## Nooks Reviews
 ### 1. Streamlined Calling with Powerful Contact Enrichment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashish O. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how Nooks helps me reach out to relevant contacts in less time by identifying the right phone numbers for each prospect and making it easier to prioritize who to contact first. I also appreciate the deeper insight I get from having call number prioritization and phone number enrichment in one platform. The AI call summary has been a big help as well, since it improves my positioning on calls and helps me stay on track. Overall, Nooks saves me a lot of time and lets me focus on calling the correct numbers, which boosts both my productivity and accuracy. And all my call records are clearly mapped and reflect in CRM due to it's inegration with CRM and Outreach. Super easy and clean UI, one time product walkthrough is enough for someone to start using it. On top of that, the initial setup was fairly easy, thanks to the clear demonstration from the Nooks team.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

When I'm doing parallel dialing, at times, I have experienced a lag once the call is picked up and when I hear the prospect's voice. This means, for example, the prospect has picked up the call at the 6th second of the call dialed but I will be notified at the 8th or 9th second. By the time it reaches me, the prospect has already been speaking for 2-3 seconds, and that can result in a hang-up.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps me reach relevant contacts quickly and prioritize them by finding the right phone numbers. It boosts my productivity by reducing time spent dialing wrong numbers and adds accuracy. The AI call summary improves my positioning on calls.

 ### 2. Streamlines Dialing with Smart Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marlon V. | BD-Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the parallel dial feature in Nooks, which allows me to use multiple different numbers in parallel. The auto-rotate feature is great, and I can add my personal cell phone number, which is really useful. I also appreciate the filter that helps specify the numbers most likely to reach out to, with the pickup likelihood feature. Another positive point is that the overall transition to Nooks was quite easy and seamless.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

One thing that I do not like much about Nooks is the fact that the dashboards that I get, the dashboard that I get when I pick up a call, it's not really something that I can adjust as per my convenience. Also, if I am in the dialer, it becomes difficult to use the rest of the application. If it was convenient to switch tabs while being within the dialer, it would help me understand multiple things better.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps me make sequential dials in parallel, enrich contacts, and analyze call patterns to identify shortcomings in my calling style.

 ### 3. Boosts Team Morale with Community Dialing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Walter N. | Global GTM, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I think the thing I like most about Nooks is the ability to have community within your sales floor. So, you're not dialing alone; you can dial with your teammates and coworkers, building community at the same time. This helps keep up morale by jamming out to music with fellow coworkers. It just makes dialing easier, especially because it's a task that can feel very mundane and difficult. Facing a lot of rejection becomes easier to handle when you're doing it with your peers.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think sometimes there's a bit of recycling of tasks, and it becomes a bit inaccurate. I dial, complete the tasks, and then refresh the page, and notice that they're still there. So sometimes it gets a little bit glitchy.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for power dialing, and it really helps having a community on the sales floor. Dialing isn't lonely; I can do it with teammates, which keeps morale up and makes the task easier despite rejections.

 ### 4. Effortless Multi-Tasking and Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Franck O. | Global Head of Audience, Events Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks to call all of my prospects, and it makes it a lot easier to make many calls at the same time and filter those calls. It's like having an AI assistant that helps me change phone numbers without me doing it at the scrum, which is very useful. I get to see the profiles easily, and it's easy to integrate with other tools. What I like most about Nooks is the fact that I can do the job of three people at the same time. I can make up to five calls simultaneously and go through a massive spreadsheet of phone numbers a lot faster, making around three to four hundred calls within an hour. It quickly classifies calls, letting me know if a phone number is not working or if there's an AI assistant so I can prioritize accordingly. It's really, really good.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

It could be useful to add foreign phone numbers, like having a French phone number if I'm calling France or a Spanish phone number if I'm calling Spain.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks makes it easier to call multiple prospects at once, filter calls, and change phone numbers automatically. It integrates with other tools and lets me see profiles too. I can efficiently manage hundreds of calls quickly with its AI assistant.

 ### 5. Streamlined Call Process with Minor Stability Hurdles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gunpreet K. | Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for calling, reporting, and review meetings. I really appreciate how Nooks simplifies the entire calling process and reduces manual effort. It helps reduce manual dialing and repetitive tasks, keeps everything organized in one place, and makes outreach much more efficient. The efficiency of tracking performance and improving connect rates is a big plus. The initial setup was smooth and easy to navigate, with a straightforward interface that made the onboarding process uncomplicated.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

It works well but improving stability during high volume dialing and making reporting more accurate would make the experience even better. During high volume or parallel dialing, the platform can occasionally lag or hang, which interrupts the flow and wastes time. On the reporting side, I've noticed a mismatch in actual dialing time versus what gets recorded so making the tracking more accurate would really help. Also, when I'm already talking to one prospect and at the same time another prospect calls, it should not ring the bell then I'm not able to hear anything the prospect is saying and it is also distracting.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for calling, reporting, and review meetings. It reduces manual dialing and repetitive tasks, keeps everything organized in one place, and makes it easier to track performance and improve connect rates. It simplifies the calling process, reducing manual effort and making outreach more efficient.

 ### 6. Efficient Dialing and Seamless Data Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vuppusetty P. | Sr. Financial Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like Nooks for its easy access to information and fast dialing, which saves me a lot of time. The callbacks setup is really good because it reminds us of things we might forget, which is an amazing feature. I find Nooks faster than Orum in dialing, which is an improvement for us, and the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Maybe the reporting part. It should give us a clear picture on how many dials are made, how many no answers, how many callbacks, how many not interested, etc., in a very simple format.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps with quick dialing and easy navigation of customer data, saving me a lot of time. It offers fast dialing and easy access to information, along with a great callback setup that reminds us, which is amazing.

