I have also used insightly before, however, it is way easier to manage leads in NoCRM due to its easy-to-use and user-friendly dashboard. I believe it is by far the most useful tool I have encountered. **What do you dislike about noCRM.io?** There is just one feature that is lacking like when you have to duplicate the leads in a different pipeline, there is no direct way to do it, you will have to download the list from one pipeline and then import it again in the new pipeline. There is no way to do it in bulk. **Recommendations to others considering noCRM.io:** We use noCRM.io for a client and have realized its benefits.
