It plugs into our existing stack (ticketing, backup, AV/EDR) without a ton of manual glue work, so alerts and device status flow into our helpdesk without us having to duplicate data
Patch deployment and script execution run reliably across a mixed fleet of client devices without the agent bogging machines down — something I've seen other RMMs struggle with on older hardware. Remote sessions connect quickly even over so-so client-side connections.