 ### 7. Boosts Cold Calling Efficiency with Intuitive Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ANUJ P. | Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like Nooks for cold calling campaigns and generating reports. Its auto and parallel dialing feature reduces the manual task and increases my connect rate. The single user-friendly dashboard where I can get all the information together is very helpful. The auto dialing process is efficient, and I love that we can generate new numbers on the spot. I also appreciate using the reporting and dialer parts, especially for team reports and bar graphs. The suggestive part for objections on calls and better connection rates were a major factor in switching from our previous product. Setting up Nooks was quite easy, with no significant challenges.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

One thing that can be improved is sometimes for incoming calls we don't get real-time visibility of the call details, which causes some trouble. The information of the caller is not visible to me; it takes 2-3 minutes sometimes.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks provides auto and parallel dialing, reducing manual tasks with a user-friendly dashboard. It increases my connect rate and lets me generate new numbers on the spot.

 ### 8. Helpful Call Reporting and Insights That Make Weekly Outreach Planning Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amruthavarshini N. | Business Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the call reporting features on Nooks. The user-level information, persona-level information, and insights are helpful, and they help me plan my weeks and outreach ahead of time.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I don’t like that Nooks doesn’t load all contacts from a company during a one-off call. It only pulls in a few, which limits my options when I’m searching for and calling prospects in Nooks using the One-off feature.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps me deal with the constant changes and switching of numbers during calls. It automatically rotates numbers based on the prospect’s area code and on how many calls I’ve already made from a given number within a particular time period. This feature is really beneficial and saves me a lot of time. The availability of live battlecards and transcripts is also helpful, and the fact that I can easily access HubSpot and Apollo lists directly from Nooks is another big time-saver.

 ### 9. Fast Dialing and Smart Call Categorization Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tomas C. | team lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The speed for dialing and the features to categorize the calls

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Feedback on Nooks
Information Overload: There is often too much information and too many visual elements displayed at once. The UI can feel cluttered, making it overwhelming and difficult to focus on the task at hand.

Persistent Dialing Issues: The automated calling logic can be frustrating. For instance, even after leaving a voicemail or finishing a conversation, the system sometimes continues to dial the contact's secondary numbers automatically.

Call Log Management: The way calls are logged or synced can feel messy, especially when trying to track which specific interaction took place.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that the app support making more dials, reaching more people, and improving the connection rate so I can connect with more contacts overall.

 ### 10. AI Coaching Assistant Helps SDRs Improve and Excel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chrissy G. | Sales Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I personally love the AI coaching assistant the best. This has enabled my SDRs to really dig into what they're doing well, but more importantly what they need to improve on.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There's nothing I dislike, but I with there was a management AI tool that I could use to help coach my SDRs more efficiently.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage 13 SDRs so the AI coaching helps me work with them to improve their calls - it's really tough for me to listen to every single call and identify a theme in terms of what they need to improve on without this capability.. I also LOVE the sales floor especially on WFH days - it's helps the SDRs stay more connected.

 ### 11. Turns Cold Calling From a Grind Into Real Pipeline

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dakota H. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

What I like best about Nooks is how it turns cold calling from a grind into something that feels strategic and efficient. The UI is clean and sales focused, with one call card front and center so I can stay in selling mode instead of tabbing around. It integrates smoothly with our CRM and SEP, so tasks and notes sync automatically without extra work. Performance is solid, with fast parallel dialing and very few dropped calls. The AI research, script suggestions, and auto‑summarized notes save me hours each week and improve my talk tracks over time. Support and onboarding were straightforward, with clear docs and quick help when needed. For the ROI, the lift in live connects and cleaner data easily justifies the pricing for a high‑volume outbound team.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The pricing is on the higher side compared with simpler dialers.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks turned our phone into a reliable pipeline engine. Reps stay in flow longer, managers can coach in real time, and our team consistently books more high-quality meetings with less effort.

 ### 12. Effortless Dialing with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darryl D. | Sales Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for outbound dialing prospects integrated with HubSpot. I love the ease of dialing, as it allows us to power dial by choosing levels from 1 to 5. What I like about Nooks is that my team and I can communicate under one bubble or room, and I can lock myself in a bubble when I need to focus on delivering output. Integrating HubSpot and Google Calendar is also easy, with everything just one click away. The initial setup of Nooks was super easy, and I would recommend it to a friend or colleague with a solid 10.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Just timely update on software upgrade. Sometimes, Nooks surprise us. For any updates or upgrade. Nooks can simply send us a blast email, to anticipate downtime and eliminate unpleasant surprises.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for easy dialing by choosing power dial levels. It integrates Hubspot and Google Calendar seamlessly. I like that it allows us to communicate in one room or focus in a bubble.

