## NinjaOne Reviews
  ### 1. NinjaOne is a single command center for monitoring and helping your clients!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chase L. | Systems Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The fact that it integrates so many functions into one interface. The abilities that I have to connect and run everything through NinjaOne make my life exponentially easier. I can look in one spot to see how all of my client machines are doing and then control them from there. It's also nice that it is branded to my company so it feels personal. The team at NinjaOne are fast to respond and they take feedback well. I see a lot of other disparate tools out there, but this is my one stop shop and I find it punches way harder than its cost.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It is secure so I find it's very occasional prompts for MFA annoying, however I completely understand the necessity.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a lot of clients all over the place. Ninja one allows me to be almost everywhere at once, with just a couple of clicks and suddenly I can help one person while being on premise at another. One nice thing is a person forgot their logon name, but when I pulled up NinjaOne it showed the last logged on user, complete with the name they used! A quick nice moment.

  ### 2. NinjaOne Brings All Our IT Under One Roof with a Smooth Onboarding Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zach T. | IT Helpdesk and Network Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne does an excellent job at pulling everything "IT" under one roof. Their UX design allows for easy management of devices and to find what you need quickly. Their ticketing system is great for companies looking to upgrade their ticketing solutions, and grow overall. The onboarding process was very smooth as well, they have excellent customer service, and they were happy to work with our non-profit pricing as well.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is a hard product to dislike. I often find myself wondering what else you could even add to NinjaOne, but they consistently do an excellent job identifying areas to improve and rolling out meaningful enhancements. That said, I’d add that their ticketing is still growing and feels like it’s continuing to mature.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re building our IT department from the ground up, and NinjaOne has become a major part of how we handle device management, ticketing, and security. Its integrations with our AV, Bitdefender, have also been a big help.

  ### 3. NinjaOne Makes Endpoint Management and Automation Effortless. A Must-Have Tool for Remote IT Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna T. | IT Cybersecurity Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What we like most about NinjaOne is how easy it makes managing endpoints and supporting users. Having everything in one place gives our team better visibility into devices, allows us to quickly troubleshoot issues, deploy updates, install agents and tools on devices, run scripts, run command lines and keep systems running smoothly.

The automation and scripting capabilities have been a big win for us. Being able to push solutions, perform maintenance tasks, and handle repetitive work without needing to touch every device saves our team a lot of time.

We also appreciate how user-friendly the platform is. Our technicians can easily find what they need, and it makes day-to-day support much more efficient. NinjaOne has helped us be more proactive instead of just reacting when something breaks.

NinjaOne helps us solve the challenge of managing multiple endpoints efficiently. It gives our team visibility into devices, simplifies patch management, allows us to automate tasks through scripting, and makes remote support much faster. Instead of spending time manually handling routine maintenance, we can proactively manage our environment and quickly respond to issues when they come up.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Honestly, we don't have any major dislikes with NinjaOne. It has been reliable, easy to use, and does exactly what we need it to do. There are always small improvements that could make any platform even better, but nothing that has impacted our experience. Overall, we’ve been very happy with NinjaOne and the value it brings to our team.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us solve the challenge of efficiently managing multiple endpoints and supporting our clients remotely. It gives our team great visibility into devices, simplifies patch management, and allows us to automate tasks through scripting, saving us a lot of time.

One of the biggest benefits is how quickly we can deploy and manage agents and install our other security and management tools across a large number of devices. Instead of manually handling routine maintenance, we can proactively manage our environment and quickly respond to issues.

The ability to run PowerShell scripts, command lines, and background tools has been a huge help for our team when troubleshooting client issues remotely. It allows us to resolve problems faster without always needing the user in front of the computer, which has saved us countless hours.

Overall, NinjaOne helps us work more efficiently, stay proactive, and provide faster support to our clients

  ### 4. All-in-One Platform with Straightforward RMM & Backup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** austin J. | CIO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Having all the tools I need in one place is awesome. I don’t have to log in to multiple dashboards just to manage my org, which makes everything a lot smoother. I especially like the RMM and Backup tools—they’re straightforward, with simple functionality and an easy setup.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The only two things I haven’t liked is the billing system and the onboarding/support. If I add or remove licenses, I have to reach out to the account manager and let them know so they can manually update the billing account. I wish this process were automated and more accurate, so I could pay for exactly what I’m using without the extra steps. On the onboarding/support side, i feel like i could never find a SME for any specific area. So i primarily rely on the Dojo which is great!

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping me efficiently manage the day-to-day tasks of a multi-site org help desk. Before Ninja, I was using Atera, which was okay, but it wasn’t as polished or as feature-rich as Ninja. We struggled with backup solutions before Ninja, and now we have all of our backups running smoothly and can deploy that solution on demand!

  ### 5. Faster Support and Centralized Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan Z. | IT Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has significantly improved the way our IT team manages and supports devices. What I like most is that it provides an all-in-one platform for MDM, remote access, inventory management, monitoring, and detailed device information. Having all these tools in a single dashboard saves time and eliminates the need to switch between multiple solutions.

One of the biggest improvements for our team has been NinjaOne Remote. Before NinjaOne, we used AnyDesk and often had to wait for users to provide a connection ID and be available to initiate a session. With NinjaOne Remote, we can quickly connect to managed devices without those delays, allowing us to respond faster to support requests and resolve issues more efficiently. This has greatly improved the user experience and increased our team's productivity.

I also appreciate the detailed device visibility that NinjaOne provides. The inventory information, hardware details, software tracking, and device health data make troubleshooting and asset management much easier. In addition, the MDM capabilities help us manage and maintain our growing fleet of devices from a centralized location.

Another area where NinjaOne stands out is customer service. Their Technical Support team is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever we need assistance. Overall, NinjaOne has helped streamline our IT operations, improve support response times, and give our team better control and visibility over our environment.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

1. Remote Access After Reboots
When providing remote support, there can be a delay of several minutes after a Windows device restarts before the NinjaOne agent service becomes available again. During this period, remote connections may fail because the service is not yet running, which can interrupt support sessions and slow troubleshooting.

2. App Updates with Apple Business Manager (ABM)
Managing Apps & Books through ABM could be improved by providing better visibility into available app updates and more flexible update controls. Currently, there is no clear way to identify outdated apps, and updates often require manually triggering a policy resync. An option to automatically deploy app updates, or choose between automatic and manual updates, would simplify iPhone app management.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before NinjaOne, we relied on AnyDesk and had to wait for users to provide an ID and accept the connection. With NinjaOne Remote, we can connect directly to managed devices, which significantly reduces response times, improves support efficiency, and provides a smoother experience for both IT staff and end users. The remote access performance has also been more reliable and consistent.

  ### 6. NINJA ONE the perfect the All-in-One IT Management Platform Worth Considering

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akhilesh T. | IT Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2023

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I’m extremely impressed with Ninja ONE’s remote management tool, Ninja RMM. It provides a seamless and efficient way to manage systems and applications from a centralized location, making IT administration much more convenient.

One of its standout features is automated patch management for both Windows and third-party applications. This ensures that systems stay up to date with the latest security patches and performance fixes, significantly improving security and reducing manual workload.

Integration with CrowdStrike Antivirus is very useful

Additionally, the automated scripts for disk cleanup and defragmentation help optimize system performance and maintain storage health. The detailed notifications and alerts keep administrators well-informed about critical events, enabling quick responses to potential issues.

