an in-office sales floor for remote and hybrid teams, so collaboration, live coaching, and peer learning feel natural and fluid rather than forced.

Overall, Nooks doesn’t just help teams make more calls—it helps them make smarter calls, stay aligned, and perform better together.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

While Nooks is a powerful platform, there are a few areas where it could be improved. The feature set is robust, which can feel a bit overwhelming for new users at first, and onboarding may take some time before teams feel fully comfortable using everything efficiently.

Additionally, because Nooks is so focused on outbound calling, teams with more complex or non-standard workflows may need some customization or adjustments to better align the platform with their existing processes.

That said, these are relatively minor tradeoffs. Once teams are up and running, the value Nooks delivers far outweighs the initial learning curve.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks addresses some of the biggest challenges outbound teams face: low connect rates, inefficient dialing, limited visibility into performance, and the isolation that can come with remote selling.

By pairing an auto-dialer with robust outbound call tracking, Nooks helps reps spend more time speaking with the right prospects and less time on manual work. The built-in lead intelligence also helps ensure each call is informed and relevant, leading to stronger conversations and higher conversion rates.

  ### 30. A Game Changer for Reaching More Decision-Makers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew G. | Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Being able to call more people and connect with more decision-makers has been a real game changer for me.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The auto-dispositions are incorrect at times. Also, I don’t like how it automatically disconnects when using AI voice assistants.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes the manual work out of dialing customers one by one. I also don’t have to notate each call separately, and it can generate local numbers to increase the likelihood that a customer will answer. On top of that, I can leave detailed notes to refer back to later.

  ### 31. Revolutionized Our Calling Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kendrick G. | Senior Sales Development Representative , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I think that Nooks has been incredible, especially for their power dialer and parallel dialer. It's made things much more efficient and effective. I'm excited about how it'll continue to help, as our connection rates are much higher now. We're able to make a lot more calls, both in higher volume and quality. It's been a fantastic tool so far. I like that we're able to be much more effective and efficient in a shorter amount of time, allowing me to get much more work done.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The only thing that could be even better is adding new numbers consistently and getting the right numbers. Sometimes there are still numbers that are not very solid.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Nooks eliminates manual work with its power and parallel dialers, improving our connection rates and efficiency. It lets us make more calls in less time, turning hours of work into just thirty minutes.

  ### 32. Easy to Use Auto-Dialer with Great LinkedIn & SFDC Context

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian D. | Sr. BDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Nooks is very easy to use, and the auto dialer works really well. I like that it integrates with LinkedIn and includes marketing history from SFDC, which gives helpful context before and during calls. Customer Support has been great as well.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I’m not a big fan of the training bots. They’re fine for a quick warm-up before call tasks, but I don’t use them much beyond that. Also, when calling through lists, the tracking can sometimes be a little inconsistent.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks solves the problem of inefficiency in outbound calling by reducing manual work and keeping everything in one place. The auto dialer saves a lot of time, and having LinkedIn activity and marketing history visible helps me prioritize conversations and tailor outreach. Overall, it allows me to spend more time actually talking to prospects instead of managing tools or doing prep work.

  ### 33. Efficient Calls, User-Friendly Operation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I find the Powerdialer from Nooks really good because calling works automatically and numbers that don't work are skipped. I also like the library where I can listen to calls from others. I can look at my KPIs and I also like that I can use the integrated note system to view notes about Salesforce. Setting up Nooks was very easy, and the operation is also very user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

For me, it is quite clear that what could be improved is the tracking of KPIs, such as how many conversations I have had. It is often seen that the data is not correct.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks improves my workflow and significantly reduces the effort. I can call many more prospects in an hour than without Nooks.

  ### 34. Efficient Prospecting and Seamless Salesforce Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amica H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like the Salesforce integration that lets me edit reports and immediately call through them in Nooks. I also like that I know my number is not spam. The ability to quickly move through prospects is important to me because outbound sales is high-volume, and I can pivot quickly but still have all the information available to me as I dial. This lets me accurately understand when good calling blocks are, which is crucial to my success.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There needs to be a better way to filter for 'last connect'. A lot of times a prospect opts out but then that preference doesn't carry over or show up during filtering. The same goes for any other type of negative disposition.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like Nooks for its Salesforce integration, allowing me to edit reports and call efficiently. My number isn't seen as spam, and I can move quickly through high-volume prospects. It helps me pinpoint good calling times and have all needed info as I dial.