 ### 13. Powerful Call Management, But Setup Is Challenging

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandhya V. | Onboarding Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the filters on notes that help me understand who I'm gonna call today, especially for people who haven't picked up the phone in seven or thirty days. This feature is my favorite because it instantly populates my list with more calls and helps me boost my outcomes. I also love the Salesforce integration, which allows me to pull lists off Salesforce into Nooks, giving me a ton of people to call and action. That's really good. Another feature I appreciate is the parallel dialing feature, which has significantly saved me time.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think the way Nooks handles my calls is not really working for me. I use Gong as my outreach tool and syncing data between Gong and Nooks can be frustrating. Nooks filters out and shows only the warmer calls, while cold ones go in a separate list, which makes it difficult to track how many calls I initially had from Gong compared to what I have left in Nooks. Manually reconciling this data is tedious and time-consuming. The initial setup was also hard due to transitioning from making calls one by one on Zoom Phone to the fast pace of parallel dialing on Nooks, which felt overwhelming at first.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for managing team communications and making calls to prospects. The filters save me time by organizing call lists, while Salesforce integration boosts efficiency. Parallel dialing enhances productivity by allowing more calls in less time, though manual data reconciliation with Gong is a downside.

 ### 14. Smooth Dialer for Productive Sales Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

What I like best about Nooks is how easy it makes it for reps to connect, collaborate, and stay productive throughout the calling workflow. The platform is intuitive, the dialer experience is smooth, and the live coaching/collaboration features help the team work together more effectively. It saves time, improves visibility into activity, and makes outbound calling feel much more organized and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There isn’t much I strongly dislike about Nooks, but one area that could be improved is occasional performance or loading speed when switching between calls, tabs, or workflows. Some parts of the interface can also feel a little busy at first, especially for new users. Overall it works well, but continued improvements to speed, reliability, and simplifying the UI would make the experience even better.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps solve the challenge of keeping outbound calling organized, efficient, and collaborative. Before using it, it could be harder to manage call blocks, track activity, and get real-time support from the team. With Nooks, reps can make calls more consistently, collaborate live, and stay focused in one workflow. It saves time, improves productivity, and gives better visibility into what is working during outbound efforts.

 ### 15. Efficient Daily Dials with Sleek UI, Minor Connectivity Issues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ash R. | Corporate Account Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the UI, and also I like the ability to power dial multiple people at once. I just know where to look, and being able to find things quickly saves me time. I can finish up my daily activity in not a couple of minutes, but, like, an hour or so.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There was this one time where I was in the middle of a call with the VP, and I was power dialing multiple people at once. The second person had a call screening, and because of it, the call connected with him after he picked up at the last second, which disconnected the call I had with the VP. When I tried to call the VP back, he didn't pick up again. That was the only bad part I had with Nooks, and it was pretty annoying.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for outbounding and daily dials. The UI and power dialing save me time, allowing me to finish tasks in about an hour.

 ### 16. Nooks Makes Reaching More Prospects Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan G. | Senior Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Nooks makes it very easy to reach, or at least attempt to reach, significantly more people throughout the day. They also have a great way to clean up bad data when that’s an issue I’m running into. I especially like being able to quickly have my call-from number adapt and match the prospect’s number, which results in more pick-ups.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

If I am dialing a one off number thats not in my CRM, have a good convo, I can't log it and the conversation gets lost.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves is the number of conversations I am having through out the day. Im getting more connects, more conversations, and its resulting in more meetings booked.

 ### 17. Efficient for Sales Calls, Needs Stability Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Quentin O. | Business Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the organization of Nooks and the note-taking features. I also appreciate the filtering options and the customizability of the UI. These features help me not feel so overwhelmed by the number of prospects I have to call and ensure that when I call, it's the right time, making the process more effective. Additionally, once I learned about the power dialing, Nooks became a lot easier to use. It was pretty straightforward to set up, and getting the integration going was quick.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I feel like a lot of the prospects that I have on SalesLoft that I transfer over to Nooks don't appear in Nooks all the time. Also, when Nooks is laggy, due to Wi-Fi or low connection, the service gets really bad.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to make calls more effectively, filter by time zone, take notes, and have better conversations with prospects. It helps me not feel overwhelmed by prospects and ensures I call them at the right time.

 ### 18. Boosts Efficiency with Auto and Parallel Dialing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshit S. | Senior Healthcare Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for calling, and I’m genuinely impressed by features like auto dialing and parallel dialing, which help me connect with prospects quickly. The AI summary feature is also very helpful for keeping track of conversations. I also find that auto disposition saves me time on manual updates, which improves my overall efficiency. On top of that, the initial setup was straightforward and easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The dial time shown in the reporting doesn’t seem to be calibrated properly. I’m spending more time on calls, but the reports consistently show less time than I actually spent.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks has boosted my efficiency with auto and parallel dialing, so I can connect with prospects quickly. The auto-disposition feature saves me time on manual updates, and the AI summary is genuinely helpful and easy to rely on after calls.

 ### 19. Powerful, Intuitive Dialer with Deep Integrations and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jimmy G. | Enterprise & Mid-Market Sales Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Nooks has been an extremely powerful tool for our SDR team. The UI is very intuitive for setting up your call lists. There are deep integrations with our CRM and SEP. The performance and uptime is much better compared to other dialing tools that we've used in the past. Pricing compared to the market seems more than reasonable. The Nooks support team has been extremely responsive when there are questions posed by our team. And The AI tooling enhancements have made it a lot more efficient to surface specific calls/objections that should be reviewed.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I can't really highlight anything that I dislike.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that Nooks is solving is the amount of time it takes to dial through our ICP.

