**What do you like best about NikoHealth?**

NikoHealth has been a significant upgrade to our billing operations. It has allowed us to improve efficiency, process a higher volume of claims in less time, and accelerate reimbursement from our major payers. The onboarding and transition experience was smooth and well-supported, and their team has been consistently helpful in offering practical suggestions to integrate their workflows into our existing processes—rather than forcing us to change ours.

**What do you dislike about NikoHealth?**

Our primary frustration with NikoHealth so far has been with certain aspects of reporting. Ideally, we would like the ability to access more comprehensive, detailed data within a single report, rather than needing to merge information from multiple sources. That said, their team has been very receptive to our feedback and is actively working to implement several of the enhancements we’ve requested.

**What problems is NikoHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NikoHealth has helped us streamline our workflows and improve overall efficiency. One major improvement we have noted is that, since implementing NikoHealth, the time from referral to when we receive payment has been drastically reduced.

**What do you like best about NikoHealth?**

The user interface is intuitive and modern.  The APIs are a game changer.  The features are baked into the user interface and not bolted on acquired features.  They do not nickel and dime you on the cost.

Most of all the people at Niko Health are the best.  They take your calls, collaborate & solve problems --> they are playing the long game!

**What do you dislike about NikoHealth?**

There are some features missing but we have seen the list of enhancements coming out and it seems they are addressing these as quickly as they can.

**What problems is NikoHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a modern intuitive user interface onboarding new team members and training them is that much easier and quicker.  The APIs allow us to completely digitalize our business.  I can honestly say we can give better customer service today than before we switched to Niko Health.

**What do you like best about NikoHealth?**

The NikoHealth team is constantly pushing to make their platform a complete package that suits their customers. They are constantly seeking input from us and work to implement changes that make sense. And, they are doing it without dangling an expensive price tag over our heads to make the most of the updates.

**What do you dislike about NikoHealth?**

The fact that any of my competitors can use it means they all have access to a better workflow than if they are using something else.

**What problems is NikoHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NikoHealth has given us access to a software option that is modern and simple when the industry still lacks the innovation to make things user friendly. We've used several different systems and they've historically been so difficult to teach to our staff. It made the recruiting and training processes miserable. Niko has made that the easiest part of onboarding staff. 

We've also found NikoHealth to be ahead of the curve on building solutions to workflow efficiencies that help cut back on manhours used. With the constant pressure reduce costs and adapt to the challenging economy, Niko helps us form a path to a place that keeps our business thriving.

**What do you like best about NikoHealth?**

Niko Health has a simple, easy-to-use interface, with intuitive workflows to manage health insurance billing, payments, and collections.

The company is very responsive and easy to work with.  Outstanding customer support. 

The API integration is simple and the pricing makes sense.  

Niko is a true partner.

**What do you dislike about NikoHealth?**

I didn't have any dislikes for the billing platform.

**What problems is NikoHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing a business that requires insurance billing for products and supplies.  It directly impacts revenue so it is a vital part of the business.

**What do you like best about NikoHealth?**

We love the ease of use and the intuitiveness of Niko. The API integrations are the most robust of any billing software on the market today. Also, we have never used another technology platform that is as aggressive as Niko is in their product updates. You can tell Niko listens to their end users and are constantly improving their products.

**What do you dislike about NikoHealth?**

The platform initially was light on the various reporting tools that were available. Each subsequent update has released new reporting tools and capabilities.

**What problems is NikoHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Niko is really taking a lot of the technical complexities out of DME billing. The software is intuitive to use and makes working claims as painless as possible.
