The videos don't require much of the user's time, while conveying importing information that users are then tested on to ensure they absorbed the teachings of the content. It was easy to integrate Ninjio with our Active Directory and the monthly episodes keep things fun. **What do you dislike about NINJIO Security Awareness?** Occationally, the episodes are somewhat repetitive, but overall there isn't much to dislike about the Ninjio platform. Often they can be tricked. With today's AI it is easier to create deepfakes. So Employee education is key. Short videos are easier to watch then long form training. It needs more documentation and better detail. Some aspects of the platform are not documented at all or are only available via a part of a larger video. The content is tagged for audit remediation efforts for role based needs as well. This product has been well received amongst our employees and rated the best cyber tool we off them as a means of protection. Our employees can access the videos at their conveince on their mobile or work device which supports their perfered learning style. Our engagement numbers have been very high considering it is not required training. **What do you dislike about NINJIO Security Awareness?** Sometimes the video has buffering issues, we are still trying to scope out if that is our VPN or part of the hosting solution. Not enough information has been gathered to determine the root cause as of yet. **What problems is NINJIO Security Awareness solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our previous training was all compiance based and averaged a few hours. We have drastically reduced that annual training into micro engagements and have kept the users interest throughout the year.