 ### 20. Feature-Rich Outbound Calling with Easy-to-Manage Call Tasks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Nooks has a variety of features to elevate the outbound experience for BDRs. The call tasks are easy to see, group and execute upon, and you can adjust for volume or more meticulous dialing.
It uses call intelligence to pull up information from previous calls so you have what you need at hand for a strong conversation, as well as giving you a score on sentiment and performance after as well.
Getting set-up on the system was simple, there was no delay, and it integrates with Gong very well.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There are times when a call task is not advanced after an action is taken and you do need to refresh the page for it to update.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outbound calling products can be clunky and have account/prospect info scattered around in different places. Using Nooks is very simple, smooth and it collates relevant information which is then visible for when you begin calling. Essentially, it helps with efficiency and to focus on calls without distraction

 ### 21. Essential for Remote Sales Teams with Rapid Dialing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hyper A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like Nooks for the speed of the parallel dialer, which is the best part. It saves time by getting reps actively talking to prospects within minutes instead of wasting time on ringing tones or repetitive voicemails. The virtual sales floor is also great as it helps fix the isolation of remote work by bringing back team culture and keeping the team motivated.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The biggest thing that could be improved is the initial onboarding and CRM integration process. Setting it up to sync perfectly with our specific workflows and custom fields took a bit more time and back and forth than we expected, which slowed down our rollout a little. Also, while the AI answering machine detection is generally great and saves a massive amount of time, it occasionally has a slight lag when routing a live connection to a rep, or it misidentifies a quirky corporate voicemail as a human.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks primarily for outbound calling, keeping our remote sales team connected. It solves remote team isolation and improves CRM data hygiene. The parallel dialer saves time for reps, and the virtual sales floor enhances team culture and motivation.

 ### 22. Best Product in Class

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The ability to multi-dial prospects and place those calls using a variety of different filters is really helpful. It lets me increase my overall number of dials and make them in a clear order based on my prioritization.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The biggest thing I dislike is that the notes logged within Nooks aren’t respected or carried over into our CRM. I’m not sure whether an integration is possible, but as it stands, it ends up splitting our notes across different mediums.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks is solving the problem of spending too much time calling prospects. It speeds up the process with parallel dialing, auto voicemails, calling number generation, and number rotation. I make anywhere from 150–250 calls a day, and I don’t think those numbers would be possible without Nooks.

Nooks is also helping solve the problem of finding phone numbers to call. The Nooks numbers have resulted in multiple meetings that I do not know if we would have ever found those number elsewhere.

 ### 23. Boosted Connection Rates and Enhanced Analytics

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Varsha A. | Senior Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like Nooks because it gives me a better connect rate compared to other dialers I've used in the past. I also appreciate that it provides me with detailed notes of my conversations with prospects, which really helps. The ability to auto-create tasks right from the call and have them directly added to my calendar is great for keeping my follow-ups and later reach-outs on track. Additionally, the analytics section is really helpful in giving me a clear idea of what's working with my pitch, which keywords prospects are responding to better, and what leads my conversations into meetings, so I can learn from that and incorporate it into future conversations. The initial setup was pretty easy as well, and the team was very helpful in explaining the tool and showing us the best practices to make the most out of our subscription.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The manual editing is a bit of a hassle. It would be great if I could add numbers or referrals directly into Nooks. Also, there's a slight delay between Apollo, my lead provider, and Nooks. A smoother integration would improve my experience.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for better connect rates, detailed call notes, automated task creation, calendar integration, and analytics. It helps optimize my call strategies by analyzing prospect reactions and improves tracking follow-ups.

 ### 24. Boosts Call Efficiency with Smart AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for outbound calls, and I find the parallel dialing feature really impressive as it helps me get through more conversations in less time. I also like the AI features that summarize my calls and record important information. They save a lot of time before and after calls. The automatic call summarization allows me to quickly review conversations without needing to relisten to recordings or manually type detailed notes into the CRM, making the workflow smoother. Additionally, the initial setup of Nooks was super easy, aided by a video created by my boss for our specific needs.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes it glitches out, and I have to refresh the page. Not sure if this is server related.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Parallel dialing in Nooks helps me get through more conversations in less time. The AI features save time by summarizing calls and recording important information, making the workflow smoother by allowing me to focus on conversations rather than documentation.

 ### 25. Fantastic Reporting Features, Challenging Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nishant G. | Sales Support Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like Nooks for its advanced reporting features and customizable settings. It's great that I can get reporting statistics for each user, team, and organization as a whole. The ability to dig deeper into different types of dispositions and understand which personas and verticals are performing well is quite beneficial. It also helps to identify wrong numbers, call drops, and other aspects, improving our outbound calling efficiency. Customizing CRM settings helps me fill in stagnant CRM values for certain calls, which is really important for our reports and dashboards within the CRM. The capability to sync data in a customized way to our CRM is something I find very useful.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I find Nooks credits a bit expensive, which can be a turn-off for teams. The setup process is also quite tedious, involving many elements like battle cards, scorecards, personas, and more. It's not straightforward and took us about one to two weeks to fully set it up.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for outbound calling, which helps our BDR reach out to prospects effectively. Its advanced reporting features and customizable settings enhance our data analysis, improving our call strategies and CRM integration for better reporting and dashboards.