Another great advantage is the ability to remotely install third-party applications, streamlining software deployment without the need for physical access to each device.

they have introduced network discovery to identify the orphans in the network which rellay a great feature.

On top of all these powerful features, Ninja ONE offers a clean, intuitive, and user-friendly admin portal, making it easy to navigate and manage all tasks efficiently.

Overall, Ninja ONE delivers a robust and comprehensive solution that enhances system management, security, and productivity—making it an excellent choice for IT professionals.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

No automated agent deployment: having to manually install Ninja agents on each endpoint is time-consuming and adds unnecessary friction during rollout. A portal-based, automated deployment option would make onboarding smoother and help ensure no devices are overlooked. but i came to know they are bringing this features in ver 14.0

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja ONE is an incredibly useful remote management tool that streamlines IT support by letting technicians connect to end-user systems remotely and fix issues without on-site visits. That saves a lot of time and resources while keeping resolution fast and efficient.

One of the biggest strengths of Ninja ONE is its seamless remote support, which makes it easy to help users quickly without needing physical access to their machines. The CrowdStrike integration is another major advantage, since it brings endpoint detection and remediation together in a single dashboard. On top of that, installing Ninja’s agent can automatically deploy CrowdStrike, which helps improve security with minimal effort. Automated patch management also removes the need for manual updates across both Windows and third-party apps, helping systems stay secure and compliant. I can also see plenty of other integrations being useful.

Vulnerability management helps identify and address critical, major, and minor vulnerabilities. Task automation saves time by taking care of routine work like disk cleanup and defragmentation, bulk software uninstalls from endpoints, scheduling GP updates, and more. It also supports software deployments and running custom scripts. Overall, the centralized control makes it easier to manage updates, installations, and security policies from one user-friendly portal.

What makes it a game-changer is that automating repetitive tasks allows IT teams to focus more on strategic initiatives instead of constant manual upkeep. The result is fewer vulnerabilities (thanks to timely patching), higher productivity (less time spent on routine fixes), and better end-user satisfaction (faster issue resolution).

Final verdict: Ninja ONE is a powerful, time-saving solution for IT teams, especially for those managing distributed systems. Its remote access, automation, and security integrations make it a strong choice for efficient IT operations. Performance-wise, it’s very fast; even though it depends on internet connectivity, it still works well even with low latency.

  ### 7. Turning Endpoint Management Into a Competitive Advantage

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Randy R. | Executive Director, Information Technology and Social Media, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2023

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne simplifies IT operations. In healthcare, we're supporting hundreds of users, including those on the road, across multiple locations, devices, and workflows. The last thing needed is another tool requiring constant attention or a team of specialists to manage it.

NinjaOne is the platform our team relies on every day, giving us visibility into our environment, helps us stay ahead of issues, automates many of the repetitive tasks that consume IT resources and allows us to manage endpoints from a single console. That means efficiency vs. jumping between systems, with more time focused on supporting clinicians, staff, and improving patient outcomes.

Technology investment should either reduce complexity, improve service, or lower risk. NinjaOne checks all three boxes. We use it for endpoint management, patching, software deployment, monitoring, remote support, reporting and ticketing. As well, expanded the ticketing capability to another internal line of business. Having those capabilities together creates efficiencies that are difficult to achieve when you're managing several separate products.

We appreciate how quickly our team was able to gain value from the platform. With NinjaOne, we saw improvements in operational efficiency almost immediately. The interface is intuitive, the automation is powerful, and the at-a-glance reporting provides a clear picture of what's happening across the environment.

From a leadership perspective, one of the biggest advantages is scalability. As our organization grows, NinjaOne grows with us. We can manage more devices and support more users without needing to continuously add staff or increase administrative overhead. That's critical in healthcare where resources are always being balanced against patient care priorities.

At the end of the day, the best technology is the technology you don't have constantly be concerned. It does its job, provides reliable information, helps our small, but mighty team be more effective and allows the organization to focus on its mission. It has become a foundational part of our technology management strategy and has helped us deliver a higher level of service across the organization within strict operating constraints.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

No platform is perfect. NinjaOne works hard to hear their customers and continue development/ release of fixes and new capabilities, aligned with a roadmap.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the majority of our compute assets being used in the field, centralizing management regardless of location has been key to our support. Staff rarely need to visit our locations for support, as we have full understanding, reporting and ability to remotely manage our fleet.

  ### 8. Centralized Endpoint Management That Boosts Efficiency and Security

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John V. | Information Technology Management Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

While i am the CEO of Storm7 Labs and support the sale of it into all of our accounts, NinjaOne was a valuable platform throughout my time at Xaloy (when i was CTO). It provided centralized endpoint management, reliable software deployment and patching, and proactive device monitoring that significantly improved our operational efficiency. The platform integrated well with our cybersecurity stack, including Arctic Wolf and CrowdStrike, giving us better visibility and faster response to security events. Its intuitive interface, automation capabilities, and consistent reliability made it an essential tool for managing and securing our endpoint environment. I would recommend NinjaOne to organizations looking for a mature and easy-to-manage endpoint management solution.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne was a valuable platform throughout my time at Xaloy. It significantly simplified software deployment, patch management, and endpoint monitoring while integrating well with our cybersecurity stack, including Arctic Wolf and CrowdStrike. The automation capabilities helped reduce repetitive administrative tasks, and the interface was intuitive for day-to-day operations. The primary areas for improvement were more advanced reporting options and occasional manual intervention required for certain third-party application patches. Overall, these were minor issues compared to the value the platform delivered, and I would recommend NinjaOne to organizations looking for a reliable, modern endpoint management solution.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne centralized endpoint management, software deployment, patching, and device monitoring into a single platform. This improved visibility across our environment, reduced manual administrative effort, strengthened our security posture, and enabled our IT team to respond to issues more quickly and consistently.

  ### 9. RMM Platform that is Reliable, Fast, and Easy-to-Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** janam@netflo.co.uk P. | IT Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is extremely easy to use and very intuitive, even for larger environments. The remote monitoring tools are fast and responsive, and the automation features save a huge amount of time. Patch management works consistently, and the dashboard gives a clear overview of all devices and alerts.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting could be more customizable, especially for clients who want specific formats or detailed breakdowns. Some advanced automation options require manual setup that could be simplified. A few integrations feel limited compared to other RMM platforms. Nothing major, but there’s room for deeper customisation.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps centralise device monitoring, patching, and remote support into a single platform. This reduces time spent jumping between different tools and increases efficiency. Automated patching makes systems more secure without manual intervention. The alerting and monitoring features help identify issues before they become major problems, reducing downtime and support workloads. Overall, it improves productivity and gives better visibility across all managed devices.

  ### 10. From Solo Admin to Growing Team: NinjaOne is the most crucial tool in my toolbox.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan R. | Senior System Administrator, Architecture & Planning, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2021

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I have been using NinjaOne for several years now, and it has consistently proven to be one of the most indispensable tools in my sysadmin toolbox.

When I first started using NinjaOne, I was a one-person IT department managing a highly distributed workforce. With users scattered to the four winds and a mix of remote laptops and random, rarely used office desktops, I honestly don't know how I would have survived without it. NinjaOne gave me the crucial ability to monitor, remote into, and verify patching on all these endpoints from a single, centralized dashboard.

