"NinjaOne: Intuitive interface, central management, and strong automation"

4.5/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

What I particularly like about NinjaOne is the clear and intuitive user interface. The centralized management of all devices significantly eases daily IT operations and saves time. Particularly noteworthy are the reliable remote maintenance, the powerful automation capabilities, and the integrated patch management. This allows recurring tasks to be efficiently automated and systems to be kept secure and up-to-date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

What I like less about NinjaOne are the limited reporting functions. From my perspective, the existing reports do not offer enough options for individual customization and evaluation. For more complex requirements, there is a lack of more detailed filtering, analysis, and design options, so it is often necessary to resort to external solutions or manual rework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

NinjaOne allows us to centrally manage our entire IT infrastructure and significantly simplifies daily support. Through integrated monitoring, automated software and patch distribution, as well as remote maintenance functions, we can detect and resolve disruptions more quickly. This reduces downtime, automates recurring tasks, and enables our support team to work more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NinjaOne, the only tool you will need"

5/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

The remote login to devices, being able to detect any updates as well. Overall ninjaone sells you the product they say they will deliver. I have integrated with google workspace for SSO and it was so easy and straight forward. The ROI on the IT department is unmeasurable and the performance that NinjaOne delivers is amazing. The UI is super friendly, a new IT hire was able to navigate NinjaOne in less than a day. The AI for any security updates is a huge help to our IT team and the constant support from NinjaOne on configuration and implementation was just outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Better support for Mac I would say and Apple devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use to travel to each location and have to be onsite if anything happened, now NinjaOne has reduced resolve time and also being more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear interface and simple central device management"

4.5/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

What I like most about NinjaOne is that the interface is clear and easy to use. You can quickly find your way around and manage many devices centrally. As a trainee, I also find it helpful that it provides a good overview of the systems and makes many tasks easier to complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

What I don't like so much about NinjaOne is that some functions are a bit hard to find at first. Additionally, some settings can be a bit confusing if you haven't been using the program for long. As a trainee, you have to familiarize yourself with it first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

NinjaOne helps to centrally manage computers and servers and to identify problems more quickly. This saves time because you don't have to check each computer individually. As a trainee, this is particularly helpful because you get a better overview of the devices and can complete many tasks more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Greatest tool to make your job easier!"

5/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

We’re planning to move forward with SaaS Backups so we can back up our SharePoint and OneDrives. I’m looking forward to getting this in place. It’s still been great for remote support and for monitoring stations, and the ticketing integration has been a really helpful addition as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Some application-install automation is still a bit touchy, but it works for many .exe and .msi installer packages. A few updates also tend to fail, though they’re usually easy to fix with some hands-on access to the machines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

It automates many of our repetitive tasks that we previously had to be at the machines to perform. It also helps us keep both machines and software up to date, and it makes it simple to document issues using the built-in ticketing system, which was easy to set up and customize to our needs. "Great RMM Solution for MSP and IT Departments"

4/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

It is very simple to set up and work with. The organization and policy settings are easy to configure. I also like that it includes a lot of features, especially the automation options. It integrates nicely with other software like Gravity Zone and Sentinel One Antivirus. It also comes with a very nice image backup tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

I’m not crazy about the ticketing or documentation parts of the software. The ticketing system feels like it’s missing a lot of features, and the reporting tool isn’t that great either. Those are the main areas I’d recommend Ninja One revisit and improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

It Backup has helped us with our routine for backing up servers and capturing server images. It also helps us closely monitor updates and patch management. The add-on of Sentinel One has been a fantastic addition to our security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized control of IT assets that fits the daily operations of our IT Department"

5/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

In general, the tool covers practically all the needs of our IT department for managing the entity's assets (Ticketing, Remote Control, Monitoring, Alerts, Documentation, Scripting, etc...). It allows us to maintain adequate, centralized, and organized control, and it adapts well to what we require on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

To put a downside, I find it inconvenient that we cannot send chats unless we connect remotely to the affected asset. It also doesn't allow uploading files with 0 bytes, such as shortcuts, to the device from the browser, which is very useful for us. When a device is changed from one organization to another, we lose track of the tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes it much easier for me to do the work I need to resolve technical issues and, furthermore, it helps me to have a more accurate idea of the problem that may exist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy and powerfull to push applications, policies and scripts"

4.5/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

On top of the previous things, we are using the background mode on Ninja Connect that allows us to change some things without interrupting users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

I'm still missing a better view of pushed things ( from tasks) for mass updates, like a report of devices that worked... etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

NinjaOne is helping us streamline software installation and patch management across all endpoints, saving significant time while ensuring systems remain up to date and secure. The remote monitoring capabilities allow us to proactively address issues like low disk space or high memory usage before they affect end users. Its structured device grouping makes it easy to target the right machines, apply site-specific settings, and manage environments more efficiently.

I'm especially excited about the new AI-powered patch management features, which promise to take automation and accuracy to the next level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Endpoint Navigation That Scales Effortlessly Across Customers"

5/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

Patching, remote control and software deployment. If clients don't have a device management in place, we can use Ninja. The easy to use interface is one of they key factors, after moving from a slow product before, this really is a standout factor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

I don't dislike anything about the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

Patching has been a big win for us since we adopted the product. The remote control tool has been another major win, especially because we had a lot of remote access issues in the past with other vendors. Software deployment has also become much easier and more straightforward.

We’ve also been making good use of the documentation features, which help us onboard clients smoothly and keep new customer devices maintained as we continue supporting them.

Integrations with HaloPSA have also enabled us to smoothly monitor conditions being raised in Ninja. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Patch Management and Powerful Automation Scheduling"

4.5/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

The simplicity of patch management is a major plus for me when work with windows desktops.

I also really loved the Script, Automation, and Scheduling menus. They have allowed me to execute complex processes to install software, certificates, and configuration files all in one convenient scheduled automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

My biggest complaint about NinjaOne is the delay in updates for the Software section of an asset. Updating a piece of software will not refresh the version number listed in the Software tab.

Additionally, the background connection performance/speed leaves something to be desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease of Android MDM management. Simple to setup and easy to use without much hassle.

Convenient alerting of antivirus issues on endpoints with Sentinel One integrations help save a lot of time and manual work.

Convenient and easy patch management and testing help free up resources that can be allocated elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Endpoint Management with Excellent Automation"

5/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

The policies and scripting capabilities are especially valuable. They make it easy to standardize endpoint management and automate routine work, while the alerting helps us stay on top of issues. Remote control is straightforward, and the modern, friendly interface makes the platform easy to work in day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

The mobile app is reliable, but its functionality is more limited than the desktop experience. Expanding the range of tasks that can be completed from the app would make it more useful when working away from a computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

NinjaOne gives us a central place to manage endpoints consistently through policies, automate routine work with scripts, and respond quickly when alerts identify an issue. Its remote-control tools also make it easier to support users without being on site, which helps us manage day-to-day IT work more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