 ### 26. Efficient Outreach at Scale with Room for Refinement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cyrus M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I think the UI is pretty good overall, although it takes some getting used to. What I like most is the rate at which I'm able to do my job with Nooks. The platform enables me to work quicker, smarter, and faster, which I'm a fan of. I like the ability to organize my calls by account, bringing some method to the madness. Being able to see the time zone of my prospects is a huge benefit for me. The scale and efficiency provided by Nooks are very positive aspects.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

One thing that has happened to me a couple of times now is whenever I call a prospect, and I may mark them as, you know, can't talk, I'll set a date for me to reach out to them later. But they still pop up in my task list before that date. Maybe it's because they have multiple numbers, and that action isn't applying to every number, which is frustrating. I think there's a gap Nooks can fill by being able to filter by title. It'd be great if I could break up my day by calling higher level people at different times of day. I also don't like that I can't leave the dialer to go to a different toggle while calling people. I need to wait for the calls to stop before I can toggle. I can't clear my callbacks as well. I wish that I could send emails out of Nooks so I don't need to use another software.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps me solve the problem of not reaching prospects fast enough at scale. It lets me call large quantities of people without my number going to spam, increasing my outreach efficiency.

 ### 27. A Game-Changer for Outbound Prospecting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsey B. | Head of Business Development

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

My BDR team uses Nooks for cold calling, outbound prospecting, and following up with prospects. I really appreciate that when we're prospecting, there's no huge delay with prospects on the other end. The parallel dialer is fantastic because it allows us to call many more people at the same time, which helps us kick up the volume and activity of the BDR and SDRs on my team. In addition, I love how it lets us make more meetings, enhance our pipeline, and be more strategic with targeting prospects. The new reporting features are honestly phenomenal and have been a game-changer from what we were using before. Setting up Nooks was so easy and flawless, I can't recommend it enough.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Nothing - I love all of it.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team uses Nooks for cold calling and outbound prospecting. It minimizes delay with prospects and enables a clean follow-up. It allows parallel dialing and boosts call volume, enhancing meeting setup, pipeline, and strategic targeting.

 ### 28. Optimized Prospect Outreach with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophie G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like how Nooks helps me find emails and phone numbers, which is super useful for calling prospects. It also pulls up data on why I should be calling them, making the calls more relevant. The data comes from my company's database, which I find really helpful. Nooks is organized and clear, allowing me to get new people on it every single day. My favorite thing is having an organized list of people to call and do outreach to daily. It lines them up in parallel or power dialing, making it easy to get through my contacts. The initial setup was really easy, although it took me a second to learn the tech stack.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think sometimes the call tasks aren't very organized. Like, sometimes they don't always load into my Nooks properly. Like, I'll make a call task, and then it's not showing up. So sometimes I do wish that the capacity of my call my tasks didn't get as unorganized. I think it happens when I have over a thousand tasks, there seems to be an issue of them uploading correctly.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to connect with prospects by finding emails and phone numbers. It organizes outreach lists from my company's database and offers parallel dialing. Nooks makes calling efficient, helping me solve daily tasks related to deal closure.

 ### 29. Nooks Supercharged My Prospecting with a Fast Dialer and World-Class Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Cuts down on all my manual time sequencing prospect and making sure all data is up to date and correct. Additionally, features such a pickup likelyhood and the various measures to sort prospect make handling sequences or running specific plays easy. The dialer is easy to navigate, and is very responsive. Nook's support team is world class and always available to help - and the Outreach integration that was made available to us works perfectly. The multiple dialer calling methods have increased my call velocity and allowed me to hit more prospects than ever, and book more call based meetings..

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Unfortunately, Nooks is a pricey product. Features such as enrichment are an additional cost that some orgs like mine are not willing to pay for. Occasionally, I experience technical bugs with prospects who are unable to hear me, or tasks not loading, but these are normally resolved quickly by refreshing or contacting our Nooks support rep.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cold calling is a manual, data entry heavy task, and with connect rates plummeting, it's important to be able to connect and speak with as many prospects as possible. Instead of manually calling out of Outreach or a spreadsheet, Nooks allows me to call multiple people at a time, or call one after the other without having to hang up and dial each time.

 ### 30. Revolutionized Our Sales Outreach with Constant Innovation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love the ease of use of Nooks and appreciate that the platform is consistently and constantly updating its resources and features, with new aspects of the tool appearing every month. The platform has revolutionized our sales process, making it possible to reach out to many more prospects than before, and the AI sequencer has significantly streamlined our prospecting process, saving us a lot of time. Additionally, the coaching lab feature provides my team with valuable insights and direct coaching points, which help us improve where we may struggle in outreach. The customer support team is very responsive and helps us quickly whenever we have issues. The initial setup of Nooks was very easy and fast, with excellent support from their team.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

At times, the dialer can have issues, which might be due to internet connection, but most of the time, it works well.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Nooks has revolutionized our sales process, enabling outreach to more prospects and saving time. The AI sequencer enhances prospecting, and regular updates bring valuable tools like the coaching lab, which improves our performance with direct insights.

 ### 31. Seamless Integrations and Easy-to-Use AI That Speeds Up Campaign Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The integrations are seamless - easy to connect to Salesforce and other sales support platforms (like databases and social media). The account intelligence and AI tools are easy to use and make setting up campaigns quick and easy. Onboarding was efficient and the team spent a lot of time understanding our business needs and how we understand and work with our data. We also experienced some cost savings with the change from our previous SEP.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Their support processes could use some finessing - I feel like communications are sometimes sporadic and unclear. This also could be growing pains as they launch new products (we were early adopters). I wish there was an ability to have Nooks custom fields that didn't have to map back to the CRM (things we may use for unique campaigns, but don't really need to be maintained long term).

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outbound engagement for our business development and sales teams. They utilize the power dialer and the sequencing tools to initiate new contact, nurture prospects, and engage open opportunities. The ability to segment and personalize messaging for different types of prospects makes it easy to scale engagement across verticals and lifecycle stages.