Over the years, my setup has grown, and my appreciation for the platform has only deepened:

Ease of Use: For the most part, NinjaOne is highly intuitive. Most functions work exactly as you’d expect, making daily management seamless.

Team Collaboration: We recently expanded our IT department. Bringing a new IT team member onboard was incredibly easy because NinjaOne simplifies how we collaborate to support our users.

Next Steps: Because it has been so reliable for our physical endpoints, I have deployed the Ninja client to our virtual desktops (VDIs) to centralize our management even further. It is much more versatile than the Horizon View management tools.

Whether you are a solo admin trying to keep your head above water or a growing team looking for a reliable, powerful RMM, I cannot recommend NinjaOne enough. It is a trusted, daily-use tool that simply works.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

If I had to name one area where I struggle, it’s scripting and customization. NinjaOne is incredibly powerful out of the box, but I know I am only scratching the surface of what it can actually do.

The Time Investment: Adding custom scripts and advanced add-ons is intimidating. For a long time, my biggest hurdle was simply finding the time to sit down, learn the ropes, and "pay the price" in time and effort to learn it. If you are already a PowerShell guru, this tool is an absolute no-brainer. If you aren't, the learning curve can feel a bit steep. I have tried a few scripts but I haven't have good luck getting them to run correctly.

The Future with AI: I know there are automated tasks I should be running to make my life easier, and scripting is the key to unlocking that. Moving forward, I am hoping that Ninja will take advantage of AI tools to help bridge my scripting skill gap.

The Verdict: I wish the scripting and customization side of the platform were slightly more approachable for non-programmers, It appears the capability is there. If you have the time to invest in learning it—or plan to leverage AI to help write your scripts—adding that extra layer of functionality to NinjaOne is a win.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My absolute number-one goal when bringing in NinjaOne was gaining deep, reliable insight into our remote laptops. We were actively replacing our VMware Horizon View virtual desktops with physical remote laptops, and I desperately needed to maintain the same level of visibility and control I had with our virtual environment.

NinjaOne didn’t just meet that goal—it exceeded it.

As a former one-man IT department, keeping a remote, distributed fleet secure is an incredibly heavy burden. NinjaOne has eased that stress dramatically: Now that I have a part time helper Ninja has helped him to quickly move into a valuable support role.

Better Patching than Microsoft: My biggest worry was remote users neglecting Windows updates. NinjaOne’s patch application and verification process is frankly superior to Microsoft's own tools. I can verify patches are actually installed without relying on user action.

Complete Endpoint Control: I have excellent, reliable access to our machines. I can instantly see if a user has installed unauthorized software and quietly remove it in the background.

Seamless Scaling: We are now on our second major batch of physical laptop rollouts, and the management remains incredibly smooth. In fact, because the interface has worked so well for our physical fleet, I have extended the Ninja client to our remaining virtual desktops so I have one unified interface for absolutely everything.

If you are a one or two admin team managing a remote workforce, NinjaOne makes you feel like you aren't alone. It is a trusted, essential tool that I cannot recommend highly enough.

  ### 11. NinjaONE is an awesome RMM tool to manage our devices.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Randall P. | Director Of Information Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2023

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaONE has made updating and patching our fleet of Laptops so much easier. We can now access all our laptops at the touch of a button, we can send updates to the laptops and know that they are being applied, we can install new software when we need to. Very handy easy to use tool. We were able to deploy it in one day without any issues. We use it everyday to keep our machines running. And its been easy to intergrate into our IT management systems. NinjaOne was also one of most cost effective RRM tools that we evaluated and continue to innovate and add features

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

NinjaONE continues to improve and their is times when it cant always do what is needed but they are a great help through support and their discord server.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

automated patch management, we used to have to spend a weekend a month to update our servers, now ninja just does it for us and with the new reporting tools we can tell whats up to date. Ninja makes patching laptops a breeze and knowing if they have been patched or rebooted where as before we never really knew.

  ### 12. NinjaOne’s All-in-One RMM + Ticketing Makes Management Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brady C. | Summer IT Help, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The thing I like most about NinjaOne is how it adds both RRM and Ticketing into one platform. I have used other system that are separated but just the fact they are together makes it so much better.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The main feature I wish NinjaOne had was a SIEM add-on that we could integrate with our other services like Intune and SentinelOne to see all our logs including more verbose device logs that way we could have NinjaOne reduce the amount of tools we need.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem that we just had NinjaOne solve for our organization which is software distribution. I made a powerShell script that runs as system that is pinned to the system tray for all users and when they click it opens a HTA with a list of our vendors softwares and the user can install what ever they need from the list without admin privileges or contacting the help desk.

  ### 13. It is a fundamental tool in the management and automation of our IT infrastructure.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Víctor R. | Responsable Departamento IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The most useful aspect is its ability for automation and real-time monitoring, which allows us to manage devices remotely, implement security patches, and execute scripts with ease. Additionally, its integration with other tools and its intuitive interface make management much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Although it is a powerful platform, some advanced features may require additional configurations or may not be as customized for certain specific environments. Additionally, the cost can be a factor to consider for smaller companies.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What problems are there in NinjaOne?
Although NinjaOne is a robust platform, some aspects can be improved, such as the lack of more advanced options in patch management or the customization of certain reports. Also, sometimes the documentation is not detailed enough for more complex configurations.

Despite these limitations, NinjaOne remains a valuable tool, as its ease of use and focus on automation compensate for these shortcomings. Additionally, their support team is responsive, allowing for quick problem resolution and IT management optimization without major disruptions.

  ### 14. NinjaOne for our organization after 2 Years - Updated July 15, 2026

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francis F. | Systems/Network Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne's console is very easy to use. It has a lot of options and tools for us to use in our organization, such as our organized list of computers to remote into, reporting, backend tools, and the ticketing system that we integrated with our own ticketing system. We are still in good standing with the software and have no desire to go into another remote software system. After over 2 years, we've had more users utilizing this tool and even automated our backups using the NinjaOne tools.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Remote Desktop still has its moments of kicking people out during the middle of a session and constantly taking longer to get someone back on their computer. We reached out to support, but it looks like this might be an issue that needs to be further looked into. It seems to be within our network at our Corporate Office. Also, some errors have no explanation. Getting messages such as "Something went wrong, try again later" does not help us at all.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to navigate through all our devices in our organization and assist our end users with support. Our PC's and Servers are all on our NinjaOne account, so we can seamlessly navigate all the way through to keep our organization's devices. Also, we are able to give users in our organization remote access while being able to manage their profiles. And now, we have begun backups from across our organization that are linked to our servers and Google Workspace. I recently started using the console to track network activity and using command tools. We have recently implemented another product on NinjaOne called SentinelOne, which is the anti-virus software we use for our organization.

  ### 15. Unlocking Efficiency: A Glowing Review of NinjaOne's NinjaRMM Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason T. | Director of Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is our go-to platform for managed and co-managed IT.

We use NinjaOne across the board — for fully-managed, co-managed, and even self-managed customer environments. It's central to how we handle steady-state operations, security posture management, OS and third-party patching, automation, and integrated ticketing.

The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which makes it ideal for both our internal engineers and customers we support in a co-managed model. Automation and scripting are rock-solid, and the platform integrates well with the rest of our stack.

Security and alerting are proactive and reliable, which helps us stay ahead of issues before they hit production. NinjaOne has helped us streamline operations, reduce overhead, and scale our service delivery efficiently.

