Their art style and stories are fun, and relevant to users. This has several benefits. I never hear complaints about boring trainings. I have heard from numerous people that they love watching the videos. Whenever a new Ninjio training comes out, there is almost always chatter in Slack about the latest episode, sometimes talking about something funny that happened in the video, other times talking about the security topics themselves, and sharing ideas. Between the video training and phishing simulations, security is at the top of our employee's minds, including those in non-technical roles. **What do you dislike about NINJIO Security Awareness?** We really liked the phishing reporting tool that Ninjio once had. We have heard that they are working on a replacement, but its removal caused complications for us. We don't like that to send reminder emails, we have to send them individually per employee. Ninjio should add a button that sends all employees a list of their missed trainings, along with links. I also wish that they would add functionality that lets you tie Google Workspace so that users are automatically provisioned. **What problems is NINJIO Security Awareness solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not only does NINJIO check the box for compliance, but it ACTUALLY makes a difference in the way our employees consider security when doing their jobs. I have had several employees mention that they wish they could have their parents/grandparents/kids watch the trainings, and I always let them know that they can do it for free. They are the one traingin that I've found that staff will readily consume. I've actually gotten comments from staff that it is the training they like the most. They like that the videos are short, to the point, and very relevant for their professional and personal lives. Because each video (or "episode" as it's presented) is 3 to 4 minutes long, it is even more effective for us as we're all busy with our daily tasks so much easier to complete. Customer support and onboard support has been easy for us, and all our questions were answered. **What do you dislike about NINJIO Security Awareness?** For us, the reporting dashboard was a bit confusing as more episodes are sent out, meaning the list can become quite long if there are many employees enrolled. As long as our user list is updated, Ninjio takes care of the rest! We can set up an automated email to go out once a week to let users know what videos they haven't completed. Tech Support has always helped me try to find the cause of my issues. Setting up the Azure AD user sync so I don't have to manually add and remove users was fast and easy. **What do you dislike about NINJIO Security Awareness?** They've gone through a migration over the past several months and have not been the smoothest in my opinion. I think they are almost through it though because stuff has been working smoother again. They have a very responsive customer service division and the product provides our employees relevant and monthly cybersecurity training. This training is required by many of our customers and I appreciate the method and effort put in by Ninjo to create both inovative and educational training sessions. We signed a multi-year deal with Ninjio and I look forward to each month where I can see what current attack vector our employees should aware exists. **What do you dislike about NINJIO Security Awareness?** The only issue I've noticed with Ninjo is a lack of being able to resend a training link to our employee if they didn't receive the initial email. They provide egaging content of relevant security issues and help employee understand behind the scenes how they work in corporate and in there persona lives. Employees have also noted how the NiNJIO video explain how to change there behavior in simple ways with examples. One other thing is the specific tracks for employees for example we have PCI Compliance and having a subset of employees go through specific PCI training is super simple and tracked well. The initial implmentation was very simple and the customer support to get things up and running and smoothly operating for over 2 years has been great The overall deploymenty of NINJIO has been very successful and has helped contribute to a more secure environemtn in our organization overall. **What do you dislike about NINJIO Security Awareness?** There are couple things but most of them are more operational that actuall content based. First NINJIO is not just set and forget you have to spend some time making sure employees are activiely particpating with email reminders and follow up. Second with the move to the new content maangement system there has been some functionality that is missing for example being able to resend training to everyone who has missed a specific episode instead of sending it invididually one at a time. **What problems is NINJIO Security Awareness solving and how is that benefiting you?** Engaging regular training for employees about relevant security topics. We do inperson security training eveyr two years for our organization but beside monthly emails on security topics we did not have a good way to engage employees and keep them up to date on the ever changing landscape of security. With the importance of employees in security NINJIO fills a big hole in ensuring that engaging content that explains complex topics with helpful tips on improviing habits is regulalrly sent to employees and viewed. ### 11. We deploy these trainings through our own LMS solution using SCORM package files. Ninjio provides many different file types to allow you to leverage 3rd party training platforms. A simple interface is made available to customers that allow you to download content. And they provide many supporting resources, such as background image files, blog posts, and more to help with communications. I get many compliments on the entertaining value of the training courses, which are short and entertaining. Yes, we have users that recognize the faces/voices from the 80's. The training is great. On top of that, I have been using their email phishing tool to validate their training material. Because it deals with real cases, it is more convincing than theory alone. The animated format makes it easy to relax even when the subject matter is tough. The course covers all the main points in a short time. The course is enjoyable to take during breaks from work. Good frequency. Good support from representatives. **What do you dislike about NINJIO Security Awareness?** We were told the program would launch every Tuesday, but sometime it did not happen. Currently we receive the program on Wednesday. That, along with the bite-sized nature of each episode and the high production quality, makes people feel engaged when exploring topics of personal and organizational information security and compliance. As someone who implements NINJIO content for our organization, I'm impressed with how easy they've made the process of accessing and using the material on our own LMS. And the positive attitude and support I get from my CSM at NINJIO has been equally valuable in the partnership. **What do you dislike about NINJIO Security Awareness?** Not all employees will instantly get why receiving regular awareness training on information security and compliance topics is so important. Despite the fact that each episode is a very small 5-7 minute investment per person per month, we do sometimes receive pushback from individuals.
