Nimble brings together many amazing tools, including the separation of lead and social media. I can tell when I last interacted with them, helping me to choose the right time to intervene and provide relevant information. It has a good integration with other platforms. The interface is easy to understand. The integration with social media is good (although it is too bad that LInkedIn and Facebook have blocked certain features) . I love the way it is easy to use tags to mark different aspects of people or companies, and the ease with which I can jump between people and associated companies. The user experience within Nimble is second to none. I have used many CRM platforms throughout my career and this is without doubt the most cost effective. I am a small business owner, but it honestly feels like I have an enterprise CRM experience. From contact management, through to pipeline analysis and reporting its so easy to use. What I like about Nimble is the fact that customer management is always monitored and imported easily, with integrations such as Gmail and LinkedIn being easily accessible in minutes. I love how the data is always comprehensive and insights are made so that we can learn more about our customers and how our business is improving in a customer scale.

E-mail client is horrendous - formatting tools are terrible and it is not WYSIWYG - I send e-mails that look fine in the editor that arrive a total mess.
Inability to quickly (1 or 2 clicks) change the dates on tasks is a terrible time killer. What I don't get done today, I want to move to tomorrow, but it takes 7 clicks to change the date on each incomplete task. Terrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the contacts were a bit more customizable and I could search a little better between individual and company contacts. I also wish the phone app was more user friendly to be able to see dashboard items and move things in the pipeline easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. The customer service and help are great because, like with every platform, there ARE growing pains. It's good to be able to solve them without drama.
2. The email capabilities are great, especially being able to use my company email easily.
3. The widget to get info on people by hovering over their name is also great.

Nimble represents today one of the most capable and efficient CRM platforms in the market, its strong point are the tools for contacting and searching for potential clients. With this application you will be able to have a complete and detailed record of all the contacts, analyze all the interests of the potential clients to know what type of product to sell them, program events and coordinate calendars since it is always important to maintain an organization of all our projects and meetings with our potential clients, I would also like to emphasize the interface of Nimble which I consider to be very innovative and has a design which is striking for the user, giving him a better experience when working Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As all Nimble software can present some deficiencies that can be visualized when you take time using this program as is its mobile application which is very slow and does not work my well as the web application, the tools to assign tasks are complicated and do not have a good agile methodology, another point that is worthwhile to highlight is the price which is considered relatively expensive for a software of this type, Nimble does not offer enough integrations I would like to be taken into account is point for a possible upgrade Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It took me awhile to learn how to think about a CRM. A tutorial providing some context to using CRM's in general would be helpful. My email has frequently disconnected from Nimble for no reason. Reconnecting it has been an inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