Support has consistently exceeded expectations — not only in resolving issues quickly and effectively, but also in escalating to engineering when needed. We've seen rapid turnaround on tickets that require deeper technical insight, and the feedback loop has been excellent. The responsiveness and technical depth of the support team is a major differentiator.

New features continue to roll out regularly, enhancing functionality without adding complexity. Combine that with an unbeatable price point, and NinjaOne continues to deliver exceptional value as a cornerstone of our operations.

As we have moved forward with NinjaOne SKUs over time, it just becomes more and more valuable as one of our core offerings. NinjaOne has done a FANTASTIC job of working towards a "single pane of glass" for many of the offerings, tying things together really well. We have grown our SaaS offerings wildly in the last few years, and that wouldn't be possible without our partnership with NinjaOne.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting continues to be the weakest area of the platform. While the built-in reports offer basic visibility, they still lack the depth and flexibility needed for more advanced use cases. There's limited ability to drill down into data, filter by asset, site, or tag, or generate audience-specific reports that speak to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Unfortunately, this aspect has seen little improvement over time. While NinjaOne does provide an open API, leveraging it effectively requires development resources and a level of API fluency that smaller teams may not have. For organizations without in-house scripting or development expertise, producing custom reports that meet customer expectations is difficult and time-consuming.

I strongly encourage the NinjaOne team to take a deeper look at this area. Enhanced native reporting capabilities — including ad hoc report builders, more granular filters, dynamic visualizations, and templating for different audiences — would go a long way in making the platform more self-sufficient for IT teams of all sizes. As it stands, reporting remains the most significant gap in an otherwise strong and rapidly evolving platform.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the most significant challenges we faced prior to implementing NinjaOne was the vulnerability of our endpoints to cyber threats. With a diverse network ecosystem spanning multiple operating systems and devices, maintaining consistent security across all endpoints was a daunting task.

NinjaOne has been instrumental in addressing this challenge by providing a comprehensive suite of security features designed to fortify our defenses. From endpoint protection to vulnerability scanning and threat detection, NinjaOne offers a multi-layered approach to safeguarding our systems against evolving cyber threats. This proactive approach to security not only minimizes the risk of data breaches and cyberattacks but also ensures compliance with industry regulations, bolstering trust and confidence among our customers.

Patch management, in particular, has seen dramatic and consistent improvement. Visibility into patch deployment status, success/failure rates, and current patch state across environments has become significantly more actionable. The enhanced reporting and dashboard controls make it easier to validate patch compliance at a glance — across Windows OS, macOS, and third-party applications. This has been a critical factor in helping us maintain a strong security baseline, and gives our team the assurance we need when auditing patch posture for both internal standards and external requirements.

In addition to improving our security posture, NinjaOne has streamlined our IT operations, saving valuable time and resources. The platform's intuitive dashboard provides real-time insights into system health and performance metrics, allowing us to identify and address issues promptly. Furthermore, NinjaOne's automation capabilities have enabled us to automate repetitive tasks, freeing up our IT team to focus on strategic initiatives and innovation.

Overall, NinjaOne's comprehensive security features, maturing patch management, and efficiency-enhancing capabilities have been instrumental in optimizing our IT environment. By proactively addressing security vulnerabilities and streamlining operations, NinjaOne has not only mitigated risks but also enhanced our overall productivity and performance. As a result, we can confidently deliver a secure and reliable experience to our customers while driving business growth and innovation.

  ### 16. NinjaOne is our favorite RMM tool, super fast and easy, and saves time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zach O. | IT Lead Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has updated and now has the ability to remote support Linux, I haven't tested it yet but I am glad to see the feature starting to be rolled out for more linux support. Also as mentioned before the new NinjaOne Connect which I am hoping to try out but will helpful in some instances.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

make a custom device list/filter from an excel upload, we sometimes need to run a script on a certain set of computers that we have as a list in excel.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote support is the biggest feature for us, along with patching automation. It saves us a lot of time by streamlining and automating the patching process. We use the tool daily and can access it from any location. The cost is good compared to others, especially considering the value we get from it. We can also push files to computers in bulk and run reports on systems, which has been useful. Overall, it’s a great tool for keeping track of inventory and warranty information.

  ### 17. One Platform, Many Sites, Less Hassle

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colby B. | Owner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has been a great fit for managing IT across our multi-site senior living organization, covering roughly 50 communities spread across six states. The UI is clean and intuitive, making it easy to jump between devices, run scripts, and check status without a steep learning curve. Integrations are a real strength. We've built out custom PowerShell and Bash scripts to track endpoint protection status via device custom fields, and the API/scripting flexibility has saved us countless hours compared to manual checks. Performance has been consistently reliable, even managing devices across dozens of remote locations and mixed environments (Windows, Mac, and a growing MDM fleet including kiosk iPads). From a pricing and ROI standpoint, combining RMM and MDM in one platform has simplified our tech stack and cut down on tool sprawl, which has real value for a lean IT team supporting this many sites. Support and onboarding have been responsive whenever we've needed help troubleshooting edge cases. On the AI/intelligence side, the automation capabilities are useful for cutting down repetitive work, though there's still room for growth in that area. Overall, NinjaOne has become a core part of how we keep our IT infrastructure running smoothly at scale.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The MDM is limited compared to our previous MDM provider. Lacks some products and features we were used to and miss.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the challenge of managing IT infrastructure across a large, geographically spread organization without needing boots on the ground at every site. Instead of driving or flying out to troubleshoot a device, we can remotely diagnose and fix issues at any of our ~50 communities, which saves enormous time and travel costs. It also gives us centralized visibility into device health, endpoint protection status, and MDM enrollment across a mixed fleet of Windows machines, Macs, and iPads. Something that would be nearly impossible to track manually at this scale. The scripting and custom fields functionality lets us build our own monitoring layers (like tracking which endpoint protection product is installed on each device) rather than being limited to out-of-the-box reporting. As we've consolidated MDM management into NinjaOne, we've also reduced the number of platforms our team has to juggle, which cuts down on context-switching and lowers the risk of devices falling through the cracks during transitions. The overall benefit is a leaner, faster-moving IT team that can support far more locations than our headcount would otherwise allow.

  ### 18. Versatile, Easy-to-Use Endpoint Management with Top-Notch Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex B. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is incredibly versatile and easy to setup & use. It also gives us the piece of mind in knowing that we have all the tools we need to support our endpoints. The script library, patching, and remote assistance tools all perform great, and their customer support is also top-notch. The built-in integrations with SSO and other products like DUO are super convenient and easy to setup. The FedRAMP version was also surprisingly affordable compared to some of the other products we looked at. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a solution like NinjaOne.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The differences between the FedRAMP version and the regular version of NinjaOne has caused some confusion in the past when looking at documentation, but that also goes with the territory for all FedRAMP products, and no one is immune to it. After pointing out those shortcomings, NinjaOne has done a great job of addressing the issue and taking steps to correct it. I have no outstanding complaints regarding the product at this time.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are allowing us to prove compliance, and they are providing us with all the tools we need in one location to provide remote support to our endpoints in a timely and efficient manner.

