I am very interested in the integration of Nimble with the sources of social networks since it is magnificent to be in contact with clients and future clients. The function of group messages is excellent for tracking emails that are scanned. Nimble makes me look exceptional online, let me know when it is time to communicate with someone with whom I have not been in contact for a long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It discourages me a little that the mobile application is too slow and is not as good as the web application. Although it has a system to be in contact with your contacts if you have a very large database it becomes distressing so Access to contacts may fail and unwanted contacts would be displayed above. The price point per user per month. Currently $25/user/month makes it a great starter CRM for small companies and non-profits. As well as the ability to track open/clicks on transactional emails NOT sent through HTML services. We love ability to quickly add people to Nimble through the browser add-in by highlighting an email address or phone number. There is also the ability to "Nimble" a companies website and scour for information on the WWW which is helpful before making sales calls or to gather additional information on key people. Currently anyone following Microsoft's recommendation for O365 and mandatory for Microsoft resellers to "Block Legacy Authentication" breaks the connection to for emails and calendars, basically rendering the product useless for the time being. Nimble is best tool for association management and for customer relation management, it comes with basic features let us manage project. It’s a customize tool so it also let us customize our product, it help us to find customer and we can create a strong relation with customer via this tool. Nimble CRM is an online application for customer relation management but it doesn't work perfectly on slow internet connection. The bang for the buck. You get a lot out of Nimble without having to pay a lot. If you are a small business and need a simple yet effective CRM - - Nimble is the way to go. I would like to have a few more bells and whistles. I get a lot of text messages from my clients and there is no easy way to get those messages into Nimble. I also wish that the activity notifications and reminders were a bit better. I don't see the reminders from email as I see them from my calendar. Lastly, a projects pipeline would be nice. The ability to link social media, plan events, track emails & link up all calendars.

It is an excellent tool when it comes to reaching port customers by email or on social networks and has the ability to update contacts through information from various platforms. It is super affordable for companies of any size and, more importantly, I think the company, and the support staff are excellent. The ability to create some custom fields seems to me to be a very good option, it is also very excellent at the time of screen sharing, it allows us to share presentation links, nimble contains an ease of use, its storage is very efficient, as I also love the option that contains power Notify me when they click on the link. Nimble has a qualified adjective and is EFFICIENT. This CRM allows me to manage communication with potential customers thanks to the automated search of contacts and enrichment of their profiles to verify that they are the correct objectives. Doing this process manually would take away valuable time but Nimble takes care of it. The platform is easy to use, set up and manage for email marketing. There are some aspects of Nimble that need to be improved and one of them is the email editor. I would like it to be synchronized immediately and messages to be sent correctly.
