Complexity in Setup and Customization: Due to its extensive features and customization options, the initial setup can be complex and time-consuming. It may require skilled IT personnel or additional support from Nixxis to configure the system according to specific business needs.

**What do you like best about Nixxis Contact Suite?**

Nixxis Contact Suite supports multiple communication channels  like voice, email, chat, SMS, social media that allows customer service agents to communicate with customers through their preferred medium. Agents can manage all interactions from a single interface, improving efficiency and reducing the need to switch between different platforms.

**What do you dislike about Nixxis Contact Suite?**

Nothing much about it for now but i am sure it will have its own challanges that will be identified on prolonged usage

**What problems is Nixxis Contact Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

getting all communication channels in one place is the biggest issue that it is solving.