  ### 19. Easy-to-Use RMM with Powerful Automation Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas C. | Mail Admin, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has been an excellent remote monitoring and management solution for our IT operations. The platform is intuitive, easy to deploy, and provides a centralized view of all our endpoints, making day-to-day administration much more efficient.
One of the biggest advantages is the simplicity of managing devices at scale. Remote access, patch management, software deployment, and monitoring are all integrated into a single interface, which significantly reduces the need to switch between multiple tools. The automation capabilities have helped us streamline repetitive tasks and improve response times for routine maintenance.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The latest update to the remote agent didn't auto-update. Connecting to a remote machine gave a version mismatch and required I download and install the new version. Not a huge complaint, but it would've been nice to have it already updated and ready for me to get to work.

While the built-in reports are useful and cover most common needs, creating highly customized reports can sometimes require extra effort and isn't as flexible as some platforms

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a solution that could simplify endpoint management by combining patch management and remote support into a single platform. Prior to NinjaOne, managing software updates and remotely assisting users required multiple tools and additional administrative effort.
NinjaOne has helped us centralize these functions by providing automated patch management alongside reliable remote access capabilities. This has improved our ability to keep systems up to date, address security vulnerabilities more quickly, and support users regardless of their location. The remote control tools allow our IT team to troubleshoot and resolve issues without needing to be physically present, which reduces downtime and improves the overall support experience.
As a result, we've seen increased efficiency, reduced manual workload for our IT staff, better endpoint visibility, and a more proactive approach to maintaining the health and security of our devices.

  ### 20. Modern RMM with a Powerful Dashboard, Fast Remote Access, and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason C. | Principal Solutions Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The most modern RMM I've used to date. The dashboard helps me see where I should focus our efforts on improving our managed fleet and it incorporates MDM functionality and integrates extremely well with our PSA and other tools. Our customers also tell us that their remote access is faster than our old tool.

Support has been good and they are accessible by the greater MSP community. They listen to feedback and develop new features and fixes quickly. Pricing is about the same as other RMM tools.

We're not leveraging the AI very much at this time. Largely because we recently onboarded and we're not fully settled into the core functionality and dialing in all our integrations, workflows, and reporting. I'm looking forward to working more in this area in the coming months.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I've run into a few minor roadblocks with very niche and specific things I was trying to accomplish that weren't directly supported in the platform. I was able to develop work arounds with assistance from support and the community. I'd like to see some additional focus on the inventory tracking module and vulnerability and patching modules. Our patching success rate is lower than I would have expected and the vulnerability and inventory tracking modules are still new and lacking in functionality.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's improving our customer experiences, increasing deployment uptake, particularly with Linux devices, and allowing us to do more with automation than we were able to do with our old RMM.

  ### 21. NinjaOne Scripting Made a 60-Store Upgrade a One-Click Overnight Job

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul J. | Technical support Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The most valuable features in Ninja One is the ability to use scripts. In my case I was able to upgrade a multi store client to the new version of the software over 60 stores all in 1 night by myself with the click on one button. (I used tasks which can group scripts together to accomplish complex tasks) Of course I had to write and test the scripts but Ninja one gave me the ability to do this. I loaded a VM on the old version, downloaded the updates applied the patch. validated that the patch worked (validating version numbers and writing to a Ninjaone field) if the patch failed it alerted me due to the condition not being met IE:version number=2.4.1.896.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There are not many downsides but if I have to be critical, sometimes filters are a little finicky, and logging is great but I if I have a script that monitors for a specific condition every 1 minute my activity logs are FULL of this job. I can export the report out and filter it but it is a lot of "noise" it would be nice to have an activity rule LOG ONLY IN AN EXCEPTION IE:Fail log and allert if the monitor worked and did not find anything dont log.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I dont need to baby sit systems. with Ninjaone, I can do the work of 20 people with automations.

  ### 22. Easy-to-Use All-in-One Tool with Clear Device Update Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexia M. | service and support specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like that I can look up and see all device updates, including who installed applications and when they were installed. I also like that Ninja is very easy to use and can do a lot, so I don’t have to rely on multiple tools. I rarely run into issues with Ninja not working, and if I do, they’re usually easy to resolve. Another thing I appreciate is that when I search for a device, it also shows devices with similar names, which is helpful when I accidentally mistype or misspell something.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The thing I dislike most about ninja is when I have to create an invite to be able to access a device remotely. It's a lot to type but I don't really see a way around it, and I don't see it as a big deal

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ninja to remotely access user devices. I really appreciate the feature that lets me block users from clicking anything. Sometimes they try to keep using their device while I’m remoted in, and it becomes counterproductive and slows things down. Because of that, I end up relying on this feature quite a lot.

  ### 23. A Great Partner for Modern IT Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dean L. | IT Services Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2023

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has become the central platform our IT team relies on to support every user and device we manage. It provides a solid foundation for our day-to-day operations and keeps the tools we use most within a single, easy-to-manage interface.

Their support team is consistently excellent to work with. They're knowledgeable, responsive, and focused on resolving issues quickly, making them a true partner rather than just a software vendor.

The platform also integrates well with other solutions we use, including SentinelOne and Ninja Backup for Microsoft 365, allowing us to manage security and backup services more efficiently from a unified ecosystem.

Perhaps most importantly, NinjaOne listens to its customers. They take feedback seriously, continue investing in improvements that matter, and have built a reputation for treating their customers well.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While I've had a very positive experience with NinjaOne overall, there are a few areas where I'd like to see improvements.

One is vulnerability management. I'd like to see a smoother workflow that makes it easier to review and remediate the highest-priority vulnerabilities in a structured way. It can sometimes feel like there's a disconnect between identifying the issues that matter most and taking action on them efficiently.

I'd also like to see better coordination between automation scripts. When multiple scripts are configured to run at user logon, they can occasionally compete with one another or create unnecessary delays. More control over script sequencing or dependencies would help make automation more predictable.

Overall, these are workflow improvements rather than major shortcomings. NinjaOne has shown that it listens to customer feedback, so I'm optimistic these areas will continue to improve over time.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne gives our team a single pane of glass to monitor the health of all the systems we manage. We can quickly identify issues, prioritize what needs attention, and often resolve problems before users are even aware of them.

It also streamlines remote support by giving us multiple ways to securely connect to workstations and servers. Whether we're troubleshooting an issue, deploying software, or performing routine maintenance, we can do it efficiently without needing to be on-site. This has improved our response times, reduced downtime for our users, and allowed our small team to support a growing number of devices.

  ### 24. NinjaOne Has Been (and still is) A Game Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike G. | Volunteer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We've been using NinjaOne now for a few years, and we continue to be impressed by the innovated functionality added to the platform - The ease of use has always been a big plus to us, as are the many integrations and ease of scripting. Most recently, we have migrated our cloud backup to Ninja Backup and the amount of time we have saved in chasing down problems with backup schedules has been significant - it simply works - and restores! Oh sweet Jesus, it can't get any simpler than this. Such an improvement over our previous platform of choice. We've also added MDM to our Ninja portfolio - and we are finally able to get meaningful management of Mac OS under control as well as iOS and Android platforms. I am confident that we will definitely be sticking with Ninja for years to come.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

That we didn't make the decision to migrate over to NinjaOne sooner? - update for 2026 - this still holds true!

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients expect that their IT assets are monitored, managed, and providing optimum performance and uptime. NinjaOne is at the core of our service offering for managed IT services. One of the most vital aspects of NinjaOne is how effective the patch management system works. Managing patches to operating systems, major applications like Microsoft, and a wide selection of third party applications is critical to the success of our programs. NinjaOne delivers this facet of remote monitoring and management brilliantly. Another area we find that the NinjaOne platform shines is in the onboarding process of new endpoints. Through scripting and application deployment, we are able to quickly set up a clients system for use both in our platform, and in the case of a new PC purchase, ensure that all security features are installed as an integral part of that process.