 ### 32. Seamless Integrations and Innovative Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arthur A. | FinOps Community Manager , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

This is one of the tools that you really enjoy using. Everything works smoothly and is very easy to understand. Seamless integration with your stack combined with innovative features delivers great experience so far.

Also as a bonus you're able to listen to your playlist while waiting for the person to answer. So, now instead of waiting anxiously for the prospect to reply, you're just listening to your favorite song, absolute 10/10

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Nothing yet, Have been using for a couple of months so far, no issues. Integrations work great, tool works fast.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does its job. If you’re looking for a tool for cold calling, I can definitely recommend this. It’s also great that you can listen to your team members’ calls, which creates plenty of room for sharing experience and learning from each other.

 ### 33. Power Dialer + HubSpot Integration: 10x More Daily Dials

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chase C. | Senior Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Hubspot integration to call lists I've already made or others have made

Parralel dialer is huge when I really NEED to make a connect

Company info displayed clearly

Power dialer is the name of the game for me. I've easily 10x'ed my daily dials

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Filters seem extremely limited. If I want to filter out people that I've connected with within the last x amount of days, I can't seem to do so. Whenever make any changes to the filter it seems to filter out massive portions of my list, even though it shouldn't be.

Parallel dialer delay after pickup.

Delay in updating metrics

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

time taken to get my dials in

 ### 34. Boosts Connection Rates and Remote Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debby J. | Client Success Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like that Nooks is very customizable. It allows me to call multiple numbers at the same time, increasing my connection rate opportunities. The auto dialing feature is also great because it ensures that I don't forget to continue dialing, even if I get distracted, which helps me remain productive. I also enjoy being able to listen to music while I'm dialing. Moreover, Nooks offers the opportunity to collaborate on the sales floor, which is a great option for individuals working remotely and who don't have access to colleagues in the workplace. The initial setup was very easy for me and my team.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There's a little bit of a lag when it comes to loading tasks into the dialer. If you have a lot of tasks over 1,000, sometimes it makes you manually load them, or you have to go to individual sequences to be able to see the tasks.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to call multiple numbers simultaneously, increasing my connection rate opportunities. It also has auto dialing, so if I get distracted, I stay on track and productive.

 ### 35. Power Dialer That Boosts Call Volume and Fast Pickups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdullah S. | Marketing Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The power dialer is a great tool because on a sales side the ability to call as many people and get a fast pick up is the name of the game!

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think the UI is a little choppy. The domain isn't the most pleasing to the eye because there is a lot happening. I think the performance at times can be a little slow which can cause a mishap on the pick up side.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think the overall integration with Sales Force is a great way to benefit the business. Seeing that you can access a CRM quickly through the integration is great. The AI also offers great insight while your calling to offer a quick refresher.

 ### 36. Efficient Prospect Management with Stellar Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan O. | Venture Capital Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like Nooks because it lets me talk to as many people as possible, which is great for organizing things holistically. The parallel dialer feature is awesome because I can reach multiple people at the same time, increasing the chances of connecting with more folks. I also appreciate the anti-spam features for phone numbers, which help my calls not be mistaken as spam. Additionally, I like the call drivers that capture all the conversation details. The setup was easy, and my team onboarded very quickly during the trial.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The challenge is the conversation getting hung up on because people think I'm spam. I would like the parallel dialer integrated with HubSpot.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to manage my prospects efficiently. The parallel dialer helps me contact multiple people at once, increasing connection chances. The anti-spam feature ensures calls aren't mistaken for spam, leading to more meaningful conversations.

 ### 37. Effortless Multi-Dialing with Handy Call Summaries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Dialing capabilities at the same time. Of course, the quick summaries of the calls as well.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

While multiple calls are being dialled at the same time, let’s say 4 at once, if one call gets picked up, the other three calls sometimes go again at the end, I guess. Then, when you finish all the calls, it asks you to dial again for the cancelled calls. Instead, those lines should keep going on in the background after the first one is finished, so it doesn’t prompt to dial the cancelled calls again. This happens sometimes.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving a lot of time on the dialing part, and it helps with note-taking as well. The analytics are good too. I haven’t explored all the features yet, but the dialing capability is really strong. A full day of calling with little to no responses can probably be completed in about an hour when dialing big numbers.

 ### 38. SDR

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really appreciate that Nooks provides a good power dialer and parallel dialer integrated with HubSpot, our CRM. It makes it easy to call from various lists and sequences, allowing us to efficiently do outreach for both inbound and outbound prospects. One of my favorite features is the sales floor, which is a great way to work with remote colleagues and listen in on other people's calls. This feature is great for connecting a dispersed team and helps us provide feedback to team members who are onboarding.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

No major complaints, support helps us resolve outstanding issues.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks as a power and parallel dialer integrated with HubSpot to easily call a variety of prospects, simplifying both inbound and outbound outreach. Nooks' analytics helps us find the best call times, and its coaching refines our sales approach. The sales floor connects remote colleagues and aids onboarding.

 ### 39. Effortless Call Management with Nooks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zayne R. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how easy and quick Nooks is to use. The ease of tagging everything has been seamless for me, and I just love the parallel dialing feature. It gets through calls incredibly fast. The initial setup was also very easy, which made getting started a breeze. Nooks has helped me increase the number of calls I can make, going from about 40 calls in an hour to almost 100, which lets me get more touches in outreach. I appreciate that it reduces my workload because I'm not spending so much time manually inputting the calls and logging them.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I would say maybe the ease of when tone answers, having that slight delay is the biggest concern and then just the ease of navigating the page of the prospect. So that could be able to find reasons for outreach a little easier. Not so great.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to dramatically increase my call volume, from 40 to nearly 100 calls per hour. It reduces the workload by minimizing time spent manually inputting and logging calls, enhancing my outreach efficiency.

