Auto dialer makes it a lot easier for me to get through my tasks and hit my dial targets
Outbound call tracking is efficient and makes things more organized for me.
My absolute fav is the virtual workspace. Working from home can be boring and a little lonely. Being able to talk to co workers and engage in between calls helps me with my energy and gives me motivation. It has also helped me build solid relationships with my team.
One other thing I like: the AI bots. lol they're so funny! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
sometimes it glitches and sometimes my headphones dont connect. It can be time consuming trying to restart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to use and how eveerything is thought to multiply your productivity as an SDR. You got parallel dialer, you can have numbers from different states and nooks automatically switches your number for better ocnnection rates, the fact that you get excellent recordings and transcripts from each call and reports so you have your metrics to see what is working and what's not. Nooks took cold calling to another level, I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I didn't have any negative exeprience yet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like about Nooks is that I'm able to utilize the outbound auto-dialer in a virtual workspace with my global team mates. Nooks allwos my colleagues and leadership to listen in to my calls in real time. It improves the rate at which I get my work done, along with making sure that I'm better equipped at hitting my targets, while also keeping that in-office feel, even though we're working with remote team mates scattered across the world.
Nooks incorporates AI technology that assesses conversations and summarizes notes for each call, saving critical time to ensure focus is spent on speaking with people and having clear, concise resources to do a good job.
Other aspects I like about Nooks is that during calls, you can see information stored in your CRM or view a prospect's LinkedIn profile simultaneously. It gives you everything you need, right when you need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nooks is still rapidly developing, so although they've got a handful of integrations, there's still a couple that are in the pipeline. I'm sure within the next little while, we'll be able to see almost any integration amongst common tech stacks used in most companies across the US. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Automates all of the dialling, shovel work involved in making a high quantity of dials. I use it every day. The notes feature on the outreach integration is very useful and lets me to targeted outreach at scale. Only way it could better is using AI to automate account research, looking for triggers and ways your solution is relevant. Overall an excellent tool going int the right direction. At times the data enricher is less than useful, there can be the usual bugs with various integrations but nothing every other software vendor isn't full of. The usual niggles.
Better for SMB, for enterprise prospecting it could have better features built out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how NOOKS automates so many things...like registering new outbound phone numbers, leaving recorded voice messages FOR you...skipping and / or removing duplicate and bad numbers...synopsizing your call very accurately witgh AI...and letting you know which contacts are most likely to pick up the phone...and MORE! Sometimes...the Music Playlist ( yes, you can listen to your streaming playlists in between calls ) doesn't work great... it's in Beta, though... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's great to be able to dial from different numbers. Nooks let's you choose which area code you'd like to call from and then auto generates a number for you. If a prospect sees a local area code, it increases the odds of them answering by quite a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the history of the prospect/account would pull up automatically/easier when I call. At times, it will only show that when I last contacted the prospect but not show when my BDR did. So I called a prospect that said no to a meeting with my BDR the day before. I definitely could've done a little more digging but I would've liked that info readily accessible on the account page.
However, I feel like I'm nitpicking as I've had a good overall experience with using Nooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do I like best? EVERYTHING.
- Love that I don't have to be miserable listening to that wretched ringing or people's voicemails while waiting for someone to pick up.
- Love that it surfaces info relevant in an account when I'm speaking to a prospect.
- Love that it's robust - call quality is almost always perfect. (Used to use SalesLoft and I feel like 30% of my calls had bad connection.)
- Love that I could easily switch numbers.
- Love that I can customize persona cards.
- As a one-person team for a small and scrappy start-up, I love that Nooks let me do my job ie., cold calling people without me having to spend unnecessary time and effort in my execution.
- ALSO given this context above, I know that we are a itty bitty tiny client for Nooks BUT man, I feel like I'm treated like a VIP. I can ask q's and reach out to my account manager anytime and she's always incredibly helpful (shout out to Bridget for being a rockstar!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Downsides? I honestly don't know. Maybe it's because I've mainly been an end user and am now just starting to track metrics and set it up for when we're ready to scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is great with friendly interface. Integrates seamless with our CRMs and the customer support is onspot no need to wait for hours. I really like the way it helps me make my outbound calling fun and effective. I use it every day and find it interesting with upcoming smartlist features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
None to speak of that i dislike about the platform except for a little flaw on reminders but the followup smart list makes it easier now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gives my team a platform to learn from one another and be social during call blocks. Makes it very simple to be a remote sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In general I think it fits all the niches of a dialer, while having way more features than others I've used. Can't think of anything bad! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nooks is a fantastic tool. Its always me to make many calls throughout the day without having to worry about picking up the phone andhanging up after each call. nooks allow syou to dial 5 numbers at a time and will drop the call if no one picks up. This has allowed me to contact more prospects. Also the ability to change phone numbers is very key as It allows me to call a prospect from tehir aea code which has increased my connect rate. Not many downsides, if anyone. The biggest issue is the dealyed pickup that we get. We dont generally hear the person say hello and have to read the transcrip to make sure have picked up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