Update - 2026 - Ninja Backup and MDM have further improved our ability to support clients efficiently, effectively, and securely. We've invested a great deal of time in building scripting and automations that make our lives easier and clients lives more productive. NinjaOne is and will continue to be a vital part of our service delivery package.

  ### 25. NinjaOne Workflows That Go Beyond RMM: Inventory, Compliance, Warranty Tracking, and More

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zach S. | System Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

You have already built workflows that turn NinjaOne into more than a basic RMM:

BIOS, motherboard, OS, and hardware inventory written into WYSIWYG fields.

Windows 11 readiness and compliance checks.

Warranty tracking with vendor, expiration, days remaining, and status.

Reboot prompts with delay reasons and dashboard writeback.

Mail-client configuration discovery.

Windows Update cleanup and remediation.

Policy-driven scheduled scripts and monitoring.

Organization/location-specific agent installer generation.

SentinelOne integration and migration workflows.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Scheduled automations not queueing for offline devices

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is solving the challenge of managing a large number of endpoints across multiple customers without having to manually touch every device. It gives us centralized visibility into device health, patching, security, hardware information, and potential issues before they become larger problems.

The biggest benefit for us is automation. We use NinjaOne to deploy PowerShell scripts, standardize configurations, collect custom device information, monitor system health, and automatically remediate common issues. Tasks that would previously require manually connecting to dozens or hundreds of computers can now be completed across an entire organization from one platform.

It has also helped us become more proactive rather than reactive. We can identify systems with low disk space, outdated configurations, excessive uptime, hardware or warranty concerns, and other issues before the customer reports a problem.

Overall, NinjaOne is saving us a significant amount of technician time, improving consistency across customer environments, and allowing us to support more endpoints without increasing the amount of manual work at the same rate.

  ### 26. Fast and effective. A total solution for RMM and backup, best one we have ever used!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron C. | Shop Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Their support team is great and quick in responding. I also like how easy it is to navigate the features. Ali, has been very responsive and helpful in all situations we have encountered. The integration with Webroot is great as well as with other A/V's. One of the features I like best is the performance. It does not slow down the computers at all and installs very quickly. The cost per device for either servers or workstations is very reasonable and the backup is well structured and reliable. The system is very intuitive and intelligent, showing clearly what tasks need to be prioritized over others. Thanks everyone!

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I have no had any issues with NinjaOne, after some brief training with their team, the system is very intuitive.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a reliable mostly hands off solution that provided security and monitoring as well as backup for our clients.

  ### 27. Simple Patch Management and Powerful Automation Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronny G. | Senior Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The simplicity of patch management is a major plus for me when work with windows desktops.
I also really loved the Script, Automation, and Scheduling menus. They have allowed me to execute complex processes to install software, certificates, and configuration files all in one convenient scheduled automation.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

My biggest complaint about NinjaOne is the delay in updates for the Software section of an asset. Updating a piece of software will not refresh the version number listed in the Software tab.
Additionally, the background connection performance/speed leaves something to be desired.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of Android MDM management. Simple to setup and easy to use without much hassle.
Convenient alerting of antivirus issues on endpoints with Sentinel One integrations help save a lot of time and manual work.
Convenient and easy patch management and testing help free up resources that can be allocated elsewhere.

  ### 28. All-in-One Remote Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karim F. | Technical Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like having all the remote support tools in one application. I also appreciate that I can quickly pull device events from a single tab, along with other details that are helpful when supporting clients. Onboarding and policy setup are straightforward. I also like that I can add client documentation and make it available to my techs when they need it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

My only issue with the platform is that it doesn’t have a built-in password manager. Adding this as a feature—or even offering an integration—would help streamline some of our workflows.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The documentation piece was huge for us. That alone has saved us hours of back-and-forth between our documentation tool and remote support. It also helps that this was included at no extra cost as part of our subscription, which has allowed me to reduce my overall tooling costs.

  ### 29. Straightforward UI and Powerful Backend Tools for a Great IT Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zach G. | Networking Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne makes it easy for us to deliver a great IT experience for our customers by using backend tools like the file browser, command line and PowerShell prompt, as well as the backend browser. The UI is straightforward and easy to navigate, so we spend less time searching for what we need.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has very few downsides. There are some small issues, such as the lack of chat outside of the remote session, but nothing that interferes with our ability to resolve customer issues.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By leveraging NinjaOne PowerShell scripts, along with policy conditions and compound conditions, we’re able to automate fixes for many of the minor problems our clients run into. In many cases, we can resolve these issues before the client even notices, which saves us time and allows our engineers to stay focused on tackling bigger issues.

  ### 30. Intuitive Interface and Robust Features, arguably one of the best RMM solution out there.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff C. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The interface is highly intuitive, making it easy to use. Installation was a breeze. I appreciate that my organizations are kept separate, as this organization really helps with navigating the site. Additionally, the RMM features are quite robust. The integrated splashtop plugin works flawlessly, allowing for remote control as well as file transfer features. The remote command prompt, registry editor, and services interface are extremely beneficial. Patching works very well, giving me control over how and when to push updates and reboot. Backup features are well thought out and implemented. The Ninja team always has my back if I need assistance. This has become a critical part of my daily processes.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There are a couple places where batch rebooting would be beneficial.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily staying on top of patch manangement without needing to be onsite or connect ot individual machines.

  ### 31. Efficient RMM Platform with Excellent Device Visibility and Faster Issue Resolution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andres B. | Escalations Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Provides a comprehensive and well-organized view of all managed devices, making it easy to understand system status at a glance and significantly reducing the time needed to monitor and troubleshoot endpoints and the integration now with Dropsuite for Backups solution.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While the RMM functionality is comprehensive, accessing certain device actions or information can take more clicks than necessary. This adds friction when performing repetitive tasks across multiple endpoints. Simplifying these workflows would significantly improve day-to-day efficiency.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With NinjaOne’s RMM capabilities, we now have full visibility into all managed devices, along with the ability to take immediate action from a single platform. This has enabled a more proactive approach to IT management, reduced downtime, and improved overall operational efficiency. I can also manage device and emails backups in one app.

  ### 32. Super Easy and Effective - Loved my Experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle P. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The amount of information that was not easily obtainable is now right at my fingertips. NinjaOne made this possible and I love it. Their UI is so easy to use and appreciate the support they've provided in times of need. It was easy to setup and we use it all the time. There are so many things you can do with NinjaOne and seems to integrate with our software with ease. Since we've been using their product for a while now, I don't forsee ever not having their service. Thank you!

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Honestly, nothing at this time. We have really appreciated their solution. They are always so responsive and quick to answer questions when I need them.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't have visability into our computers, especially when it came to who was installing what where, and if anything malicious was potentially happening. With NinjaOne, that's just one of their amazing features that I love and it really benefits us with more visibility. And to have all that data at your fingertips is great.

  ### 33. NinjaOne Streamlines Endpoint Management and Remote Troubleshooting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard T. | IT Technical Team Leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has significantly improved the way we manage and support our IT environment. One of the biggest advantages for our team is how easy it is to create and deploy software packages. The platform allows us to build deployment packages efficiently while incorporating both pre-scripts and post-scripts within the same workflow, which greatly streamlines automation and reduces manual intervention.

