"Skeptic at First but Performance and Service Won Me Over"

What do you like best about NitroPack?

The service dramatically improved the page load times for the website in short order. The technical support team was outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NitroPack?

There needs to be a way for the end user to export or clone settings. This would help when moving to production. Support can change domains on the dashboard, but I think users should be able to do this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NitroPack solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main emphasis was to reduce web page loads for end users which makes for a much better browsing experience. This was also done without making any server changes or getting a CDN. Because of the optimization process, the Time to First Byte (TTFB), page size, and load times decreased for mobile and desktop. I'm not sure if I would use the G2 classification of "website monitoring" for this product. I did use it with Debug Bear, which I would call a "website monitor" to see changes. One nice feature is I was able to get a grasp of what the service could do using the free version first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
