You can get right into it from the start without much of a learning curve. **What do you dislike about noCRM.io?** There really isn't anything I dislike about it. **Recommendations to others considering noCRM.io:** Totally worth it. I tried many others and this was so simple and so flexible. It really is the way to go if you are looking for a simple CRM with robust features. It took less than a day to implement and they have webinars all the time to walk you through it. The integration to other apps works great. I didn't need a full crm. I have one. I just wanted simple reminders and status updates. This is perfect for it. It's a great way to keep notes, set reminders and know where you are with your lead. It also helps you organize your workload. **What do you dislike about noCRM.io?** Only thing I dislike is I'm unable to edit the calandar appts from within outlook. I do like that I can add appts from crm and they go into outlook, but would be nice if I can edit them. **What problems is noCRM.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a lead tracking and development tracker. YDNACRM made it super easy without all the stuff I didn't need. I needed a good system for reminders and to be able to keep a good follow up list and this helped. ### 4. We all have different types of clients and I would like to have an easier way to tell them appart. **Recommendations to others considering noCRM.io:** The roadmap is pretty clear to me, they make small improvements regurlaly and talk about the big ones from time to time. **What problems is noCRM.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** My product is publicity space ### 5. This is a very good tool and very helpful for prospection. Beside, the low amount of features or step to manage a lead let you do in a really fast way. **What do you dislike about noCRM.io?** You can't identify if the action on a lead is linked with the "ToDo" or it's just an info. I mean that an "action" on a lead is the same as a "comment" so when you check for what you have to do about the leads, you have first to check all the comment to identify which is just info, or which are action todo.