The single-pane-of-glass approach makes troubleshooting workstations far more efficient. Having centralized visibility into endpoints allows our technicians to quickly identify issues, perform diagnostics, and resolve problems without needing multiple tools or platforms. This has helped improve response times and overall operational efficiency.

Another standout feature is the remote management capability. NinjaOne makes it easy to remotely access and review a user’s registry, which is extremely valuable for advanced troubleshooting and configuration management. Additionally, the ability to seamlessly copy and transfer files directly to endpoints saves time and simplifies support tasks.

Overall, NinjaOne provides a comprehensive and user-friendly solution for endpoint management, software deployment, and remote troubleshooting, helping our IT team work more efficiently and proactively support end users.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While NinjaOne offers a strong overall platform, there are a few areas where improvements could enhance the user experience. One limitation we have encountered is the file size restriction imposed within deployment packages. This can create challenges when deploying larger applications or more complex software bundles, requiring additional workarounds or splitting deployments into multiple packages.

Another area for improvement is the lack of an immediate deployment option for packages. In some situations, having the ability to push a deployment instantly to endpoints would greatly improve responsiveness, particularly for urgent software updates or critical fixes. The current deployment scheduling process can sometimes slow down time-sensitive rollouts.

Despite these concerns, the platform still delivers strong functionality and remains a valuable tool for endpoint management and remote support.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is helping us solve several key challenges around remote endpoint management and software deployment. One of the biggest improvements has been the ability to deploy software packages to devices outside of our internal network. Previously, we relied on an on-premise deployment solution using PDQ Deploy, which limited our ability to effectively manage remote or off-network devices. With NinjaOne’s cloud-based platform, we can now deploy applications and updates to users regardless of their location, which has greatly improved flexibility and operational efficiency.

Another major benefit is the ease of remotely connecting to user workstations for troubleshooting and support. NinjaOne provides a much more streamlined and centralised approach to remote management, allowing our technicians to quickly access devices, diagnose issues, and resolve problems faster. This has reduced downtime for end users and improved the overall support experience for both our IT team and employees.

  ### 34. Helpful Platform for Managing Devices at Scale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Farhaan S. | Customer Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The interface is clean and easy to navigate, so it's quick to find what I need.
I like that I can monitor and manage multiple devices from a single dashboard.
Remote access works smoothly, which makes troubleshooting much faster.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The mobile app is useful for quick checks, though I still prefer using the desktop version for most tasks.
Occasionally, it takes a few extra clicks to get to certain settings or device details.
I'd like to see more built-in integrations with third-party tools.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real-time alerts help us identify and fix problems before they become bigger issues.
Device health monitoring has improved our ability to spot systems that need attention early.
Having all inventory and asset information in one dashboard saves time during audits and maintenance.

  ### 35. Simple Patch Automation, Fast Ticketing Integration, and Amazing NinjaOne Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie B. | System Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Makes patching automation simple and easy. The out of the box scripts and automation is great. Integration to our ticketing system was quick and easy. The continued support from the NinjaOne engineers is amazing, and super helpful when you are stuck on something.

Update: Ninja One has helped us go from 10% in a Healthy status to over 70% now Healthy. The support that you get from Ninja One is one of the best I have worked with in years.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The one thing that I wish Ninja One had was the elevated permissions on the remote sessions and that we can removed unwanted files on endpoints without having to remote in.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps the IT department from having to manually do all patches and updates.

  ### 36. Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jens R. | Senior Techniker / Key Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

  ### 37. Easy-to-Use Interface That Simplifies Software Deployment and Changes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julian G. | Service Delivery Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The interface is great and easy to use. It has also worked really well for deploying software, removing it when needed, and making changes without hassle.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I think patch management on endpoints could use some improvement, and more automation in this area would really help.

We also use Halo PSA, and it would be great to have a way for remote connections to register directly within the relevant Halo PSA ticket.

To better manage the Service Desk overall, I’d like more control over remote connections initiated by technicians. For example, having a cap or some kind of timer would help keep remote sessions efficient and better managed.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to remotely control our clients’ machines easily whenever they need our help.

  ### 38. Easy Endpoint Management with NinjaOne, Great Performance and Competitive Pricing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel B. | IT Systems Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I really like how easy it is to manage a fleet of endpoints with NinjaOne. They’re constantly improving the product, and our account manager has been great to work with. The pricing feels competitive, and Ninja Remote is a solid feature to replace ScreenConnect. I also appreciate how customizable the condition alerting is, and overall the platform performs really well.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The integration with NinjaOne and HaloPSA could use some improvement. Right now, it doesn’t feel fully developed, and it would benefit from a bit more attention and refinement.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne allows us to provide remote support and monitoring for over 2,000 endpoints. We switched to NinjaOne from ConnectWise Automate, and it has been a solid, reliable solution for us so far.

  ### 39. Efficient Device Management in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Syed A. | Customer Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The interface is clean and easy to navigate, so it's simple to find what I need.
Remote access and troubleshooting are quick, which makes resolving issues much easier.
The platform is reliable and performs well, even when managing multiple endpoints.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The initial setup took me a little time to get used to because there are a lot of features.
It would be nice if there were more built-in integrations with third-party tools.
Overall, it's a solid platform, but there are a few areas where the user experience could be smoother.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me manage all our devices from one place, so I don't have to switch between different tools.
Remote troubleshooting is much faster, which reduces downtime for users.

  ### 40. Fast, responsive modern RMM solution for easy management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** tylerd@kjlgroup.co.uk D. | Technical IT Support Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like how fast it is. The patch management, however, is probably Ninja’s best module. It’s very intuitive and flexible to use, and it makes the overall experience feel smooth and efficient.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I think the main downsides of Ninja are around Remote Desktop and reporting. With the Remote Desktop feature, you can’t save credentials per user; it’s only per organisation, which is terrible. We should not have shared credentials for obvious Cyber Essentials reasoning.

Reporting also isn’t ideal. I wanted to report on groups of devices with a software count, but you can’t do this, for example, in a report I’d like to see that 5 devices have Software_X. It seems like you can only view this from the dashboard page for all devices at once or an organisation, and even there the filtering isn’t very useful.

Lastly, our previous RMM solution had some helpful features that I miss: a preview/screenshot function so you can see the state of a device before connecting; a chat function to initiate contact before you connect (not only once you’ve already connected); and a network node feature where you can select a device as a network node and VPN tunnel to it remotely. That way, from your local machine you can access other devices and services on their network without needing to physically remote onto the customer’s device just to reach something on their network.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja allows us to remotely support thousands of devices whenever remote support is needed.

  ### 41. NinjaOne Has Improved Our Support Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liam S. | Head of Projects and Logistics, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We’ve been using NinjaOne for just over a month now, and overall we’ve been very impressed with the range of features and integrations available within the platform.

The UI and overall user experience are clean and easy to navigate. Our engineers can move around the platform quickly without wasting time hunting for features or information, which has noticeably improved efficiency across the team.

The available integrations have been a major benefit for us, particularly when managing customer environments.

Performance has been solid so far. Remote access and device management tools respond quickly and reliably, and the onboarding process was straightforward. Getting devices into the platform was also much easier than with some other solutions we’ve used in the past.