  ### 35. Efficient Dialing and Seamless Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moises B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks to call my customers, and my experience has been really good. Nooks is much faster than the previous tool I used, Gong. What I like the most is the parallel dial feature, which is amazing. It helps me reach out to more people faster and ensures I complete all my KPIs for the day. It's great for connecting with more people. I also appreciate that you can use Nooks to collaborate with coworkers. You can share screens and talk to your coworkers without needing to go anywhere else. It keeps everything in one place and makes the experience really nice. Setting up Nooks was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

To be honest, like, at the beginning, I didn't like the, like, five calls at the same time. Like, five dials, the parallel dials, but, like, five. I thought that was too much, but you guys do have, like, the options to do one, two, three, or four, five. So I would say, like, five, I think, is too much, but I don't think there's anything you can change from that.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for calling customers in Latin America and the US, and it’s much faster than before. The parallel dialing helps me reach more people quickly and complete my KPIs efficiently. It also allows easy collaboration and screen sharing with coworkers.

  ### 36. Super Accurate Dialer that Saves Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew W. | Enterprise Sales, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really love using Nooks for making a large amount of calls at a single time. It's incredibly useful to see who is more likely to pick up the phone versus not, and it's very accurate. This feature has saved me a lot of time. I also enjoy the one-off calling and appreciate how it shows a LinkedIn profile that I can click into immediately, making calls more personalized. I find it fantastic how the dialer works when I'm in call blocks, allowing me to go from call to call efficiently. I also appreciate how organized my tasks are, which is great for staying on top of things. The setup was really easy despite a small learning curve. Overall, as a dialer, Nooks is super accurate and keeps everything in line, which I find phenomenal.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I've found some numbers on ZoomInfo that are different from my contacts in Nooks, and I would love to be able to quickly add a new number in Nooks, which I've not been able to do.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to make a lot of calls efficiently. It accurately predicts who will answer, saving me time. The dialer is fantastic for call blocks, and the LinkedIn quick access and organized tasks add value.

  ### 37. Boosts Sales Efficiency with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like Nooks for being quick and easy to use. Everything I need is there, making it just straightforward to log in and start calling. The reporting is good, and it's nice to have a tool that supports improving and maintaining performance standards easily. The initial setup was easy too, as they basically did it for me.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

It's sort of reporting and getting information out of Nooks is unideal. It's hard to export some information that might be helpful to reference outside of the platform. It kind of forces you to use Nooks to look at some of the data.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for speed and efficiency with outreach, quickly calling through leads and efficiently managing our sales team's pipeline.

  ### 38. Powerful Dialing Tool with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hugh H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like Nooks' power dialing feature because it lets me cover a lot of ground in a little time. It allows me to reach out to more people efficiently and progress through cadences with its integrations, like with SalesLoft, which is super helpful since it removes a lot of clicking for me. The initial setup was really easy, and the customer success team did a really good job. They provided an efficient lesson on how to use it, which I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a power dialing tool.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think just, like, data enrichment stuff typically, like, better sentiments because all of them are kinda, like, generic stuff. Like, if someone answers but, like, hangs up, you can't put rejected for the sentiment. You can only put rejected if you call them. So if rejected was, like, a sentiment, that would be good. And just all other smaller granular things. Yeah.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to be more efficient in reaching out to people and speaking to them effectively with battle cards and email cadence. It helps cover a lot of ground quickly with its power dialing feature and integrates well with SalesLoft, removing unnecessary clicking.

  ### 39. Effortless Dialing for High Outreach Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louis S. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for power dialing and call velocity outreach, and it really boosts our connection rate, increasing from 0.4% to 20% within the first week. I really like how Nooks can enrich phone numbers and find the contacts we're looking for, which speeds up research time significantly for me. The auto dial feature and its ability to find numbers for you is a great addition. The initial setup was very easy, and our rep was really great at showing us how to navigate it, allowing us to be ready by day two of the workshop.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I feel like when there's a disruption in the flow or the cadence, for example, if we're referred to someone else or they want us to reach out at a specific time, Nooks only wants that individual out of the flow. There isn't a smooth way to log the interaction and then adjust the contact. It's either you keep going on the cadence or you take them out of the cadence. Also, it seems that Nooks, maybe just my settings, defaults to taking any kind of interaction that's not a voicemail or an immediate booking out of the flow.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to improve our connection rate dramatically and speed up our research time by enriching phone numbers and finding contacts efficiently.

  ### 40. Call Listening and Team Chat Make Cold Calling Feel Collaborative and Fun

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason A. | Account Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The ability to listen to other members' calls is my favorite feature. Celebrate together or laugh together about how terrible a call went. Plus cold calling can get lonely, so being able to chat is great. I learn so many new things not related to sales in addition to sales tips from my teammates.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The time zones are based on phone number area code / country prefix, not what city they're actually in.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dialing through my daily calls to see who picks up, and dialing through Salesforce lists to see what else I can call to hit my daily call KPI

  ### 41. Efficient Calling and User-Friendly Design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria F. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how easy Nooks is to use. It is very user-friendly, and I wasn't given any training or notes. I was just given access to it, and I was able to understand how to use it very easily. The parallel dialing feature is incredibly helpful for me because, instead of dialing people one at a time, it has automation that can dial five people at once. The moment one person picks up, the other calls drop directly.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes the integration of Nooks with other tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong is a little slow. And sometimes they have downtime.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks has an automation feature for parallel dialing, allowing me to call up to five people at once, saving time on large call lists.