 ### 40. Efficient Calling Solution with Great Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henri H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks to call more than one person at a time, which is really helpful. Each call has a transcript, and I find it great that I can copy and paste it into an AI. The parallel dialer and the lobby are awesome features. It's nice to be able to 'hang out' with my colleagues while dialing. The lobby boosts morale, and I love being able to listen to each other's calls live. The initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The call transcripts, I wish there was a small 'copy' button right next to it.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to call multiple people at once and record all calls with transcripts. It's great for boosting team morale and listening to live calls in the team lobby. The transcript feature lets me easily copy and paste into an AI tool for convenience.

 ### 41. Empowers Cold Calls with Ease, Needs Dialer Tweaks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for cold calling prospects, and I love being able to call on various different numbers and having the power dialer. I really appreciate the ability to go to a prospect's Outreach profile while I'm on a call—it's great, I love it. It's just easy to click and see prior notes and such, making the process smooth and efficient. The initial setup of Nooks was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

When using the special dialer or trying to match the number, it doesn't change and ends up calling from the same number a lot. It would be better if it didn't call from the same number each time.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for cold calling, and it solves the problem of needing multiple numbers with its power dialer. It's great to easily click and see prior notes on Outreach while on a call.

 ### 42. Boosts Sales Efficiency with Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like Nooks for its ease of use. When I have a prospect, I can have my SalesLoft, the career website, and the person's LinkedIn all ready to go. It's very easy for me to get a quick point of view on every call and make it much more personalized. This allows me to do half the work in getting twice the results. I also appreciate how it solves the ability to make a lot of dials quickly, helps me enrich numbers, and get those really hard-to-reach and personalized numbers. The AI capabilities are great as they allow me to work with my manager to analyze my calls and figure out areas I can improve. The transition from our previous dialer to Nooks was phenomenal, and it was pretty easy for our team to get comfortable with it.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think what could be a lot more detailed is really coming into sometimes too when you put not interested still in the SalesLoft cadence. It would be really good if they could just manually really work on having for a sentiment removing that part of the cadences.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks lets me make many dials quickly, enriches hard-to-reach numbers, and personalizes calls. Its AI helps me analyze calls with my manager to improve. It's easy to use, integrates my tools, and makes each call personalized, doubling results with less effort.

 ### 43. Streamlined Lead Enrichment, Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really appreciate Nooks for enriching leads and the ability to call prospects through QuickBooks Online integration. The parallel dialer is a standout feature for our team, allowing us to call multiple people with up-to-date data and secure about 70-100 QBO accounts a day for our SDRs. I like how Nooks enriches wrong numbers from the start and provides signals that help increase the likelihood of a prospect being a QBO user, which is crucial because having a wrong number listed stops us dead in our tracks. The setup process was straightforward and the enablement team was very helpful, explaining every feature clearly, especially Smart Presence, which helped boost our connect rate by 5x. By far, it was the easiest walkthrough I've experienced.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I'd love to be able to select multiple filters first before applying them all, kind of like Orum. The waiting time is often too long when we have to apply multiple filters.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks enriches leads and helps confirm QuickBooks Online users before we engage further. The parallel dialer enhances efficiency by reaching multiple prospects faster, securing 70-100 QBO accounts daily, and addressing wrong numbers that could halt our progress.

 ### 44. Enhances Prospecting with Multi-Channel Dialing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin A. | GTM, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the recorded feature of Nooks, which makes it easy for me to come back and review calls, especially for meetings I've booked. I also enjoy the transcripts feature, allowing me to have a written record of my calls. Another thing I appreciate is the Nooks rooms that let me be with my peers and coworkers as if we're all together. Additionally, getting started with Nooks was easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Honestly, I think maybe the music beta feature can be very slow sometimes, like if I want music to be playing while I'm making dials. Another aspect is when the phone number changes automatically after I make 60 dials. I kinda don't want that to be done by Nooks; I want that to be able to be done by me, so it doesn't just choose a random area code.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps me with multichannel and parallel dialing, speeding up my prospecting calls. The call recording feature lets me review booked meetings easily.

 ### 45. Elevated Cold Calling with AI Precision

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David O. | Retail Store Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I appreciate how Nooks has improved our connection rate significantly from about 13% to closer to 20%. It's really helpful on the enrichment side. I love the practice center and the AI reporting which is great for me and my manager to find out where to improve. The power and parallel dialer helps to get the numbers up a lot, and it takes the overthinking out of it. The AI transcription helps me understand the calls better without spending too much time, and it helps me pull key info from the calls. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and seamless. What I really like is how Nooks sits on top of Salesloft and does a better job for the calling side while integrating well.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There are some bugs sometimes. Sometimes calls aren't logged properly or the system goes down unexpectedly. Sometimes after the call the AI gives the wrong outcome and can remove people from cadence that shouldn't be. I've had days where calls aren't logged onto Salesloft when using the parallel dialer, which hurt my numbers for the day. There have been 2-3 days where the system goes down and can't make calls during a cold calling block, which throws us off. The AI accuracy could just give you options for the outcome and be less rigid.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to boost connection rates from 13% to 20% for cold calls. It simplifies our interface issues, enhances fluidity, and with AI transcription, I quickly grasp calls' key info. Its power/parallel dialer improves call numbers, and AI reporting highlights areas needing improvement.

