This CRM packs a broad range of features. After switching from Less Annoying CRM to this, I was able to consolidate vendors and eliminate Yesware because it does email tracking too. Where Nimble truly excels is in the population of data drawn from social media to enrich contact information. It does this very well. The integration with Gmail is also quite good. Nimble is downright buggy. Sometimes you can't log in, sometimes features don't work. Things are never down long but they are down often. Also I think some improvements are in order for the email tracker; it would be great if I could look at a dashboard just for this with some of the other information I know they are collecting, like IP address. I like the ease that Nimble offers me in the handling of the platform. But one of the best capabilities is the offers section because I can customize it and it allows me to establish a sales process with detailed information about my potential customer. This CRM is the heart of my website, my contact center. It may not be indispensable software for large companies, but it is useful to expand the numbers of my business. One of my daily activities is to contact prospects and Nimble allows me to be connected with them and send hundreds of emails. When tracking them by social networks, I do not have to enter them manually, just by dragging the profile, the web integrates it and offers me all the data I need. It's really wonderful. Nimble's version for Android doesn't give me the same options as on iOS. An update might resolve this. Another important point that disgusts me is having a single channel to handle multiple offers. This does not allow me to differentiate processes and agreements with customers. Nimble has been a huge supporter in my everyday tasks because it clearly manages all the needs and demands of my customer relationship management in an effective way. Moreover, this product has tremendous tools that help me in data organization, customer management in each and every possible way. Apart from this I can easily integrate with all my desired applications in daily routine in order to work more and in a more appropriate way because of its stunning integration power. Moreover, this platform provides a tremendous contact record that is effective to maintain any type of business or company wherever and whenever I want without any delay. The tool includes many features. The first and foremost feature is promotional activities and marketing of your product and services on regular basis. It also make connections with the customers. The tool is also available in form of mobile app but this app is not up to the mark. There are several things that should be done to make the performance of the app great. One of the reasons why Nimble has been a program with great results is because the integration of social networks is very useful when investigating potential clients, they also provide great support through Twitter and email It is an excellent platform to take control of the database. Basically what I like most about Nimble is the Chrome extension, it's useful, portable and innovative. Few alternatives in the market can boast of having a complement for browsers that increases both productivity and Nimble and the truth fulfills its function well and I love it.
I spend hours browsing Chrome which is my favorite browser and I know that most people use it too, instead of having an open application I can simply have the active plugin in my browser and thus increase the amount of valuable information I get from my clients, especially thanks to its system of integration with social networks. There should be integration with more social networks, such as Linkedin, is a social network for professionals who are potential customers for our sales and to a certain extent we do not take advantage because there are still social networks with which it has not finished specifying a integration. Nimble is based on the way CRM is used for business, sales development, account management and customer service. Nimble focuses on relationships through connection via email, social and connected applications, such as Linkedin. Anyone can use agile with little or no training.

A bit short when it comes to going further in relationships compared to others. If we compare it with other applications that offer the same use, leaves much to be desired, I would have put something more chicha in basic aspects in an application of these characteristics.