  ### 42. Empowers Remote Team Collaboration with Minor Improvements Needed

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cibele K.

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I find Nooks really useful for organizing my outreach efforts. I appreciate how it enables me to call multiple people at once and receive callbacks. I really like how it supports teamwork, especially the Nooks floor feature, which allows us to listen to each other's calls while also letting us focus on our own calls. This is particularly convenient since my team works remotely and in different territories. It keeps our team connected and working effectively together.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Nooks could have a function where it's easier to write follow up emails or copy the transcript of the calls. Also, sometimes, the summary of the calls is not very accurate, especially if the call is not conducted in English.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for organizing my outreach, calling multiple people, receiving callbacks, and teamwork. It's very useful for working in a remote team across different countries.

  ### 43. Effortless Outbound Sales Management with Nooks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oliver F. | Sales Development Representative – North America, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks to manage and optimize my outbound sales activity. What I like most about Nooks is how easy it makes high-volume outbound tasks. The dialing is seamless, and it significantly improves efficiency. The ease of use and speed of the platform stand out. It's very intuitive, and I can get up and running quickly without a steep learning curve. The initial setup was very easy, with no issues, and the trial was good.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Overall it works well, but there is room to improve in terms of deeper CRM integration and reducing the occasional drop off of calls. Sometimes prospects can't hear me and they hang up.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to manage and optimize outbound sales, solving inefficiencies in prospecting like manual dialing and low connection rates. It also improves call performance visibility, making high-volume outbound operations seamless and efficient.

  ### 44. Intuitive UI/UX and Power Dialing That Delivers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Power Dialing and UI /UX is very intuitive

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The direction integration with HubSpot would be great.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in SDR productivity after using Nooks. The platform solves a major outbound challenge by reducing the manual work reps usually spend on dialing, logging calls, and managing follow-ups.

The parallel dialing and AI-assisted workflows helped our team increase live conversations while spending more time actually selling instead of doing admin tasks. The virtual sales floor and coaching capabilities are also valuable for manager visibility and rep ramp-up.

What stands out most is how Nooks helps streamline outbound execution without making the workflow feel overly complicated. It’s been especially helpful for improving efficiency and keeping the team aligned in a remote setup.

  ### 45. Cold Numbers and Parallel Dialer Deliver Clear Visibility and Big Time Savings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Salvi G. | Community Outreach , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

1. The cold number feature : the number gets cold after a time and this gives the clear visibility.
2. The Parallel dialer: this saves a lot of time, and all number gets dialed.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes the AI notes feature does not work properly, it does not give the accurate notes.
The Dispositions are not correct sometimes.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me it's like the Parallel dial feature, which helps a lot.

- it saves a lot of time
- all numbers gets dialed at once

we struggle with orum, with this feature.

Also the automatic dispostion is really good feature. (but sometimes the dispositions are the acccurate)

  ### 46. Enhances Cold Calling Collaboration, Needs UI Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hana G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like being able to cold call with my teammates, which makes it more collaborative and engaging. I also appreciate how the system automatically mutes everyone and puts the user in a 'call booth' once there's a pickup, which really streamlines the calling process and minimizes distractions. It's also very easy for me to log in and understand how to use it, which makes the setup straightforward and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The UI in terms of finding specific prospects to call instead of using the auto-dialer is not the most intuitive

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for cold calling, and it speeds up time between calls. I like how it mutes everyone and puts the user in a 'call booth' when there's a pickup, making team calls smoother.

  ### 47. Instant Battle Card Pop-Ups Make Calls Smoother and More Confident

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashwin K. | Senior Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

The battle card is easily the best feature; it pops up instantly during calls and makes life much easier for everyone involved. Having the right information available at the right moment helps callers respond with more confidence, stay on track, and handle conversations far more effectively.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

It does experience occasional connectivity and latency issues, which can affect the overall experience

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem it solves is enabling us to connect with prospects across different regions and engage with individuals who are typically less active on calls.

As a result, we’re able to have more focused and effective conversations, which improves our chances of securing more meetings.

The initial setup was very easy, and the onboarding team has been responsive.

I'd like the ability to link Apple Music to your call rooms like how you can with Spotify