Support has been positive as well, with helpful responses and good documentation available when we need it.

We’re only just starting to explore the AI and automation features, but what we’ve seen already looks promising. The intelligence and automation capabilities should help us streamline repetitive support tasks even further as we continue adopting the platform more widely.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One area I feel could still use some refinement in NinjaOne is the Remote Desktop feature. Right now, it requires downloading and launching an RDP connector before you can start a remote desktop session.

While this approach works, a more seamless, browser-based or built-in connection experience would help speed up remote support sessions and improve the overall workflow for engineers handling day-to-day support tasks.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One standout capability is the ability to connect directly to a Domain Controller through NinjaOne and reset a user’s password without having to log onto the server itself. This has significantly reduced the amount of time users are unable to work, and it has helped us speed up our support response times.

  ### 42. Awesome Service\Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James D. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I love the ease of use; everything is very self-explanatory, with great communication of upcoming and new services, always adding additional products. Integrating with other software platforms (SentinelOne) is easy, with easy deployment of both agents at one time, the new remote program works amazingly. Great customer support, top-notch account reps, very fast response.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Can't think of anything I dislike about NinjaOne, expect maybe it's not free.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Super clear overview of all of my devices. I can clearly see if I have warnings or any issues, and I am able to keep track of all of my client documentation. The new beta of a PSA built in is working great, helping me streamline a lot of my processes.

  ### 43. Instant Upgrade for Endpoint Management and Asset Tracking with NinjaOne

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | Delivery/Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has been an instant improvement and impact to managing all our endpoints through their RMM and tracking our assets, which previously was done ineffectively using Excel.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

So far, we really haven’t run across anything we dislike about NinjaOne. It’s allowed us to consolidate our tools and simplify how we manage things overall. There’s definitely a learning curve, but that’s expected.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that support tickets can be tied directly to the device(s) affected within the RMM tool, and that it’s easy to track all assets in one place. This includes unmanaged assets, such as monitors and printers, that employees may have at home for their work-from-home days, making it much simpler to keep everything accounted for.

  ### 44. A Solid Solution for Day-to-Day IT Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Test N. | Cloud Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Easy to use: The interface is clean and simple, so it's easy to navigate even if you're new to the platform.
Centralized management: I like that I can monitor and manage multiple devices from one dashboard, which saves a lot of time.
Strong monitoring and alerts: The real-time monitoring and customizable alerts help identify issues before they become bigger problems.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Mobile experience could be better
Notification management
Feature requests take time

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduces time spent on routine IT tasks: Instead of checking every device manually, I can monitor everything from one place, which saves a lot of time.
Speeds up issue resolution: The remote access tools let me troubleshoot user problems quickly without needing to be physically present.

  ### 45. Free Anytime Training and Instant Device Alerts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C. | System Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I really like that whenever I have questions about a feature or I’m looking into a specific automation, I can contact the NINJA One team for training at any time, and it’s free. On top of that, the application itself alerts me right away if any of my devices run into an issue or a failure.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes when a workstation boots up, NinjaOne doesn’t start right away. There’s usually a short delay before it shows as online in my portal.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring devices used to mean I had to check every device one at a time just to figure out whether anything had an issue. Now, NinjaOne collects that data for me, so I can see problems more quickly without digging through each device individually. It also lets me know whether my workstations are still within warranty, which saves me from having to look up that information device by device.

  ### 46. NinjaOne Saves Us Time with Easy Device, Ticketing, and Patch Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian S. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I use NinjaOne daily and have been extremely happy with the functions it offers. We rely on it for device management, ticketing, and patch management, and these core features have been great. Overall, it saves me a lot of time throughout the workday. The UI is extremely easy to navigate through to find what I need.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It can be a little clunky with some settings. but with a little guidance from the support team and community I've been able to make the settings work for us.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the integration of device management has played a key role in my day-to-day operations. I am able to see outliers clearly and address any issues that come up with those devices.

  ### 47. Seamless IT Management with NinjaOne - Highly Recommended

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John S. | Director of Transformation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Overall Ninja's support is very good. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any issue, no matter how complex. They’ve been instrumental in helping my team maximize NinjaOne's capabilities. Our account manager has been equally amazing—proactive, attentive, and genuinely invested in our success. They ensure we’re getting the most out of the platform and are always available to guide us through any new developments or features.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There are a few features that I feel could use improvement or are missing altogether. While the platform covers a lot of ground, certain advanced functionalities that could further streamline our workflows aren't quite there yet. However, NinjaOne deserves credit for taking user feedback seriously. They actively seek input on product enhancements and incorporate suggestions into their development roadmap. It's encouraging to see that they are committed to continuous improvement and regularly roll out new features.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the standout features for me is the Patch Management functionality. NinjaOne helps tremendously with keeping our systems secure and up-to-date by automating the patching process across multiple endpoints. This saves us a significant amount of time and eliminates the manual effort usually associated with patch management.

The platform's automation ensures that critical patches are applied seamlessly, minimizing downtime and reducing the risk of vulnerabilities. It gives me peace of mind knowing that our systems are always secure and compliant without having to worry about missed patches. On top of that, the customizable patch policies allow us to tailor the process to our specific needs, ensuring flexibility and control.

  ### 48. Feature-Rich and Deeply Integrated with Windows and Other OS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher B. | Technical Solutions Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I love the scope of its functionality and features and the depth and synergetic integration it has with Windows and other OS, even its device discovery and review of HyperV VMs is very good.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I love that they are focusing on having an expanse feature set, but at times, there may be some features that seem just a bit underbaked, or missing a little bit more functionality or settings that would probably be included very easily if it grabs attention in the ideas. However, that is only a complaint because we have the features in the first place, so it is a good dislike.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the entire pipeline of setting up and remotely managing our fleet.

  ### 49. A comprehensive solution for all remote desktop needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcin K. | IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne offers a variety of tools for remote desktop services, allowing for easy changes without interrupting the user. The ability to write scripts in CMD or PowerShell, along with a library of scripts created by Ninja, can be implemented on a computer instantaneously. You can access the file explorer and task manager from the available windows and quickly identify in-depth problems such as memory leaks. It's easy to learn, with much of it displayed on your dashboard. The customer support is excellent, offering one-to-one sessions and the usual technical support. As a frequent user of all the features, there are rarely any issues.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The term "needs attention" is used as an umbrella term for all issues, making it difficult to understand the specific problems at first glance. Some features, such as the script library, can be hard to find for first-time users.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to remotley help users that require assistance, while being able to monitor and manaNinjaOne allows you to remotely help users who require assistance while being able to monitor and manage user systems effectively

  ### 50. Simple, Reliable IT Management with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edson Rui S. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like best about NinjaOne is how simple and reliable it is for daily IT management. The platform is very easy to use, remote access works great, and the automation features save a lot of time by reducing repetitive tasks. I also like having monitoring, patch management, and device management all in one place, which makes supporting users much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One thing I dislike about NinjaOne is that the ticketing system still feels a bit limited compared to more dedicated help desk platforms.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps solve several common IT challenges, especially around managing multiple devices and supporting users efficiently.

For me, the biggest benefit is time savings and faster response to issues. I can quickly see what’s happening across all devices, troubleshoot problems remotely, and automate routine maintenance tasks instead of doing everything manually.

Overall, it simplifies IT operations, reduces manual workload, and helps keep systems more stable and secure.