 ### 46. Boosts Sales Efficiency, Great Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rashmi M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like that Nooks helps keep all my calls organized and sorts them by time zone with business hours, so I don't need to look at what time zones prospects are in; Nooks handles that. This makes it convenient for queuing up my calls. The feature I love the most is the ability to collaborate with my team on the sales floor. Being able to drop in on other calls and listen helps me learn, adapt, and improve my calls. It also allows for building team relationships with other reps, creating a cohesive environment even when we are spread out globally. This collaboration feature is by far the best aspect of Nooks and is a big reason why I like it so much.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes with the dialer, I don't understand how it queues up, and so I end up dialing one at a time because it's confusing the other way. The autodialer, I can't tell where it's at. The pop-up is a little visually crowded and looks kind of old. I end up ignoring most of it. Also, where to go to listen to old calls or the scripts of old calls requires a lot of clicks, and it would be better if that was more easily accessible.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks keeps my calls organized, sorting them by time zones, so I don't have to. It queues up my calls for prospects, and I love collaborating on the sales floor, listening to team calls, learning, and adapting, making remote work feel cohesive and connected.

 ### 47. Modern outbound calling with powerful live coaching and real-time insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiwari S. | Systems Integration Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

What I like most about Nooks is how it modernizes outbound calling by combining a dialer with real-time coaching and collaboration tools. It helps sales teams connect with prospects more efficiently while also giving clear visibility into conversations, performance, and areas for improvement. The live coaching features and call insights are especially valuable because they support both productivity and skill development, keeping the focus on consistent improvement rather than just increasing call volume.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

What I don’t like about Nooks is that it can take a bit of time for new users to get comfortable with the workflow, especially if they’re used to more traditional dialers. Some features and settings aren’t immediately intuitive, which can make onboarding feel slower at first. The pricing can also feel high for smaller teams. And while the platform is powerful overall, having more flexibility around customisations and reporting would make it even more useful for different sales processes and team structures.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks tackles the challenges sales teams face when trying to scale outreach—mainly inefficient outbound calling and limited real-time coaching. Instead of focusing on call volume alone like traditional dialers, it brings calling, collaboration, and performance insights into one platform. That makes it easier to manage conversations while also improving quality. For me, it leads to higher productivity and clearer ways to refine messaging and call strategies through live coaching and analytics. Overall, it adds structure and visibility to outreach, helping teams have better conversations, stay aligned, and deliver more consistent results over time.

 ### 48. Efficient Calling Solution with Room for Improvement

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks to make calls at work, and I really like that it makes calling faster. It's great that you don't have to hear the ring and can call multiple people at once. Nooks also kinda navigates dial trees for me, and it's easier to access.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think when I marked finished, sometimes it doesn't always mark the prospect as finished. I find myself calling the same prospects a lot. And I have to mark a prospect as a bad number a lot. Sometimes I'll get hit with a hello, without expecting it. There's no ring, so it kinda just happens and can be a little startling.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to make calls faster, without hearing the ring, and call multiple people at once. It navigates dial trees and makes accessing calls easier, which helps increase efficiency and call numbers.

 ### 49. Efficient Dialer with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like the easy-to-use interface of Nooks. The parallel dialing feature is also great because it allows me to see all the information about the prospect at a glance without having to switch tabs. This makes it efficient to manage calls and information simultaneously.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think at times, the user interface does get cluttered, and there are instances where there's no cross connection between a teammate's system. Although there's no pickup, I do get a sound of someone speaking, and there's a kind of lag. Sometimes, when the prospect picks up the call, it does not notify me at the right time, leading to awkward silence.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to dial multiple prospects simultaneously, covering more ground than a single dialer. It saves time with power dialing, eliminating the need to log each call individually and adding dispositions efficiently.

 ### 50. Nooks slashes cold calling time and boosts conversations. 100% recommend.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

It's super fast, and it helps me get a ton of calls in with a decent number of conversations (at bats) per day. This is a huge time saver. Any cold caller ought to have Nooks as part of the stack.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

1/ I wish there was a multi-screen version during parallel dialing, so we can get more insight from each contact during those sessions. Let me explain. When power dialing, each contact opens up a dashboard where I can see various widgets, including a snapshot of their LinkedIn profile. However, you lose this feature during parallel dialing. It would be helpful to have a parallel dialing interface that gives you a dashboard for each contact, so you're better prepped for the call. This would likely work best for multi-screen setups, but it'd be a 1% boost in how relevant my convo could be.

2/ The AI note taker sometimes gets too generalized with longer detailed cold calls. I've had 10-20 minute calls where key details were missing, because the AI note taker was trying to consolidate details into high level notes. Having more specific key details can be beneficial in follow up calls to the same prospect, or to calls within the same organization.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cold calling loses steam when you're worried about capturing all the important information in notes or when you have to queue up the next contact or manually dial that call. It leaves room for SDR's/BDR's to get distracted. That results in less calls made and less conversations had, and ultimately, less meetings booked. Nooks keeps my focus on cold calling by slashing the time I spend on the admin/minutia.

I love the virtual workspace. Recently, I had a senior person coach me on my calls, which was a massive help. Without the virtual workspace, I'd have to wait for our End of Day connect to listen to call recordings together before I get feedback.
