"Easily the best timeclock solution available"

What do you like best about NoahFace?

Unlike many other timeclock solutions, Noahface is a breeze to setup. We use it with UKG Ready, and the API connection is perfect. It has all of the options we need (touchless, attestation, job allocation, temperature reader add-on, etc.), but more importantly, once it's setup, you're done. Because it's so easy to use, we don't have troubleshooting calls or constant mysterious quirks to resolve - it just works. In general, we love facial recognition as a clocking method, because the employee does not need to keep track of any physical items or remember any codes or passwords - they only need their face. What problems is NoahFace solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Noahface solution accomplishes a few things: 1) It eliminates buddy punching just as effectively as any other biometric clock available. 2) It removes the need for any physical items such as badges, which makes the employee setup quick and easy. 3) The app runs on an iPad, so no need to spend thousands on clock hardware. 4) It runs so quickly and smoothly that timeclock bottlenecks are no longer an issue. 5) There are opportunities to use the Noahface app for other purposes such as guest check-ins. "Quick, Easy & Accurate"

What do you like best about NoahFace?

NoahFace offers tons of configuration options to customize the software to fit your needs. We use NohaFace to clock in/out at our office and also resell it to our payroll/time & attendance clients - and all users have had great experiences. Their support is responsive, the technology is fast, and the software is extremely user-friendly. From the simple touch-free punching, all the way up to sentiment, QR scan, and manager group punching features, NoahFace has been a huge win for us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NoahFace?

The only issue we ran into was that one of our clients had a set of twins that needed to clock in/out and the NoahFace facial recognition could not tell them apart. But the NoahFace support team was quick to give us an alternative solution to meet our client's needs. Now both twins are able to punch in/out without being misidentified. What do you like best about NoahFace?

Seamlessly efficient is the best way to describe NoahFace. We have implemented NoahFace for many of our clients and have been using it ourselves for a while now. It is more than just a basic time clock-in solution – it offers facial recognition, temperature, and alcohol screening. What do you dislike about NoahFace?

What problems is NoahFace solving and how is that benefiting you?

The system has completely digitised time entry, visitor entry and access control. The clock-in and clock-out information can be passed straight to the client’s payroll system. This information helps estimate job profitability and costs by tracking time spent on individual jobs.

"The Scalability and Configurability of Noahface"

What do you like best about NoahFace?

The fact that it just works, its fast, the screen configurabilty is endless with options to capture from only start and finish times to capturing job costing information. Employees can be screened for Alcohol and Elevated Temperatures.The system has the ability to prompt employees to make declarations that they are fit for work, not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, wont undertake tasks that they have not been trained for, etc or answering compliance questions before starting work. The fact that the Noahface Service includes Noahface Go the mobile service and Visitor Registration options provides lots of flexibility. The Mananger APP rounds this off nicely with the ability to see ,who is on site, what time the employees started , the ability to clock employees on and off, get fatigue alerts if an employee has work in excess of a defined number of hours and carry out roll calls in the event of the site having to be evacuated really makes this solution a must have. Removing the need to use biometric finger -scans, cards or tokens and just use the person's face to identify them removes the nees for consumables. The regisrtration process is so simple and fast and that management dont need to be at a terminal to register employees. The flexibility of the screen provides lots of solutions to meet the needs of a particular requirement. Each Screen can be configured differently on either the iPad or mobile.
