Nimble CRM is a great way for marketing and sales because it has the great potential of sharing the sales data and keeping the analytics in check. We can also create automated tasks for generating a series of sales and marketing products efficiently supported by CRM activities. We are able to automatically schedule a web meeting for the marketing selling products from the CRM. Nimble also allows us to better optimize and track our sales efforts while communicating with handling our customer service for our sales forecasting. Nimble CRM lacks the potential where it needs to track the sales potential and search for potential leads. We are also not able to create the database based on huge information about the customer sales projects. Moreover, there's also not much options available to customize our dashboards and series of tools and on overall note it is not so intuitive for all of our marketing automation. This software has also not been able to withstand our professional requirements for the leads, contacts, sharing emails, templates and the sales marketing tasks. Nimble is a potential tool that every marketing or sales professional would like to have, the service stands out for having a very high capacity to acquire data from different sources and process them, its interface is highly customizable, its tracking function is excellent to work with, the tool allows access to contacts through emails. A very noticeable advantage of this system is that it integrates perfectly to diverse social networks and allows to interact with the contacts through them, the service is of very easy access and this available for Android, iPhone and Computers, at professional level I count with a very favorable vision on Nimble. The operation of the mobile application is very slow which causes us discomfort and does not allow us to work with the desired efficiency, I have also observed that its price is quite expensive compared to other alternatives and in general this is something that limits many people to acquire this service for your organization, I would love a complete restructuring of their prices to consider making them more accessible, I really would like my opinion to be taken into account. I've worked with other CRM software that mostly managed emails, but Nimble does an excellent job at allowing complex email campaign management along with sales support and collaboration efforts for multiple associates. Nimble saves time. You can add people and companies to Nimble without any typing by using its widget when you are either browsing or in your email system. I haven't come across that in any other system.
It quickly builds social profiles around your contacts saving you having to do the research.
It supports multiple email accounts so you can, for instance, mix business with personal in the one database and use the database as your dashboard for communication and calendar etc. for different aspects of your life. You could run multiple businesses from the one database.
It tracks emails and is perfect for relatively small personalised email marketing campaigns. I like the fact that you are notified when someone opens an email that you have sent. Several times a day the phone will ring just after that alert and I will be totally prepared for the call which increases the chances of the right outcome.

The mobile App is not that great although it has helped me on occasion. It requires good connectivity which I don't enjoy in my location so may well be great in the big cities etc. Having said that, the recently updated Mobile 3.0 addresses most of my concerns. Today screen - what's happened, what's happening now and what needs to happen. Everything is in one place - social, calendaring, messaging and key tagged information. All making having the right contacts at your fingertips with everything you need to know about them totally available. Best feature, is the Messages screen. No need to look anywhere else for any communication whether e-mail, facebook, twitter or Linkedin. Second best feature is being able to filter, tag and group my contacts and companies. It seems to me the best CRM platform since it offers a great variety in its software, such as being able to see those who are connected in their social networks, as well as seeing their interests and being able to establish communication with their clients, it helps a lot in what is the marketing but also allows you to have several active emails, and manage several companies in your organization. I really don't have much to criticize, the only detail I have is about the mobile application is not good at all, since a computer I am very satisfied but you have to improve that for one to be comfortably anywhere and be able to work effectively from the mobile , but the rest an excellent CRM. We believe that Nimble is a very modern CRM service with a clear view of the entire sales process and configuration of the workflow that keeps the team connected correctly between themselves and potential clients. Tasks can not be specified on the basis of working quotas that have to be met to advance even with respect to information that must be transmitted through a particular channel (funnels or contacts to be modified). The system of analysis needs to improve its ability to create documents in a number of formats, otherwise the sharing and delivery of information becomes difficult. Talking about Nimble is the same as talking about progress and perseverance because an improvement has been seen over time, from its interface and integration processes. This has definitely had a more than positive impact on the issue of workflow, I mean that the processes have been optimized in lead generation and in the functionality of social media data. Emphasizing social media platforms, Nimble allows me to have a very studied analysis of accounts. I can also automatically load email contacts, this saves me a lot of time. An excellent thing about nimble is that it allows you to cover every stage of the sales opportunities, so that the work is always organized. As for email marketing, nimble helps with the editing and organization of emails, as well as with their cloud storage, so there is never any loss of information. Nimble manages sales channels, which has resulted in the improvement of our sales force.
