"Great product, highly customizable!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NinjaCat?

NinjaCat is highly customizable in its ability to bring in data sources via connecting to APIs directly or using Google sheets. In addition, the ability to customize metrics on the fly makes life easy when adding margins or creating unique equations.

Far and away the best part about NinjaCat is their support team. They are friendly and have a strong working knowledge of the platform. Many times they have built custom solutions to accommodate our specific requests Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaCat?

NinjaCat has fixed many of their previous issues with APIs and load times. One of the issues the platform faces is scalability but as with all their issues, they are always being updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pulls Everything Together In A Cohesive Way"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaCat?

I love how it pulls in our data across several different platforms into one cohesive report. This enables my team and me to see the data at a glance and be able to diagnose any campaign issues and/or make recommendations for improvement in a much more efficient way than we had previously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaCat?

One of our pain points is that there is no incoming connection for our SEM vendor data, or data from our Social vendor. This has made it so there is some manual work on our end to fully prepare monthly reporting. Also, the platform can be somewhat complicated for some users - there is a lot involved with setting up new campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for basic reporting needs, but not for advanced used."
3/5
What do you like best about NinjaCat?

The team provides a great onboarding experience that helps better understand the tool. The onboarding is great if you do not have prior experience using that type of tool. Following the onboarding process, I had a few questions and technical problems, and the support team was very reactive, friendly and helpful. Follow-ups were quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaCat?

When you get past basic reporting, many workarounds are needed. These workarounds prove to be quite time-consuming and frustrating.

Using the templates to build the reports and dashboard is also quite time-consuming as the data takes time to load. Some connectors might be missing what we thought to be basic metrics (e.g. video metrics for LinkedIn).

Lastly, the pricing model is based on a 12-month period. Thus, we were not able to test the tool beforehand to make sure it answered our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Big promises, probably better for an agency than an in-house reporting solution"
1/5
What do you like best about NinjaCat?

The onboarding for ninjacat with Jared was really thorough. He made sure to answer all of our questions and cover all of the ins and outs of the ninjacat reporting solution. Customer service with ninjacat 10/10 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaCat?

I found a lot of the functionality on Ninjacat to be really clunky, unfortunately things take a LONG time to process if you're adding more than one filter to a table.

Having to put templates into dashboards or reports also seems like an unnecessary UX step, it would be a lot easier to just be able to publish the templates directly. Additionally my least favourite part of the reporting solution was the lack of auto save, or co-working. Ninjacat crashes sometimes for us, and without autosave and coworking possibilities, it's caused us to lose time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jacob Sanders of NinjaCat

Appreciate your review, Olivia. Glad to hear about the successful onboarding process and your positive experience with Jared; your frustrations are heard and will help us make improvements to the product. Thanks for your honest feedback.

"NinjaCat has streamlined our reporting and cut the manual time it takes us in half or more!"
4/5
What do you like best about NinjaCat?

The most helpful about NinjaCat is the number of platforms it can pull data from all into one concise and easy-to-read document. Plus, I love how customizable it is with chart and design options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaCat?

The onboarding process was a bit overwhelming. I'm a person who prefers to learn at my own pace through self-guided tutorials. While NinjaCat has excellent resources, they don't provide them until after you've gone through onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NinjaCat helped us integrate all of our accounts together while improving efficiency."
4/5
What do you like best about NinjaCat?

NinjaCat helped of have a single pane of glass for all of our advertising channels in one place. Additionally, it has reduced the amount of time our team has had to put into our reporting decks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaCat?

NinjaCat is great once you have everything set up, but there's a lot of legwork needed to make it all work seamlessly. It would be nice if it were a little easier to build customer reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Reporting Software Overall"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NinjaCat?

The support team, they are quick to respond and handle any problems in a timely manner. Also, compared to other reporting softwares, they are easy to use and understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaCat?

The functionality, it's not terrible it's just not completely there yet. Any custom connections are a pain to figure out overall and it's also lacking a few features that would put them over the top. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to get the hang of!"
4/5
What do you like best about NinjaCat?

I like that Ninjacat isn't super confusing, It allows me to visualize everything much easier then other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaCat?

I think the ability to sort through specific pieces that are attached to accounts would make it a lot quicker. For example being able to sort through specific account groups without having to export an excel sheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Wonderful reporting too that auto populates data and makes it easier for our month end reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaCat?

automated email scheduling to our dealers and user friendly interface makes it easy to use and helpful to give some more time back in our day to focus on the essential KPIs of my job requirements Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaCat?

I dont really have a lot of dislikes, the platform is fairly simple to use. A few times I wanted to go back to three months ago and i have to put in the dates I need to populate data for three months ago, but I really dont mind that all too much, pretty easy work around Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
