The support and guidance given to us from Karen and Mel was amazing. If they didn't have an answer for us they would find out and get back to us extremely quickly, which is always appreciated. Even now, if we have questions we can contact Mel and Karen and know we'll get a quick response. They don't get you set up and forget about you, which makes working with them a pleasure. **What do you dislike about NinjaCat?** There's nothing to dislike honestly. Even if there isn't the integration for a data source you use, Ninjacat can always try to add it into the mix eventually, which is a plus. **Recommendations to others considering NinjaCat:** If you have multiple accounts to report to and use more than one platform for marketing (Facebook, Adwords, Analytics, etc) Ninjacat is right for you. The customization of your reports and dashboards provide clients with all the data they could want to know on their website. Internally it's a great tool for account managers to have all the information at their fingertips for sales calls or monthly calls with clients. **What problems is NinjaCat solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the past we sent out monthly reports from analytics, but we needed a more comprehensive reporting platform to encompass call tracking, adwords, facebook, analytics and more. They recently implemented a backend change that brought down all of our reports for a week. There are regularly smaller bugs that break specific features of reports or make the numbers inaccurate.
