I mostly use the NinjaCat software to track my monthly spends for my accounts. NinjaCat does a great job of combining the totals from Google Ads and Bing Ads so I don't have to do that myself. NinjaCat offers a user-friendly interface to simply show visually which accounts are on track and which are in danger of either over- or under-spending Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest issue I have with the NinjaCat software is that it does not take into account whether an account has elected to advertise everyday, or whether they might elect to not advertise on weekends when they are closed. The software assumes that all accounts ads are run 7 days a week but fully 50% of my accounts only run 5 days a week which creates false results on the report that is shown.
