"Ninjio at Scale"
5/5
What do you like best about NINJIO Security Awareness?

Ninijo takes the hassle out of creating new and engaging content for our users each month. Videos are based on current events which adds context and users can relate to those incidents. Training is regular and comes out on time each month with no effort on our part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NINJIO Security Awareness?

No option to send email reminders to managers with employee results.

Management of users and training results at the reporting page is a little clunky and dropdown boxes sometimes have a weird behaviour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NINJIO Security Awareness?

NINJIO Security Awareness provides interesting and entertaining videos that viewers remember and apply their learning. For example, I recently traveled and knew not to plug my phone directly into a USB charging station because of a NINJIO video I had seen last year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NINJIO Security Awareness?

Would love to see help videos on how to handle the administrative tasks on the backend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Best Option for Security Training Using Up To Date Threat Awareness"
5/5
What do you like best about NINJIO Security Awareness?

NINJIO's best feature is that it isn't boring or tedious to take security training. The episodes provide cinematic twists and turns to keep the attention of the viewer using real-world security incidents as training examples. The short-form videos with a quiz are far better than longer training tools that don't include video or have more to read and gloss over. The tool was really easy to deploy/integrate and provides us with the complicance we need and an experience that our users prefer 100% over the competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NINJIO Security Awareness?

NINJIO has been on the more "cutting edge" with animation and relatability. This seems to be slowly being tampered down in favor or a more corporate take on the videos. This is not a problem yet but I hope they choose to not cater to enterprises and C-Suite types where brain function has ceased due to the tie being placed so tight around the neck of the CEO/CSO. "Ninjio is a business security investment"
5/5
What do you like best about NINJIO Security Awareness?

User engagement. Staff enjoy doing the quick episodes and learn from the real-world scenarios they are created from. The feedback I get from our staff is always positive. Having slept through many a traditional IT seminar myself, I know how important engagement is.

Rollout is easy. Add user names and email addresses. Add them to the relevant user groups. Wait for the episodes to be sent to your users. You can control the episode cycle frequency easily. Then start analysing the results. See who may need some additional training or who gets the Ninja of the Month award.

The Ninjio Dojo has a leaderboard that makes it very easy to see everyone's progress. I make a bit of a competition in our staff slack channel to encourage engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NINJIO Security Awareness?

The admin interface could do with some tweaks to simplify a couple of the admin operations. Ninijio support is top-notch if you need a hand though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Tool for Easy Security Awareness"
4/5
What do you like best about NINJIO Security Awareness?

The episodes are short, fun and interesting. We use them monthly and it takes 4 minutes from beginning to end. They take real world scenario's, add a pretty well known actor/actress and make it very easy to understand the issue. The comment I receive from the teams often is, I liked that episode! The information is useful both at work and personal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NINJIO Security Awareness?

The move to the new platform has had a few bumps (data, reporting) however, that can happen with any new product roll out. The NINJIO team has been awesome in addressing and fixing whenever needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"High quality cyber security awareness"
5/5
What do you like best about NINJIO Security Awareness?

The content is high quality, relevant, digestible, and timely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NINJIO Security Awareness?

The system is not set up to just serve content by default, which is what a very small biz like mine needs. They were able to accomdate us, but there was a few hoops we had to jump through to simply have the content served to my employees without me having to be involved in making decisions. What do you like best about NINJIO Security Awareness?

It accurately reflects the security awareness trends.

Because it deals with real cases, it is more convincing than theory alone.

The animated format makes it easy to relax even when the subject matter is tough.

The course covers all the main points in a short time.

The course is enjoyable to take during breaks from work. Good frequency.

Good support from representatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NINJIO Security Awareness?

We were told the program would launch every Tuesday, but sometime it did not happen. Currently we receive the program on Wednesday. I hope Ninjio solves their technical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent content and customer service"
5/5
What do you like best about NINJIO Security Awareness?

NINJIO brings security issues to life with its real-life scenario-based learning philosophy. That, along with the bite-sized nature of each episode and the high production quality, makes people feel engaged when exploring topics of personal and organizational information security and compliance. As someone who implements NINJIO content for our organization, I'm impressed with how easy they've made the process of accessing and using the material on our own LMS. And the positive attitude and support I get from my CSM at NINJIO has been equally valuable in the partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NINJIO Security Awareness?

Not all employees will instantly get why receiving regular awareness training on information security and compliance topics is so important. Despite the fact that each episode is a very small 5-7 minute investment per person per month, we do sometimes receive pushback from individuals. I think NINJIO could perhaps provide more resources and guidance around how to communicate that "why", to maximize that engagement further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
